The food is very delicious. This gentleman was hired to cook at a party i attended and it went very well considering it started raining. He improvised and continued like a champ. His manner and level of professionalism was superb. Very polite. The grilled meat, chicken and ribs were absolutely delicious, as well as the mash potato and appetizers. All in all, great experience. I would recommend. Unfortunately, we didnt take any pictures of him grilling but here are some after it was packed up at the end.

El servicio muy muy muy bueno la atención y la comida muy exquisita el plato por persona súper fue de muy buena calidad y cantidad todos los invitados quedaron satisfecho y agradados. Totalmente pueden confiar en este servicio y comida ya que van a recibir muy buenas opiniones de los invitados y los anfitriones van a quedar muy bien con este servicio. El señor y el Ayudante tiene muy buen humor y son muy cordiales y atentos. Los recomiendo no al 100% sino al 1000%. Gracias por hacer la diferencia en todo en el compromiso de mi hija.

Ismael is incredibly professional we hosted a pre 4th of July bbq and all of our guests were satisfied with the amount and quality of meats and sides he provides. Best of all My husband got to enjoy a day by the pool without having to stand by a hot grill all day. Would absolutely hire him again for our next bbq event.

This is the second time we had Ismael to cater an event and both times were spectacular! He arrived on time, set up his parrilla and grilled the most delicious steak, ribs, chicken, and vegetables. Anoche 01/15/2022 fue mi fiesta de cumpleaños, el Señor Ismael nos hizo una deliciosa parrillada ,todos quedamos encantados con la comida ,le quedo espectacular , una carne sabrosa de primera , cocinada su punto. Service and attention to detail was more that what I had expected. Ismael and his assistance were the best. His set up, his equipment and the way in which he cooks is the original parrilla which would be made in his native Uruguay. In addition all his meats, chicken, chorizos, morcillas and shrimp were all very good quality, in tenderness and flavor,, Glad we met Ismael and for sure will continue using him, not only myself but many of the other people who attended my son 40th. birthday party

I would definitely rate Parrilladas Urugrill more than a 5. When I first tasted their catering at our friends wedding. It was one of the best plates of food we had ever been serviced at a wedding and decided it was NECESSARY to hire them for our wedding. The food was absolutely phenomenal. My guests were raving about my food days after my wedding. Ismael is extremely easy to communicate with and make it easy to customize a package to your needs. I love that he offers a tasting of the food so you have an idea of what your plate will look like the night of your wedding. I first hired Parrilladas Urugrill for only wedding dinner reception. Then I needed someone for the cocktail hour appetizers. Ismael took the initiative to extend/offer his services to provide the appetizers for my cocktail hour. I showed him photos and described what I wanted and he did not disappoint, it was exactly what I wanted. I also want to mention the day of my wedding it POURED, POURED RAIN. My entire venue was outside but luckily he was able to accommodate and work under a tent, his staff are attentive and they were able to work under the rain in a professional and calm manner. A week before my wedding I made the decision to have a Rehearsal dinner for my closest friends and family and we ALSO hired Parrilladas Urugrill for our rehearsal dinner. I promise you, we were having arroz campesino left overs for the following 3 days... It was that good!!! Call Ismael/ Parrilladas Urugrill, you WILL NOT be disappointed. The food is absolutely PHENOMENAL.

The evening of our party was raining South Florida style......a storm of huge proportions. Ismael and his amazing wife showed up on time depicting the bad conditions. Under wind and rain they arranged all the equipment at the barbecue area and even have time to assure me everything will be perfect and not to worry. Food was sheer perfection, every single bite delicious, each guest was served with elegance and in a very professional way. The dessert was outstanding and the team helped not only to serve my guests but also my housekeeper to clear the table. I cannot express how wonderful everyone was! Without doubt we will repeat with Urugrill, hopefully under better weather. Thanks Ismael! You are the best!!!!!
