My favorite of favorites !!! They have one in utah and omg its to die for !! I am so Lucky to have found my favorite place to take the family for a nice treat!!!!

Good, the service was good, although they have foods from different ethnic groups, they have fried banana and sushi next to eachotgere

My 9 year old grandson chose Tucanos for his birthday dinner. We were welcomed and seated very promptly. The salad bar was wonderful and all the main dishes did not disappoint. Our family has several allergies, and they are so good to bring out the different meats that are safe with no dairy. All the staff is friendly and very helpful.

One of, if not the, favorite restaurant of mine in the area. If you get a chance, definitely check it out.

Terrible experience. All waiters and manager were rude. Nothing that I ordered happened. Meat was very slow. Had picanha in our table only twice and it was like a leftover from other tables. I asked 3 times for a picanha 1st cut but the answer I got was "we cannot do it because we have to rotate the tables". I made a complaint 3 times including to the manager. Nothing changes. This is not a Brazilian Steakhouse. Flavors were not even close but services were a disaster. Reaction from the manager when I complaint was like "we cannot do it for you". This was by far my worse experience in a Brazilian Style. I will never come back for sure.

Such a fun place to eat! Not only great food, but the servers were so personable and fun. I do recommend a reservation if you're going on the weekend.

I live upstairs in the Residences at the Streets of Saint Charles. Enjoyed a dinner here the week prior, I received a free dessert for completing a survey so I decided to visit again with the thought that this may be my new “cheat day” meal spot. The hostess tried to seat me at a table that was unstable. I made mention of it and was assured it would be fixed. I went back to the front waiting area where I saw a gentleman “fix” the table. A few moments later, she tried to reseat me at the same table….no problem, but I’m obviously going to check… it was still very unstable… I’m talking shakey unstable to the point any subtle movement like… I don’t know cutting the endless amounts of meat that is served here could send a glass sliding or topple over.. I asked if I could be seated elsewhere.. they told me no… not “there may be a wait until another table becomes available” or any other endless solutions for one who has patience and doesn’t mind waiting their turn so I left. The issue here is they tried to lie.. then didn’t attempt to resolve the issue. I wasn’t rushing anyone.. you “fixed” the table and didn’t check it? I even demonstrated for the hostess… I’ll enjoy cheat meals elsewhere

First time here, went at lunch. Really good food and "salad bar" has a ton of options cold and hot. Lunch seemed very slow, service and food were both great!

Recently visited Tucanos again after 3 years, but sadly, we had a horrible experience this time. We were 10 people for our reservation, with 4 cars coming from various locations in Missouri. 2 cars were on time, and the other 2 had to go thru traffic due to road accidents. Restaurant didn't want us to get to our table and wanted everyone in the room TO GIVE US our reserved table. At this point, we wouldn't mind not dining all at once because we are already aware 2 cars were late. As a result the 2 late car occupants caused us to be 30 mins late for our reservation and the restaurant maitre'd, i guess, THREATENED to take away our table if we do not FINISH DINING on time as 'the table was reserved for another party'. Do note at this point of the day and during the time we dined, the restaurant was only ¼ full. We find this very rude treatment totally unreasonable, and we won't be going back, none of us.

This place used to be pretty good but all the meat they bring around is very meh. The salad bar is great but the meat is not. My family goes pretty often for birthdays and it gets worse each visit (not much flavor and it’s always dry even their fish). Also it’s annoying that the “servers” do nothing but seat you and then take your money at the end but then there’s a mandatory 18, 20 or 25% tip.

Don't bother eating the salad till the meat comes around otherwise you won't get through it. I felt like I was going to explode. So delicious 😋

It was a little expensive, but it was really good food! The waiters bombard you with so many different options, and the menu changes every so often so you never know what to expect

The food is good, but the steaks have inconsistent taste; they are not always at the same level. However, the bar salad is perfect, and they have a wide variety of different salads.

This was our first time here. I went to celebrate my birthday which I notified the server of. Not anytime throughout our service did she wish me a happy birthday or anything which was disappointing especially since I saw another party get wished a happy birthday. Other than that, the food was good, the buffet was clean and the flavored teas were good. The meat servers were very nice but sometimes it was hard to hear what they were presenting. The grilled pineapple and the teriyaki beef were probably my favorites.

We often drived from south to this restaurant for meals, and we loved the food and atmosphere here. sometime We came with friends too.But today's service is very, very bad. A female waiter was serving us, and while we were dining, I asked for napkins from him. After a while, she brought the toilet paper towel.OMG！I tell her I want talk to the manager，she went to talk to manager frist，I don't know what she said，but when the manager came to my table，I tell him I came here so many times but I never had napkin、tissue paper like this here .yes I said napkin and tissue paper to make sure that’s I want, I don’t want paper towel with my mouth. However he means that’s napkins.and then when we was eating the dessert not ready to go,the lady service came to let me check. I am Asian in united state about 6 years,but frist time had the service like that,however I paid 18%tips for them but I think maybe I don’t want to go any more

I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday! Our server Leo was awesome! Our meat servers was very attentive and keep the meat coming for our party of 11. I will definitely be back!

Been here about 6 times, had been pretty good each time. Service isn't horrible but it's also kind of been a hit or miss. Everyone was nice though each time that I remember. Food was pretty good and plennttyyyy of it. Easy to stuff yourself with all the options.

The server we had was fine the complaint is the persons serving the meat either had almost nothing left to serve or you got just a scrap of meat I finally had to complain to the manager to get meat, by then we were tired and frustrated and just wanted to leave, very disappointed.

Great choice if you're looking for something different than the usual. "Salad bar" boasts typical greens and cold bar items as well as soups and native Brazilian sides. Don't skip the lobster bisque! Service is always good and the table side service guarantees a satisfying selection of meats for any palate.

Possibily the worst Brazilian restaurant rodizio I’ve ever experienced. The food at the buffet was sub par. The rice seemed like it was microwaved. Their feijoada didn’t taste like an authentic one. The presentation on the staff walking around with the meat was absurd. They would literally walk with one piece of steak from table to table. I wasn’t even offered a signature Brazilian cut of Picanha/ Top Sirloin. I’m not a person to leave a review but this place was the absolute worst. I have been to many Brazillians restaurants and this one is by far the worst.

I have been to this restaurant. Several times and enjoy each time.

Normally I would give this place 5 stars and I have in the past. But I must say, this was one of the more undesirable trips to Tuscanos. We waited forever, even though we had a reservation. The food tasted like it was from a can, and our waitress was pretty much just a check bringer. Damn shame.

Love the food here. We had our wedding dinner here. The all you can eat meat that they bring to the table is excellent. I haven't found anything we haven't liked. Just spent our anniversary there. The price is a little high but worth it for special occasions.

Amazing experience. The staff was super awesome and the food was awesome to say the least. Our hosts, Katrina and Sisa, were so sweet, they deserve a raise!

Waitress was very nice but not very attentive. We were there for my brother’s bday. We wanted to surprise him with the birthday thing they did for another table but instead she snuck behind people on the side of the table, set the ice cream down and left. Lol. Most of the meats were dry and chewy, but the salad bar, brisket, and chicken legs were phenomenal. We also had a couple slices of the grilled pineapple. They were super juicy and delicious, but hot on the outside and cold on the inside. Was kind of odd but still very good. The tables are close together which makes for a very loud and overwhelming dining experience, but once some tables left it was better. The bathrooms were well kept and clean. The meat hosts were beyond nice and very knowledgeable. The prices are decent if you’re a BIG big eater, but not worth it if you’re not. We paid $87 for two adult meals, one water, and one ice tea (including a 20% tip). I think if the steaks were cooked properly instead of dry and chewy, then the price would be better suited.

The food is fresh, the staff is amazing, and everything taste so good! Try the grilled pineapples and mango fish :)

Impeccable service and dining!!

In short this place, sucks!! Made a reservation for 830p, didn't get seated till 45min past reservation time. Finally got seated, made 1 salad bar trip had green side up at table and no one came to our table. Manager walked by 3 times within a 20 min time frame, and no acknowledgement towards my table or me calling him over. Waitress never came back after drinks served. Walk up and left, let hostess know and out the door.

St.Charles, MO -Location From my own personal experiences and giving them more than a few chances. I would not recommend this place. The food has been fair enough to return but the customer service has not been up to par. Management even needs to it together. You make a reservation only for the system to loose your reservation and Management could careless. You shouldn't have to verify your reservation confirmation via phone call, text, email and the app. Not only that when the first person doesn't want to deal with it they pass you on to the next person and then 3 people later you get a "mamager" and they still don't want to do anything except ask you to be added to the wait list. A wait list that you had already been added to and an employee removed you from. Only to add you into another que that is another hour wait. Save yourself time, money and headache by just going somewhere else. At least until they get together and learn how to run a business.

Came by 4 times to slice off a bite of meat. It was awesome but I wish they'd have cut off a bigger slice. Service was great, atmosphere was nice

We were there on a Friday evening for our daughter's birthday. The food and service were both extremely good. I highly recommend Tucanoes!

No comment!! $200 for 4 people to eat two pieces of fatty meat... seems excessive to me. Telling the waitress please speak slowly that we don't understand English well was like saying well done, keep going!! Absolutely avoid! It's only good for Americans who just have to gorge themselves!

Went with my wife. Used Google to reserve table and was seated upon arrival on time. Park is a pain there's just a lot of businesses and may have to park across the street. Got the buffet with staff walking around with entrees and gave small samples and you could ask for me. Love the idea of the statue that symbolizes whether your table is still hungry. Green signifies feed me, can read symbolizes 'pass'. The entrees with good. Pork chicken steak salmon along with a grilled pineapple and a few others I have forgotten. Flavor was good staff was nice. The buffet offered a lot choices. Big salad bar along with soups shrimp sushi and a small assortment of different dishes. Also had lobster bisque., very tasty but very rich man personally have sex in my stomach but it's great. The desserts were fantastic. Huge portion. I also enjoyed the way they brought out the drinks with your glass but also a side pitcher to refill. I would say the prices are fair considering what's included. That's all you can eat not including dessert or alcoholic drinks. I would look at the menu if you intend I'm bringing a family with younger children unless they are good eaters. Maybe the restaurant offers a better deal and price for younger children but Justin just something to consider. Had a great time definitely will return and recommend

Tucanos is a different approach to dinner. The salad bar is beautiful with a variety of foods that would appeal to anyone's tastes. The meat service was a little interesting. There were a lot of beef options, but I felt there could have been more poultry options. The servers walk around with meat skewers and slice off pieces of meat. It is a great way to try a variety of meats without feeling like you are wasting food. The restaurant itself is a little outdated and could use a facelift to help modernize it. The location is great, especially if you want to walk off all the food you just ate!

Not worth 31.95.Save your time and money. Took my mother here for her birthday recently and had to leave. The host greeted us and sat us down at our table right away due to no wait time and it not being busy. The waiter was great she took our drink orders and was very pleasant but as soon as I seen the staff walking around with the meat skewers it was game over. They had no gloves on and were setting the meat skewers right in front of people (close enough that the individuals could breath on the meat) cutting and serving it to them and then going around to other people and serving them the same meat that other people just breathed on. I also witnessed a person picking up their tongs from their dirty napkin that they just wiped their face with grabbing a piece of meat that the individual cut from the skewer inches away from touching the whole thing. It was just unsanitary and my appetite went out the window. 🤢 Never again.

Unique experience with a food bar and meet delivered to your table. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable of the meets they present. They even ask your preference on how you like the meet cooked. Such a great selection with a variety of flavors.

Full disclosure, I love this place. Came this time for the Juneteenth special. The food is delicious, and the beer was very good.

I love Brazilian steakhouses but this one fell flat. The steak was tough or very over seasoned. The choices brought over were just ok. The salmon was excellent, but I wasn't really there for salmon. The salad bar was just sad. Not a lot of fresh options and a lot of premade mayonnaise-based salads. The good news is that it wasn't overpriced, but I left wanting to go somewhere else for good steak.

We went to Tucanos father's day weekend and were very pleased with everything. We made a reservation for 6pm and were seated promptly. I'd requested a table near the entrance for my husband and there were no issues. The food was fantastic, the little extras for the holiday were great, and all of the servers were friendly, helpful, and cheerful. A special shout out to our waitress Amy, she was awesome!

This is the worst restaurant I ever been

Waiters are nice and good people. However if I am going to Brazilian steakhouse I want some picanha, alcatra, maminha. They will come with everything else but real Brazilian cuts. It seems that they tried to save steak by not bringing enough to table. In a legit steakhouse will always have the premium cuts passing by you. I expected that here but honestly, they has picanha in my table for about 2 times in the 1 hour I was there

If you leave this place hungry that's on you.

pretty good but pricey for the meat you get

It was .. ok. First time going to a Brazilian Grill and we were left waiting a lot of the times for them to come around. Staff kept thinking we were waiting to leave, but we had only been served twice. Meats could be better, and a lot of the time we had to ask for more as only a tiny piece of meat had fallen off and they were ready to walk away.

If you've never been to a Brazilian Grill / Steakhouse before, this should not be your first time trying this genre of dining. Tucanos was a horrendous example of what a Brazilian Steakhouse should be. The meats were low quality, poor cuts, poorly seasoned, chewy, sometimes dry, sometimes undercooked. The service was pretty poor, even though the servers we had were nice -- there weren't enough servers so we sat for almost three hours to get a decent amount of meat brought around to our table. It was genuinely a pitiful experience. The salad bar was decent but that's not why you should go to a Brazilian grill. Please consider going elsewhere for dinner, this is not worth your time or your money. The only upside to dining here is that you may be able to make reservations for very large groups and parties.

Felt rushed from the time we sat down at 6:35pm till the time we left at 7:10pm. Katrina was very eager to get us out the door. She offered us desert after 5 rounds of food being brought to our table, after I told her yes we will probably do the cheesecake dessert after we are done eating, she quickly jumped to the dessert tray and asked what we would like. I told her once again that we would probably do the cheesecake after we are done eating. A few minutes go by and here is our dessert and there go our plates. Just like that we are done eating according to Katrina. The only upside to the whole visit was an older gentleman bringing food to our table, he was very nice and caring, I wish I could remember his name, I slipped him a tip and we were out by 7:10pm.

This place is amazing, its a different dinning experience when on a buffete style concept the food goes to your table instead of you going to the food area. The meats were well seasoned and specially the shredded brisket. They have chicken, pork, beef, fish and salmon all included as much as you can eat. I believe is well price for the amount of food. Salad you ask? Huge selection. Will come back again.

Buffet restaurant, various salads and meats. The price is very good value. Therefore, the taste of some dishes is acceptable. For the price, there's nothing to fault.

Delicious food, excellent service

Food was wonderful, as always. However, we were "invisible " once we were seated. I had to go to the check in desk to get a server. Once our drink orders were taken, it took a long time to get them (everyone around us/seated before/after us had excellent service). We were also the very last people the servers brought food to. (Sometimes they'd walk up to our table, then go to a larger table without offering us food)

Meats that are overcooked and dry. And soooo much salt on everything its a wonder EMS isn't on standby for heart attacks. Not really anything good to say so I will just stop there.

Our family came for my grandsons 12th birthday. From start to finish, extraordinary service from everyone the minute we walked in. 10 people. What an excellent time!

For a Brazilian steak house you can't beat the price. The pork loin was good but the pichana was amazing. The drinks are quite expensive, so feel free to skip out on those. But everything else is great!

Salad bar was very good and fresh. The variety of grilled meat was good but unfortunately most of it (beef and pork) wasn't tasty or tender. We had a coupon but I wouldn't want to have paid full price for it.

This is 100% scam, please don’t waste your money. If this is a Brazilian Steakhouse then I’m an astronaut. I’m Brazilian, from Rio, and can tell you that the place is a complete joke and has nothing to do with the traditional Brazilian “Rodizio” steakhouses. This place makes a terrible reputation for all Brazilians. Service is terrible, slow and meats are horrible, bad taste, overcooked and dry most of time. The picanha, which we call the Queen of the Churrasco was by far the worst I’ve ever had, tough and dry. I didn’t know it was possible to make such a bad Picanha (assuming that was really a Picanha because it did not look like, seemed fake Picanha)

Wait was to long 2hours this was my 6th visit need to change the meat getting bored

Tucanos is a great place to eat. That said this location does not represent them well. Service was bad and parking is worse.

Service was great! The steaks aren’t that authentic though comparing to legit brazilian rodizio/gauchos. Overall my experience was alright.

Service was excellent. The meat server asked about our preferences on "done-ness" of beef and made sure he brought the correct ones to our party of 4. Food overall was very good. The salad festival had many choices and I may opt for that only in the future.

My friend said how great this place was, so we decided to come Thursday 5/9 for my birthday. We made a reservation for 7:00pm. First, the server was nice and friendly, but the service was very lacking. We kept getting ignored because our server had a group of about 15 who constantly was needing something. We had to ask for water, ask for a water refill when our glasses sat empty. Both of our $12 drinks were still half full and she took them without asking and stacked them on top of each-other and tossed them. Didn’t even ask if we wanted another drink so I could tell her those were not empty, just walked away. The hot sides were just okay, rolls were stale, and the lobster bisque was good but it was lukewarm, same with the pasta and other sides. The meats that we did get to try were tasty, but there were so many larger parties, our two top table kept getting ignored even with our table marker turned up. If they did come by, we got the bottom tiny scrap of whatever was left. To top it off the food upset both myself and my husband’s stomach. Would not go again.

This place is gross! I've eaten here a couple of times with plenty of space between visits; and every time, I've gotten sick afterward. They should upgrade the side dishes, too.

This is a must of you have not been. The food is amazing! Service excellent, variety endless. Gold margaritas so smooth! Salad bar with more than just salad. The meats are grilled for individual liking. Gotta try the grilled pineapple! I will definitely go there again! Kudos to the staff, they are on it!

There should be 10 stars for the food! Service lacked a little as far as drinks and finding someone to get a refill. But, this is a must try. Loved loved the pineapple 🍍. Yes it is more than average in price, but hopefully I will get to rerun soon.

Oh my, such a nice place! The food was very good and Very plentiful! The servers were all friendly. The atmosphere was great for a gathering of friends. I look forward to going again.

Updated review: While this used to be my favorite restaurant I just can't recommend it anymore. The once good customer service has went way downhill and the little service you got as a small table has become virtually non-existent. It makes me sad because I used to love this place but as I've been here for over an hour and I've only been checked on twice by the server and I've only had like 4 meat skewers brought to the table. It's sad, but I think I'm going to have to find a new Brazilian place. This is a great place to eat if you have more than 2 people. I would never recommend them for a date or just 2 or less people dining. Why? Because although their servers have great customer service skills, they tend to overlook the smaller tables. They'll be great about filling your cups and checking in on you, as long as they think you're a big enough party that you'll give good tips. Other than that it is a fantastic experience. They literally just keep bringing food to your table until you tell them you're done. So while it's pricey, it is totally worth it. Especially if you become a Tucanos member! I love this place, eat here at LEAST once a month.
