Second time here!!! First time I came here I had the competition burger it was AMAZING!, today I’m having a chicken Philly sub and let me tell you is WOW ! I really recommend this place won’t regret it! By the way I drove from Margate Florida

Union Station Cafe serves up some seriously tasty wings that hit all the right notes – crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. But here's the catch: they're often out of stock. It's a bummer when you're craving wings and find out they're unavailable due to high demand. Despite the occasional disappointment, if you manage to snag a serving, it's well worth the wait. Just keep your fingers crossed for good timing!

This place used to be amazing; the food was flavorful & the service was fast (even during busy lunch time). For the last 3 or 4 months, the quality of the food has decreased exponentially. I have ordered different items, and they all were bad: - Panini sandwich: the bread was soggy. The chicken breast was flavorless, and dry. It was like eating cardboard. - Tex-Mex bowl: beans were flavorless (I wonder if they were from a can because they looked and tasted as if they were), and the chicken was exactly like I just described above. - Chipotle chicken wrap: this used to be one of my favorites items; I do not know what happened but it does not taste like it used to either. - Spinach and cranberry salad: carboard chicken, spinach that should've been thrown away... and excessive amounts of vinaigrette. On another note, when I have placed online orders, and I have specified at what time I want my food, why is it that I have to wait 30, 40, 45 min for them to start prepping my food when I get to the restaurant? It does not make sense. Multiple people I know have said the same thing, and they have either stopped going or ordering. It's disappointing.

I have not been to the place personally, I have only ordered through Uber Eats, so I cannot comment on service or atmosphere but, honestly, by their food alone, I am sure it's great. I discovered them a few months ago when I was craving for a classic turkey club sandwich. I ordered that, fries and their lemoncello mascarpone cake. I have been obsessed over since! The sandwich, amazing, the cake??? The best I have tasted yet! Today, I ordered the buffalo chicken salad and *chef's kiss*, it's so good! And, of course, I ordered the cake again. It's definitely my go to for lunch when I am able to order. Prices are not that bad given the quality of the food. I'm looking forward to trying out their other foods and will make a point to visit in person one day.

The food is awesome! I always order for delivery since Medleys traffic is bad. They always arrive on time, food is amazing and customer service on point! I LOVE their sancocho, constantly checking the menu to see if they have it!! Keep it up guys!

This facility is back on my favorite list. For you old timers, it used to be Capt Jimmy's. With new looks and menu, it's a great place for a quick lunch. The layout is the same, but with train accent. Dishes are tasty (finally) and you can always count on a lunch menu with a variety of selections. Its relatively clean with an efficient serve staff. Missed the old Capt Jimmy's though, but you don't have to fight the crowd anymore. Decent bathroom & more parking in the back about sum it up.

We stopped by for lunch, we ordered the Greek chicken bowl and the birria tacos. The birria tacos to me need more flavor, the meat is soft the tortilla crunchy but the beef needs more flavor. The Greek chicken bowl was very tasteful. Most of the tables were dirty and it seemed like the workers felt chaotic and stressed.

Pricey but a good place to hang out with friends.

I really enjoy coming here. I mainly sit at the bar since I ride solo. Great specials, friendly staff too. They work efficiently. The two ladies that work as waitresses are fast. I just wish my Philly cheesesteak would come with fries like other items on their menu. I usually order a side of fries :/

Nice to have good food in Medley

We order from this place very often and the food is great as well as the service, Jose is the best. But I’m not sure if there was a change in management or something, but the last few orders have been missing things. My teriyaki salmon didn’t come with teriyaki sauce, my chipotle chicken burrito that was supposed to come with rice didn’t have rice. The attention to your food is not high.

Honestly, this is the best restaurant ever!!! Customer service is just friendly nice genuinely kind I love it, has been my go to every week. I totally recommend this station, not to mention the AMAZING FOOD!!!! it’s just awesome!!!!! Everyday is a new thing I love it. 100% recommend.

The food was simply delicious. I ate some tacos al pastor that were exquisite. I ordered a very refreshing lemonade and for dessert a delicious freshly baked cookie. I will definitely return

The food is okay nothing special but not bad my problem is the service leave a lot to be desired. I went and ordered my food after 30 minutes I ask about my food since people who came after me had already gotten there food, and they said it was on the way. Then after waiting an hour and fifteen minutes I ask again and they said sorry my order got lost and they will remake it now. For the entire hour and fifteen minutes no one checked up on me and no one helped. Food is decent but I will not be going back.

I order from here two or three times a week, the quality has improved over the years. I have a couple of weeks ago an amazing lemon butter salmon. I hope they stay the same.

Great food and fast excellent service, if hungry and in a hurry, this is the place for you, I only had a half hour for a quick lunch and I was in an out in no time.

Came here to grab lunch real quick with a coworker. The service was fast which is nice and the staff are on point. The though was okay at best. We both had burgers and 1 order of falafel. The food was filling but had no real taste to it. The place was packed so I mean they have to be doing something right.

Lots of improvement since my last review 4 months ago. Faster delivery, the chicken is juice again and now someone is checking food before it is send out because everything we order gets deliver on time. They still have days when specials are not very attractive as I would like it and they repeat the soup sometimes but in general a GREAT place for lunch in the Medley area. Thank you for the effort! 4 month ago. This place used to be just great. A rare gem in Medley, especially with the lack of typical American food in the area. They changed ownership and since that they had change the menu to a more Middle East European one. It was not a bad change, something fresh and new, but with time they are lacking quality, don’t pay attention to details and don’t take the phone to received complains. Their delivery used to be faster but now it takes forever and the deliver guys is not has no shame reminding that the tip was not included (even when he shows up an hour and a half later) We decide to pickup our own food and I found myself checking everything (like when you go to McDonalds or any other fast food) because they make all kinds of mistakes, like change the soup you ordered, sending one burger instead of what you ordered, etc. Their chicken breast taste old and it is extra dry. We normally order two or three times a week but now we feel that regular customers are no longer a priority.

How do you take wings off your menu? Those were key items that I always ordered. Other stuff is okay. Salads are really good

Great food. Ordering from this place at least 3 days each week. The 3 stars goes to the gentlemen who I was on the phone with. Who basically wouldn’t bother about anything else but to take the order in. And for each question I asked the reply was “oh I would have to ask the manager” oh please do so next time. I understand during the lunch you guys are pretty busy. But if I’m calling in there is a reason for that. Otherwise I would place it online as I usually do.

Been there several times, always for lunch. I say it's a good lunch place, with good hearty salads which I regularly have (plus other foods on their menu). The service is always fast and good and the prices OK.

Union Station is one of best restaurants located in Medley with delicious different menu dishes every day . Quick services with tasty food at a reasonable price , include vegetarian food , Mediterranean dishes, . Staff very professional and friendly , Amanda always happy to assist. Fantastic salads, paninis , wraps , great dishes, burgers and much more. The owner very kind and the restaurant is easy to get to with its location in Flagger station . I was received the wrong wrap and that is not a issue because we make mistakes. My complain i was offered to trade graps instead of send me a new one with no charge or even return my money. I’m really desapinted. I only have 30 min lunch. I ended up having an snack as lunch and the wrap in the garbage. So disappointed Update. I received a phone call a day after the wrap issue from George ( manager) he apologized and offer a free meal. Thank you for the good service. :)
