I had the Chia Banana Boost smoothie. I really like the banana and peanut butter combination with dates and almonds. It was just right for lunch on a hot day.

The food quality was fair the cleanliness of the restaurant was poor I personally touched 2 tables that felt sticky like fly traps the management team need more training and the staff need a better example of a leader I don’t see me visiting this location in the near future and I definitely will not recommend this location to my family

Usually i have a good experience overall at this location but today the employee with red hair was audibly rude to me when i gave her my gift card to pay for the ONE acai bowl that i ordered. I proceeded to sit and wait for 30 minutes watching people who ordered after me come and go with smoothies and orders bigger then my one bowl. The workers at the front didn't seem to know what they were doing and they were mean about it too. The only nice employee was the blue haired one that made my food and apologized to me all while the other two stood there while she was doing most the work. Bad experience.

Poor customer service. Nobody was working the counter. Only 2 people working. Women’s bathroom had no soap. We told the people working and they didn’t seem to care.

Terrible experience!! My family was on a road trip up to a cruise at Port Canaveral and our experience almost cost us our entire cruise. We ordered ahead and then also waited for 40 minutes for our food. We watched so many people come and go while we stood there waiting. We got two of our smoothies in that entire span of time. We were running out of time and going to miss our boat, so we told the staff that we needed a refund and to cancel the last two food orders. The staff then slowly went over to the register and got out cash…to go to the store and get more lettuce?? Then EVENTUALLY they came over and said they’d get us a refund and gave us one more of our four orders. Of note, the employee who came over had to first say “hold on mom, I have to go” and hung up the phone…They then tried for 10 minutes to try and get a refund in the system (while on the phone with the manager because no manager was present) and were unsuccessful. My family eventually had to just up and leave without a refund and without part of our order 50 minutes later. I am FURIOUS!! Such a horrible experience!!! The staff had zero understanding of how to do their jobs or work the system and had no urgency to complete their work or help us. On top of all this, we watched SO many other customers come in towards the end of this fiasco, wait around, then leave because no one even came to take their orders.

If I hadn’t ordered my food in advance on the app I would have left. Place is filthy, service is slow

There was a long wait, they were taking one guest at a time. Then,Dudes hands were filthy, you can literally see the black dirt under his nails as he handed me my drink. Disgusting

Peyton is amazin.!!! I absolutely love this particular store and if you go, and you see Peyton just know that she’s going to take care of you with a smile!!

Food was done every quick and place is clean. Juice also taste really good with many add on options as well.

Stopped in for a quick smoothie yesterday and was greeted by Lynn. Peyton took my order and Lynn handed my smoothie to me as soon as I paid. They were pleasant and the store was very clean. Great place. I will be going back soon.

I always come into this tropical smoothie and always ask for Auhmya she’s such a sweet girl. She always make sure my smoothie is made right with a smile. She was super busy that day and didn’t have no help and still put her customers first. Definitely recommend her.

This tropical smoothie is by far my favorite the smoothies always taste on point! The food is always hot and taste so good! Peyton and Lynn made this experience that’s much better good food good service good fun! They are also so inspirational the cups have quotes on them that definitely inspire people! Worst tasting protein smoothie I ever had in my life, threw it in the trash after one sip

i went in for a lunch meeting and was shocked to find this place even here i had no idea and i have came through this town multiply times for meetings not once did i notice a tropical smoothie this close to 95!!!! i was pleased with the service the general manager was super friendly and helpful! the smoothie was excellent and the food was even better then that and i had a quote on my jalapeno corn it was very moving to say the least it read as follows: Do the best you can until you know better then when you know better do better! i was informed that the Peyton wrote on the corn and i just want to say thank you so much i needed that great piece of advise at this point in my life! before i left they wished me well on my travels until next time!!! and thank you agian!

My visit earlier today at tropical smoothie was by far best experience I’ve had. The customer service was a 10/10 and as I was walking in I was greeted by smiles and positive attitudes. The food was delicious and by surprise I did not have to wait long I’m not sure what the name was of the girl who prepared my food but she did an excellent job with getting my food out in a timely manner. Great job tropical smoothie!!!

My Favorite Tropical Smoothie in the whole state of Florida. And I’ve been to a lot of them. Not being bias. I have even been to store #1 In Tallahassee, it doesn’t compare. Because my smoothie is complicated, most servers have attitudes. Not this store. Friendly, and helpful. Best store!
