I had my daughter order me a pizza sub and I can’t believe what I got. A slab of meat with no bread and a couple slices of pepperoni. Asked to be fixed and they said that’s what was on the order and didn’t fix it. Horrible service and horrible food that they absolutely won’t fix when they make a mistake. I have eaten here for years but never again just shameful

Best pizza flavor and crust we have found in 45 miles of us. Sandwiches and other menu items are delicious also. Most staff service experiences are positive and efficient. Great prices. Highly recommend as your go to pizza place.

Short version, pretty good pizza. Longer Version. They do their own bread, rather than building on a premade 'hockey puck' and you can tell the difference. Tasty crust, edges are really chewy bread sticks attached. I do wish I had asked them to add a couple minutes as I prefer a well baked bottom. It was well cooked but their fresh bread is pretty soft. That's on me, not them. Was there weekday a little after four. Takeout order 21 minutes - this was with them getting slammed with calls. $18.49 for a 16" larger four topping pizza is a good deal for me; I've paid almost double that in my travels. Sauce tasty. Think they were a little thin on toppings. Came with a little tub of 'garlic sauce' for dipping your edges bread sticks crusts. So four of five stars for a good pizza. Went to a nearby park with a gazebo and a railroad caboose(!), had half, other half still tasted pretty good the next day. I will go back in my travels. Want to try their bread sticks and other items.

Tyler's is hands down the BEST place to eat in olive hill! The staff are just as amazing as the food.

We just picked up our order and they gave us no garlic butter even though we asked for extra. This happens EVERY SINGLE time. We live 30 minutes away from town and made a special trip just to do business with them.

Terrible service. I would say it's the worst delivery experience of my life, but after three phone calls I could not get them to tell me if I could get a pizza. I was well within their range, less than 5 miles, well within their hours, it was 8pm. Here's some of their words verbatim "Well we just had 3 deliveries the other way from you..." ,and "We are unsure if we can deliver it". I eventually said if you can't say YES OR NO then I don't know how to do business further.

We were camping at Grayson Lake and called to order a pizza. They first called back after order placed and said they wouldn’t deliver if order wasn’t over $20 which makes complete since. But when we asked where our current total was they put us on hold for 3 minutes and came back to say they had 3 orders the other way and didn’t know how long it would be. We again said that’s fine. They put us on hold again and came back and said they “weren’t sure” if they could make it … we were ordering 2hrs before they closed. They just didn’t want to come out I guess. It was ridiculous.

Great family restaurant. Tyler's stays on our list for meals, every time we come in town. Pizza is delicious and the Italian food is always good too. We've also enjoyed the subs and all the appetizers.

Tyler's has great food and a huge variety as well. The hang up there, because of a small business, it sometimes takes a while to get your food. But trust me, it is worth the wait!!!

I have never had anything bad to say about this place because the food and service had always been so good. I doubt I'll go back to dine in ever again though. Carry out is always good but don't dine in. It takes over an hour for them to just get your food to you. Not to mention it takes them 30 minutes just to get your drinks. I won't be going back to dine in.

I'm a little partial because i remember when they opened. Its a local treasure tucked away in Olive Hill. The pizza is great! The bosco sticks are great too! At my lays visit, I think they may be little short staffed, but be patient because it's worth the wait!!

Really like the Chicken Alfredo pizza, but out of five times I’ve ordered with ham only twice did it actually get added to the pizza. Staff are friendly but every call requires a five minute hold and delivery is always a negotiation.

Excellent Restaurant, moved to the area six months ago. The best in the area, great quality food, clean bath rooms and the seating area is wonderful.

We had spent the day at Carter Caves and wanted something to eat before we headed home. Are cave guide Skylar told us about the place "He said it has great pizza" and he was right, but not just the pizza, our chicken hoagie, BLT and tater tots, cheese bread, and taco pizza. All in all, it's just a great place to eat.

Off the freeway a few miles but worth the diversion on our road trip. Caroline, the owner, and her daughter in law, were very friendly and welcoming. We went in for salad and ordered the antipasto to share. The table across from us had a friendly couple who raved about the pizza. So, we ordered the pizza with bread stick. Low and behold the bread was basically a cheese pizza (8 or 9 inch) of goodness that we shared with our new acquaintances. The salad was truly enough to be a full meal and the “bread” was the topper. Our pizza went right into a to go box. We shared it with people at the hotel we stayed at that evening. So, be aware that you will get a lot to eat at a very reasonable price (under $25 for all that we had).

Stopped in while visiting Carter Caves and found a gem off the beaten path. Staff was friendly and more importantly the pizza was about the best I’ve ever had. We enjoyed it so much we went back the next evening. Tables were adequately spaced and staff were wearing masks. Do yourself a favor and give it a try.
