Great food truck. Excellent burger. Near my house so I'm excited to try the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the Philly.

Stopped by to check it out and got the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with all the veggies. The sandwich was way better than what expected. The combination of the bread, veggies, mayo and buffalo sauce just comes together. The service was sweet. He even brought the order out to the vehicle. We will be going back and trying the Korean BBQ next. Thank you.

Everything we have tried has been amazing! The kids love the chicken strips, fries and tots. We love the green chili Philly and Korean stir fry the best. The burgers are great too! Definitely a new regular for us now. Thank you!!

If you want the best cheeseburger and fries in Amarillo, stop by this food truck! The people working were so sweet- top notch customer service! The burger was DELICIOUS and the fries.. crispy on the outside and soft on the inside- YUM! Can’t wait to try all the other things on the menu. Do yourself a favor and add the homemade aioli sauce to your burger for a little spice! So good! We love Uncle Jimmy’s!
