Authentic pizza very good in the perfect area !

Giancarlo made my pizza in 2021 and his service was bad. Barely spoke english.

Been my favorite pizza place since I was 10 years old (now 29 😂)!! ❤️❤️❤️ always a fun place to take the family.

This is one of the best pizza places in the Orlando area. It is in a quiet location in Celebration. The staff was extremely polite. The restaurant is family owned and incredible atmosphere. The veggie works pizza was OMG AMAZING!! The price is extremely reasonable. Thank you!!

Our favorite pizza in Kissimmee.

Located in the heart of Celebration's main Street. This place is usually pretty busy so I decided to stop in during a time when I finally saw it not busy. There are vegetarian and gluten-free options. I love that they have pizza by the slice and a white pizza option. This wasn't my favorite white pizza in Orlando, but I'd say it secured the third spot.

The best pizza I've had south of New York!!! This place is legit. Pretty much just a to go spot. They have a couple of outdoor tables. They sell by the slice or whole pies. They have other choices besides pizza, but I haven't tried them yet. I'm sure they have to be good though judging on the quality of their pizza. Definitely worth checking out.

The pizza is great. We always stop here when we vacation in the area. It’s in a cute location as well so we walk around as we wait for our pizza.

There’s no tastes pizzas dry, so not enough sauce I would order with extra sauce and pass on the pepperoni i’ll stick with Floridino’s when I’m in Polk county

My family ordered garlic wings and pizza. The wings were inedible burnt to a crisp. My husband called to complain and was offered a free meal as if we would ever eat there again.

I've been there 6 times and I've been very pleased every time. Even though it was very busy some evenings, I received my order quickly. They use plenty of ingredients and the dough is very good.

I went in to order a calzone and was told it was be a 20 min wait. So after about 30 min I asked if I could just have a refund because I only have an hour for lunch and don’t want to spend it all waiting on food and instead of giving me my money back the lady told me it would be out soon and turned her back on me. So I’m standing at the cash register. Then the cook comes about 10 min later with the food with the box opened and says here ya go. No sorry for the wait we apologize for the inconvenience nothing and walked away. If u want calzones don’t go here

Ordered my food online and lied to me and said food was picked up 30 mins ago. Then received text saying my order was cancelled. They lied then refused to fix the problem. Don’t order from them. Can’t stand unprofessional idiots trying to run a business.

We purchased 3 full toppings large pies. A young lady refused us a large cup with ice for the sodas we'd just purchased. Thankfully a young man from beyond the counter noticed and gracefully complied. Thank you my dear Sir "Much obliged"

I regret to say that my recent visit to Upper Crust Pizza Cafe left me utterly disappointed due to the unfriendly and completely rude attitude of the front staff. Upon getting to the establishment, my family and I sat at the outside tables while we waited for 11:00AM, the opening time. Though we were just seating down outside of the establishment right before they open, like two more groups of people, we were met with an outright disrespectful interaction from the frontt staff of the establishment throughout the side window. With no warnings, words, or context, they started abruptly and aggressively knocking on the window to us for absolutely no given reason, other than a direct look of hate from the front staff throughout the window, accompanied with the knocking. Immediately, for the first time since our childhood, we felt completely unwelcome to a place who has been completely generous to locals, like us, and tourists for many years through their excellent hospitality and food. Mind, this is not the first time we seat down at the outside tables waiting for the establishment to open. It’s Market St. at Celebration’s “Downtown,” and everyone around knows Upper Crust Pizza Cafe. However, even though there were two more groups of people seating at the tables next to us, we astonishingly had to observe how one of the front staff members came out of the establishment from the employee’s back door to completely start spitting his rage on us, though we were seating in public, and we were the only table encountered with this situation. According to the same first verbal approach, which astonishing enough was inhumanely yelling at us, he already had warned us (he never did) that my brother couldn’t seat down outside of the establishment eating his own food brought from our house, and since “we didn’t listened to him” he proceed to exact and textually tell us: “NOW, GET THE F*** OUT HERE!” With no surprise, the other two tables walked out with us from the establishment surroundings completely disliked by the employee’s attitude towards my family and myself. Politeness and basic courtesy appeared to be foreign concepts, as my inquiries were met with completely liable unprofessionalism and harassment, and police-qualified attitude report. This encounter has left me with a sour taste in my mouth, and not the kind one expects from a pizza place where you would never expect this treatment, considering we used to go at least once a month, never having an issue for something such as home food for my brother who has a strict diet due to his recent surgery. The blatant disregard for the staff at is disheartening, and I sincerely hope that the management takes immediate action to rectify this appalling situation before we find ourselves in the necessity to press charges, specially for my brother, who is a minor medically enforced to eat certain foods after the recovery period of his surgery.

Pizza was ok. Better than some. I like pizza hut Better.

Waited a half an hour for 2 slices and a Cesar salad. We were sitting in the outside table next to the window. The guy in the counter said he will let us know when it was ready. I walked back inside and asked him why the food is taking so long. He had no idea who we were. He gave me a burnt slice and was not even apologetic. It makes me wonder if I got treated this way because I’m Hispanic. Will not be returning ever to this pizza shop.

Slices to go. Girl spent several minutes figuring out her time sheet before she could take my payment. The sauce and cheese were good and may have been a cracker style thin crust, in my case they went for a charcoal style thin crust. When we asked about it being so blackened they said “it happens”

Sadly, going downhill fast. Absentee ownership in a previously wonderful business has resulted in the blind leading the blind. Zero quality control. One of our favorite food spots has fallen to the wayside. Farewell our friend.

WOW, what can I say some of the best pizza in Florida! I grew up in Chicago so I know good pizza. Upper Crust is spot on! Nice thin crust, the sauce is very flavorful and just the right amount on our pizza. We had the works which had a generous amount of peppers, onions, olives and meats! Perfectly cooked! Went to this place first as I was doing the 2 slice and soda special review. We went to 3 different locations. Out of the 3 I believe this had the best pizza. I mean the sauce and cheese proportions were on point. Nice thin crust, with some flop. It needs maybe another 30 seconds in the oven. Not bad for the price and given the location, not bad at all. I will be back to try the entire pie. This place is busy and not a place to go dine at, all they have are outside patio tables.

I went in and ordered pizza. Then 2 people behind me ordered. One didn't even pay. They got their pizza. Then i was told they were out of the pizza slice i ordered and offered me another kind or a drink.... really? There were 3 slices when i ordered none for me but the people behind me got the pizza

We visited Celebration from Newfoundland for their Snowing Nightly event and had pizza at Upper Crust. Exceptional taste and quite inexpensive for such delicious pizza. I’m glad I do not live next to Upper Crust as I would be there every night! Happy New Year!!

Not bad for Florida pizza but unfortunately the front office staff at the register is consistently horrible, unfriendly, and entitled. They clearly hate working there, pay little to no attention (often screw up orders) and have attitude to boot. The kitchen guys are great - it's those nasty incompetent gals at the register who ruin it all. They once gave away my order to someone else and their excuse was "hey, it ain't my fault someone took it, we're busy." We are locals and now make it a point to buy/order elsewhere (Posto Pizza) simply to avoid the attitude of these nasty gals at the register and/or having to deal with them on the phone or in person. Clearly the owner doesn't care as he's making fistfuls of money off the tourists who don't know any better.

Worker gave our pizza for free to an off duty coworker during busy times then did not do anything to accommodate extra 20-30 minutes

Good NY style pizza, service so so no real attempt at being friendly at the cash register. The pizza makes up for the lack luster welcoming into the restaurant.

Bad hygiene. People with dirty clothes, hair on their faces without caps preparing food. Dirty environment.

Ordered the Sicilian pie, thinking it was a thin crust pie. Found out it was a thick crust square pie. There were 2 guys making the pizza and subs, one guy was full of hair, and neither wore any gloves, but one guy continued to grab on or hang onto the shelves and equipment as if it was sanitized and clean.....glad pizza was good.

Never disappointed by a visit here. Takeout or dining in are both good experiences. The pizza is great and fresh and most importantly, it's consistent. You get the same quality pizza each time. I've been here dozens of times and always leave happy. Highly recommend.

I LOVE this place! the pizza and wings are 10/10. I recommend that if you order on a busy day (Friday or Saturday) to order ahead because this place gets super busy.

I ordered crispy wings and I only received soft and chewy wings. They were seasoned with some form of Italian season, which wasn’t good at all. It was very oily and tasted very heavily of oregano. Overall, the wings are oven baked, but could be a bit crispier. The wings were floppy and undercooked.

Great pizza, friendly staff, always fast. Didn’t feel like cooking the other night so we ordered 2 calzones and a salad, ready in twenty minutes for under $20. The calzones were delicious and big enough for lots of leftovers, even good cold out of the fridge.

I tried Upper Crust for the first time and I really liked it, the pizzas are HUGE! It is a small place so it may be difficult to find seats. Their large NY style pizza and garlic bread were my favorite!!

The person making the pizza with his bare hands stopped to take my order and rung me up, touching the dirty, nasty, filthy money. Then he went right back to making pizza w/o washi g his hands. Disgusting!

Had rated this place 5 star now I rated 1. I used to go there for my lunch break but now they have kids running it. I went rushing and ordered two slices the place was empty so I waited inside. First they took my order for garlic knots then told me they’re out after I paid. After 15+minutes A group of people came in for slices and they all got it right away. When I realized I told the kids what happened to my pizza they laughed and said sorry what was your slices? By this time It was too late to eat. I now call back to order for pickup since they took forever and I have a short break. And the man tells me I can’t order for pickup, that the pizza slices are ready there to be picked up not ordered ahead. Very rude as well. Very disappointing.

Used to be our favorite spot on Fridays but it’s a hit or miss with their food and service. Some people there are not people friendly. And pizza was burnt last order we picked up. Although we were refunded, still had to go out and buy food from another place.

We did dine in and take out . Coming from NJ and living in south Florida hard to find good pizza then when you visit Disney like what to eat. This place has 3 different sizes and good price . And the pizza is super delicious we got it couple times and will get it next time we come back . Celebration is a cute area with amazing lights people put up for holidays

Many places have opened up and closed down. This place remains a stable rock in our community. Not only is the food AMAZING! In my opinion this New York Pizza is better than any restaurant that sells pizza. I enjoy Upper Crust Pizza a lot better than Reggiano's or any other place in town.

This is my favorite place to eat pizza. I can grab a nice slice real quick, love the Philly cheesesteaks, great wings. Shane was super awesome

We arrived at the pizzeria 35 min past 9 and the door sign indicated that Friday working hours were till 10 pm. There were anyone besides the cashier young lady and me. When I said good afternoon her response was “kitchen is closed, we’re selling only by slices” It took me less than 5 seconds to be gone and 2 more minutes to order Uber Eats from somewhere else.

Absolutely love eating here! The food is always fresh and delicious. The cost to food quantity is wonderful. 100% recommended eating from here.

Ordered over the phone 6 pizzas and garlic knots. Then, called them back minutes later to order 3 more. 9 pizzas, only 20 minutes from order to pickup. New York Style pizza with a crisp crust and a wonderful fold ever bite. Garlic knots smelled amazing but were burnt on top. Saw someone else have a sandwich charred on one end. A little burnt edges not a big deal, but an inch or two of the sandwich inedible, needs room for improvement. Will still order again.

I finally got back to this side of town and was excited to get the fresh pizza i remembered the awesome service i remembered BUT NOT TODAY. Not sure if they sold the place BUT WOW SO UPSETTING IT WAS. First she literally had the audacity to sever the slices COLD... THEN CRUNCHY BEFORE REHEATING. Then told me they reheat about 3 times before selling. I left disappointed people just don't care

Went there for the 4th 🎆🎆 & they were selling the 🍕 outside so I gave it a try & wowo great plain 🧀🍕 . So the other day after dropping off my nephew at work in Columbia restaurant, took a walk there & had 2 slices with beverage + good price on the slice & great service & eat outside was fantastic cause they have tables & chairs for u to eat.So who ever goes for a 🍕 upper crust is the place to eat in celebration & I give it 👍👍 & ⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Love most of the pizzas I have had from here. Today service was slow and the pizza had way too much ricotta. I had to scrap off with my crust.
