No wait and the most delicious food!

This location has issues. Just went to the drive thru and was ask to wait one minute. I waited 2 and then said "hello" into the mic. The guy working asks me to wait again in an annoyed voice, I drove off. The food is horrible. All I wanted was a dragon fruit lemonade. That's the only thing I get from this location. Juan tabo is the only location I will order food from.

It is nice sometimes fot me to be able to get a good breakfast burrito for lunch.

I’m in line at the drive-thru going and placed my order 15 minutes ago, and I can’t just leave because I have two vehicles in front of me and two more behind me. I tried calling to see what the hold up is, but no one answered. This is ridiculous!!

The food we ordered was big portion and delicious! Twisters is one of my favorite places to eat

I ordered a twisters burrito green chili chicken large, I realize there's construction around the area, but when I got home there was no chicken or beans in my burrito. There was a tortilla smothered in green chili and french fries. So sad!!!

Placed order on the phone walked in and picked it up. Food was fresh and made how I ordered it. Would recommend Twisters to anyone. Way better than blakes.

Came back into town after a year of being away. Still crave their food love it! 2 years later again first top when we got into town for a visit back in July of 23 love love love the service we received. Give our dog a snack and we got everything we asked for with a smile

They're burritos are half sized now not even worth paying for

I got the 3 meats breakfast burrito. It was very tasty and satisfying. It took a while because they're short handed, but it was so big I had to save the rest for dinner! Recommended by me!

09/2023: Got to the order speaker, asked for a Bandito Burrito — and they said they have no eggs!! This location seems _very_ poorly managed. 07/2023: Usually the food & service I got at this ABQ Wyoming/Menaul location was fine. Today, upon paying at the drive thru, "Cassandra M" [per receipt - maybe a reason she didn't want me to have one?] first acted like I was an out-of-line troublemaker for wanting my cash change back (??!) – THEN acted utterly put-upon that I needed my receipt. _I shouldn't even have had to ASK for EITHER my own change, OR my receipt_ . VERY annoying.

The XL Twister burrito is enough food for 4 people and absolutely delicious!

I go every morning I can the food is good the people are friendly and very personable.

I came through the driveway and the lady(Casey) was absolutely awesome with her job! I wish all fast food service was this pleasant.

I am disappointed to say the customer service at the drive thru was very unprofessional! I love the food here at twisters, unfortunately so do his rudeness I was unable to enjoy their food today.

Was visiting from out of town. I grew up in Albuquerque and haven’t had a twister burrito in years. It was just as good as I remember!!

We found twisters after getting into Albuquerque late. Even though I was there right before closing, the staff was very gracious and patient. The food was good for fast food Mexican. The portions were huge and everything was fresh. I appreciated the genuine smiles everyone had.

Edited 4/28/23 Thanks for stepping your game up! Nachos looked great this time! 🙌🏼 I ordered mini nachos and medium drink. Wait 7$....I remember their nachos simple but good cheese covering chips add some jalapenos and tomatoes tasted great. What was handed to me today was about half the size of what it used to be covered in an unrecognizable sauce what an utter disappointment..🤨

I always get a side of carne adovada with some chips and salsa and i have been eating at Twisters for almost 15 years and still not tired of the food!

Delicious food, good variety & great for a quick bite. Prices are good for kids too.

My daughter ate the quesadilla kids' meal. So yummy. The iced tea is really good also.

The managers of this local are fantastic! They truly care about getting orders right and taking care of their customers, especially us regulars with special requests. Many thanks! Still the best. Manager Cassandra is fantastic.

This particular location has stellar employees and my food is always on point. They even take extra special care of their fur visitors in the drive thru. It’s my dogs favorite drive thru!

Never been a twister. A hidden treasure.

This twisters is always dead on and perfect The staff is always attentive and the food is always prepared like they were thinking they were making their own meal. There's a lot of other twisters in town but this is the only one to come to

We ordered hand held burritos. As we have many times. The person on duty was loud. She yelled a few times and everyone in the restaurant turned to see her. Then she called out the two burritos we had ordered. So my husband went and picked up what was on the counter. Then as my husband got to our table, she loudly yelled and said "that's not yours"! Everyone turned to stare! My husband took the order back. Apparently someone else ordered the same thing. She shouldn't at the very least been polite about it! And maybe said "excuse me sir, I think you picked up the wrong order." She was the one who called us up there! Then I unwrapped my GREEN chile burrito. It was literally dripping with grease! And it was red! I would've sent it back but I was too afraid to go back up there! It was super nasty! Literally soaked up the napkins and still dripped out like a faucet! I couldn't even eat it! And it wasn't what I ordered! I took a picture but I don't know how to post it. Super disappointed!

Went one night and the customer service was amazing and the food even more amazing! They got our custom orders exactly right and the employee was so nice with their positive attitude. Thank you! Love twister burritos

I had to change my review because of the service I received Monday night. We ordered food and dispite our receipt saying our order when we got home all burritos were wrong. We ordered all products without pork and all burritos were added pork They would not even help us until we brought all burritos in. We we drove back the cook was like "oh yeah I did put pork in there" . It was very upsetting having to go there a third time to get the order we paid for. My favorite food but because of the experience, we will not be going.

I get dinner here two or three times a week. If you go to the drive-thru their food/service is awesome. If you order through doordash or GrubHub expect to be missing items or things done wrong.

WOW, first time ever eating here and I have to say it's extremely good food. I would come here again and can't wait to bring my kids. I got the Green Chilli Twister Chicken burrito and my husband ordered a Super Nachos. Y'all gotta try the green chilli twister burritos it comes with curly fries on top of the burrito.... 5/5 for delicious 5/5 for quality 5/5 for service 5/5 for cleanliness

I’m sorry but if u want some hot green chili in your burger they will do that for you nuts it’s not hot and the other thing is the food food was cold and soggy and burgers aren’t ment to be soggy get better cooks please

The burritos are very good. The burgers are awesome they have lots of cheese. The only thing is I wish the chile was hot, it doesn't have a lot of heat to it. This is Albuquerque let's spice it up a little!

I really enjoyed the food. I am a wuss, so the salsa was too hot for me, but I am sure you would love it. I like the option of fries or chips.

Getting ready to enjoy breakfast when a large wad of hair was pulled out of a burrito!! Called the store, spoke to the manager on duty. She says "I will make sure to tie all of my hair back", refunded my card saying it will be back in my card in 15 days! This is ridiculous and unappetizing to say the least. Please check your food! 🤢

Casey & Joseph were awesome. From the moment I walked into the door they were nice, polite, and helpful. Food was great and timely. I would not hesitate to return to this location. Thank you both for a good experience in a time where good customer service is becoming rare.

Really filling food, perfect portions, and all of it tasted fresh. Ordered the churro, curly fries, machaca burrito, and the Santa Fe burrito.

This is the worst Twisters I have ever been in. The cheese enchiladas were not even warmed!

Horrible. Service was poor. Said they had been really busy that's why service is slow. But there was only one other person. Waited 20 minutes. All of good was cool....like ice cold and there was no condiments for the coffee. Asked for a refund. Went to gold pride way better and cost a lot less. Less learned we will not be going. Also the manager was very lazy and kept chewing out the other employees.

Cassandra the manager and another worker helped me and took my order. It was so easy and quick they were really helpful and helped my day go off to a quick and good start thanks again!

Busy day at 9am. The burrito vary each week in size. Still good flavor.

Stopped in for lunch. Ordered a burger. Timing was a bit slow but it was made fresh. Overall great food.

Stopped by this location just for a quick sweet treat so we ordered churros and soppas. I normally go to the Montgomery and San Pedro location but this one was soooooo much better. Next time we get food we will go back to this location to see if the food is just as good as the treats.

Cheap food. Was good, no complaints. Service was fast. Bland. Typical fast food.

Two orders were placed in an empty restaurant. One came out in five minutes, I waited over half an hour for mine. Two people came and went before I asked about mine. Then had to ask about my order. They made it and it was the wrong order, I will not go back.

This location is awful. Do not order the chicken sandwich! They don’t use really chicken breast.

I've never eaten anything else here, but it's a favorite for breakfast. They have an impressive array of choices and all that I've tried are delicious. I like the Supreme with bacon, egg, cheese & potato. Get yours with red or green sauce which really brings it all together. Plus, you can get in and out and get on with your day!

Poor customer service . I used to love twisters and coming everyday but the service is poor and deters me away from coming here. Also when I ask for something specific they put the exact opposite. Haven’t had a good experience in a while coming to this twisters.

Tacos had very little meat as if they were down to the last bit of their prep. It took a while to get my food, service there is okay.

Terrible cold food. Long waits and unfriendly staff

Decided to treat myself to a breakfast burrito today and they left the cheese and chile off. It was just...unsalted eggs and potatoes. They even asked me what kind of chile I wanted...twice. I got the breakfast burrito of ultimate blandness. What a ripoff and a letdown.

Cold undercooked French fries. Their location in Rio rancho has been bad for a while now and I was hoping that was an isolated occurrence. Looks like every twisters location has gone down the drain. It's a shame too because this used to be one of my favorite local chains.

Was hoping this location had better quality food than the other locations. Undercooked french fries, missing tortilla and cold papitas, uncooked corn tortillas and cold chile on the rancheros enchiladas. I won't even attempt another location, the Wyoming and Southern stores have ruined it for all of Twisters for me!

The Indian Taco with shredded beef and green chile is my mainstay here. 😉

Waited almost an hr for our food, as there was a huge order before me, but they threw in an extra burger and friess and the food was hot and probably the most delicious burger i have ever had at twisters

Was disappointed that I ordered a ground beef burrito with green chili but there was only green chili in the last inch of my burrito? Although the overall flavor was really good I was really wanting green chili! The guy that was working both the drive through and the inside counter was very nice as was the nice lady that was assisting with getting him cups etc.

Casey is by far the most incredible food service rep I've ever encountered. I go out of my way to go to this location because she and her staff are efficient, kind, and make a usually transactional experience super fun and enjoyable. Highly recommend not just for the food but for the 5 star customer service.

I really love twisters they have great burritos and their green chili is not too hot but just hot enough they're always fast and friendly they don't always get the order right but they really do make up for that prices okay would definitely recommend it

They are always a bit on the slow side, but friendly and the items are generally on point and yummy. I appreciate all they provide!!!
