If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Al was our wine tender (is that the correct word?) and was incredibly knowledgeable and so much fun! We booked for a guided wine tasting (only 15$ per person and you can choose 6 wines!) Al helped provide great suggestions and insight and answer all of our questions. The wines themselves were all GORGEOUS, even the ones I didn't love were still great. Some very fun novelty and fruit wines that really can't compare to some others. My only downside was if you'd like to try wine and eat, you can't do it during that tasting, but they offer flights in their Pub area where you can sit down and have dinner. We ate in the back afterwards and all the food was incredibly fresh and tasty and really hit the spot. I will DEFINITELY be returning without a doubt, my new favourite winery.

I celebrated my birthday with a few friends with a wine tasting followed by a lunch in the garden. Kathleen was absolutely amazing! She was knowledgeable on the wine selection & even suggested cocktails that could be made using wines. (As bartenders we loved that!) She made our trip fun and special. We will definitely be planning another girls day just to visit Kathleen.

Kathleen was the best!!! We did a wine tasting with a few girlfriends and she had sooo many good ideas and suggestions for us! Seriously she made our day!! We will be back just to visit her again!!

The Bari Wine Pub dining and wine tasting experience was great . The food and service was excellent and the selection of wines for the wine tasting was superb.

Beautiful winery with passionate bartenders. The charcuterie board and wine pairing were a hit. Although we didn't enjoy every wine, we enjoyed the experience. The sangria was a fam favorite on a warm spring day. Chilled with fruity goat cheese would satisfy most any sweet tooth.

I recently celebrated my 25th birthday at Valenzano Winery with a group of about 12 friends and family, and it was an unforgettable experience! Opting for a semi-private wine tasting instead of the usual club scene turned out to be a fantastic decision. The setting was intimate and cozy, perfect for savoring the moment with loved ones. Our host was phenomenal, taking her time to guide us through the tasting with expertise and genuine warmth. She ensured we had plenty of time to enjoy each wine and the company of each other. It never felt rushed; instead, it was a leisurely and delightful exploration of their wonderful selection. The wines themselves were excellent, with a range that catered to all palates in our group. Each pour was a new adventure, and the stories behind the wines made the experience even richer. After the tasting, we stayed for dinner, and the culinary experience was just as impressive. Every dish was beautifully prepared and delicious, complementing the wines perfectly. Valenzano Winery provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable birthday celebration. From the ambiance to the service, everything was top-notch. If you're looking for a unique and enjoyable way to celebrate a special occasion, I highly recommend Valenzano Winery. They made my birthday truly special, and I can't wait to visit again!

The Bari Wine Pub restaurant is lovely. The food is always outstanding. We had the Shrimp & Crab Nachos appetizer yesterday, and it should be added to the permanent menu. Um, jumbo lump and perfectly cooked shrimp on thick and crispy potato chips over a cheesy sauce the would elevate any dish to 5 stars. The service is also 5 star. For entrees we had the Burrata B.L.T. and my favorite Ahi Tuna Nicoise. I recommend trying everything on the menu, at least once. They also have some of the finest wines you'll taste at a NJ winery, we savored the Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot with our meals.

Excellent service and exquisite wine

I wanted to review the Wine Wonderland Party table option at Valenzano. I was able to book a week ahead of the date (I would book before that if possible for better time slots). The reservation was for 4:30p, 10 people, included 3 bottle of wines and a cheeseboard. I was able to pay at the time of the reservation. The slot was from 4:30p-7p. We were quickly seated upon arrival. The waitress and staff were attentive and helpful with wine selections. My husband enjoyed a wine flight and the various wine selections at the table. We ordered food and everything for the most part was tasty (some options needed a bit of salt & pepper). Keep in mind their food menu is limited. Overall it was a great chill birthday celebration.

Karolyn was absolutely fantastic. It was my girlfriend’s birthday, and I could tell she took the time to make it special and take care of us. I walked home with over a case of wine, but I would 100% recommend this to anyone who’s wanting to visit a winery!

Al was the best, he really catered to our tastes. I am a newer wine drinker and he was amazing. He really made the experience so much more memorable. I will definitely come back here. The wine here is amazing I got to dry a mixture of dry and fruity wines that I haven’t tried before.

Had 8pm reservations for Valentine's Day dinner that required a half up front deposit. When we arrived the entertainment played a couple of tunes and packed up and left. They were out of certain appetizers as well as dessert selections even decaf coffee. The feeling of being rushed ruined the evening. It was if as though the staff expected to leave "on time" with the last customer. Tables being cleared and reset diner style as we ate our dinner. Appetizers being brought to the table while one of us was not at the table. Either adjust the prices to reflect the inferior service or class it up. Either be open and welcoming or don't bother being open at all. Making different plans next year. We sent the owner a letter describing our evening and never received a reply.

Absolutely love Valenzano wine but experiencing their hospitality was on another level. Came for date night in February for a tasting and dinner reservations. The wine amazing but the food was the best I’ve had in a very long time. A must try! The wait staff were very nice and welcoming. Dinning here gave you a feeling of being somewhere cozy. Checking my calendar for when we’ll be back

Had such a lovely experience here. All of the wines were fantastic and there was a wide variety of wines to try so you are sure to find something you will like. They also serve some delicious food. Sara was so knowledgeable about all the wines, making it one of the best Nj winery experiences I’ve ever had!

Such an enjoyable time with our friends. We opted for the Winter Wonderland Party Table. We chose three different wines and got a cheeseboard. We surprisingly didn’t finish the wine. And we ordered our own separate meals and deserts. Three hours of fun! It went too fast!

Had a fun date night at their chocolate and wine pairing event. Pours seemed generous for what we were expecting. It was a fantastic pairing

We treated ourselves to a Valentine's dinner here, and it did not disappoint. The Home Grown Wine flight had some of the best wines I've ever tasted. The Shamong Red Reserve was my absolute favorite, with a thick viscosity, rich tones, and an absolute perfect sweetness. The Chateaubriand; a roast sized filet mignon cut, cooked medium rare, was tender beyond words, perfectly seasoned, and an absolute treat with the potato au gratin. It was perhaps in my top 3 favorite steaks I've ever had. The NY Cheesecake was sadly sold out. It looked perfect from what I saw. Hopefully, we can try it one day. Overall, an excellent meal. Can't wait to come here again.

I tried the blush. It says semi sweet. It is to sweet, take some of the sweet out it would be a perfect!

Went for a tasting, and every wine was great! It's a far drive (~1hr 20 minutes) and in the middle of nowhere, but I'm def going back. Ordered the Shamong Red Fizz, Cynthiana, Cabernet Merlot, and Peach Fizz (only spring season). Every.single.one.was.a.yes!👏 Isaiah was our server - he was completely knowledgeable about the wine selection and had great recommendations! 2nd visit - wine is still good, service is service... nothing spectacular.

Me and my best friend come to this winery for our annual meet ups, and let me tell you it never disappoints. This time we had a worker named Al, and let me tell you if I could have that kind of service everywhere I go I would be endlessly happy. We will def be back ❤️

Came here from NYC for a wine tasting experience for a friend's birthday. There were 14 of us! Molly was not very welcoming she seemed to be "overwhelmed" and came across "rude" although there were on 2 parties waiting, us and another family. The young lady was showing us the back and Molly walked back there and said "sweetheart there's a line you can't leave the front". And when we came back up the other family was being walked back leaving no other party waiting in the front. We drove 2 hours and felt not welcomed. Kathleen and Al were informative about what we tasted and we brought bottles, however we will not return. The young lady at the front was welcoming although I did not get her name.

My very 1st visit to a vineyard for a friend's birthday. It was lovely. Our server took really good care of us.

I would very much like to like this place: I pass it on my commute 2x a day. However, myself (my 2 toddlers & husband) visited them at their booth at Monmouth Park about 2 years ago. The people handling the booth took over 10 min to even pay attention to me. Finally, a lady goes “you look like you need a drink, mama” literally gave me a tsp didn’t even go over the stem. I understand you don’t want to over pour for moms, but the clear disregard of me as a customer, really irritated me. Bc then she just disappeared! Ran to the other side! I tell everyone when they buy wine by me, “do not get valenzano. 0 customer service.” I know I’m just 1 person, but i drink a lot of wine and really, the sheer disregard of me as a person (maybe bc I had a stroller?) I’m all for supporting local vineyards but this ain’t it. I stood there saying “excuse me!” Trying to buy, but I guess they are too important for me. Thumbs down will never support/ buy this brand.

What a wonderful establishment!! The staff is fabulous!! The wines are almost better!! I can’t wait to try dinner!! And they made a great impression on my mother-in-law which is a big deal for me!! So thank you Maddison and Sara!! You ladies are lovely 🥰

We wanted to try a winery here in New Jersey and Valenzano Winery was rated very high. We tasted 8 different wines, most of which were very good. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. You should definitely check this winery out and support our local businesses

Always an amazing time at Winefest! The Valenzano’s always make everyone feel like family. Free parking! (Even though the neighbors were charging $10 lol). Great vendors, great live music and great wine!! I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Beautiful winery and the nicest people ever!

The winery is stunning. The staff was attentive. The food was delicious. We did not know they had events and will definitely check those out for the future. It was raining when we visited so we did not go outside but the view was stunning and inviting even in the rain. We will definitely be returning.

Very pleased with the attentiveness of the staff and how well they can help with their knowledge of the wine. The food was very fresh! We booked two rsvp’s for lunch and wine tasting. This family is amazing!! They were completely out of the Jersey Devil hoodies holding their wine. I moved out of state years ago and every time I came to jersey I’d stop at their Berlin Mart location to see if they restocked. I spoke with the head location. Not only did they order my size but shipped it to me! These people go above and beyond for their customers! 💕☺️

From the initial reservations with Sara through the wine tasting experience with Al, was above and beyond all our expectations. We had a great time and would not hesitate recommending Valenzano Family Winery to all. Great place and can’t wait until we return.

I’ve been here a few times and every time is amazing. To start, Valenzano wine is the only wine I like. Their Shamong Red Reserve is delicious. When purchasing a case, the employee gave me lots of information on the wine making process. Dinner at the Bari Pub is fantastic. We went the weekend before Valentine’s Day and the setup was awesome. Definitely get their burgers - the truffle garlic aioli is super delicious. Every trip here is great.

Wine was the best expect to wait 3 hours to get your food absolutely ridiculous and your answer from the place will be sorry

01/01/2023 update: Valenzano use to be my JAM! So much so that I got a glass of red wine tattooed on my middle finger (Shamoung anyone?!). Everything is still great. The wines. The foods. But everything is exactly the same…as it always was... I’ve since grown very bored of Valenzano and no longer visit unless someone else REALLY wants to go and I can’t talk them into going somewhere else. The establishment is SO clean! The staff are SO friendly. It really is such a great spot, it just needs a revamp. It’s a great spot to chill, chat, and sample. With its location being so close to soooo many other wineries it holds its own as a worthy spot to stop at but it’s not the spot you HAVE to go to. ———————————————- Everyone is always incredibly friendly every time we go. They have that family owned feel, the one where you feel the love and like you are part of their family too. The wine? Omg. It’s so amazing that my entire team at work knows about it! Love Valenzano!

Celebrating my daughter's birthday with family!!! Had an amazing time. The food was great I had the Chicken Sandwich with Onion Ring ...YES!!! My hubby had the Chickens Parmesan he said it was superb... tasting wine with cheese & crackers board was 10!!!

Not our first time at Valenzano Winery but this was our daughter's first visit. The wines are always top tier and very enjoyable. Everyone here feels like family and are so friendly. Al is the absolute best and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for a wonderful day.

Valenzanos was a little far out for me 1hr 20 min, but it was my wife's birthday so I didn't mind the food was good the chicken wings were good I thought they were a little pricey but they were good the sodas were in small glasses but the overall it was nice the place was clean really Spacey for this covid day and age bathroom was clean and if I'm in the neighborhood I wouldn't mind stopping again that Smokehouse Burger is okay!!!

I was already a fan of the wine, and the food there was also delicious! I ordered the Valenzano burger, and even though it was "just a burger," it was dressed up perfectly! Honestly, they had me at pickled red onion. Also, this past winter I had ordered the pumpkin gnocchi, which was amazing. Definitely go for the wine and stay for the food!

We took my mom to Valenzano's for a wine tasting and lunch to celebrate her 72nd birthday. Our party consisted of my mom, my 79 year old aunt, my mom's best friend, her daughter, and my two friends. My aunt fell as we were going to our table. She tripped over her own feet. However, the staff and management at Valenzano's could not have been more wonderful. They came to check on my aunt and our table numerous times. Even the owner came out to check on us and make sure my aunt was OK (she was). On top of the amazing treatment, the wine and food were out of this world. I highly recommend a trip to Valnezano's winery for a girl's day out, lunch, wine tasting, or even a tour of the vinyard. This had been our second time here and we will go back.

The winery had awesome wine tasting, all the staff were fantastic top notchcustomer service. There restaurant has excellent food, you can't go wrong with this restaurant. I had a burger that was so juicy and flavorful i need tow napkins. This local winery is the place to go for exciting day. Also there wine prices are very reasonable.

Best winery in South Jersey! This place has a very wide variety of wines at great prices. Highly recommend doing a tasting before eating at the restaurant. The food was delicious and fresh and the staff makes great suggestions when it comes to pairing.

I have loved Valenzano wines since the first time I tried them at a wine festival. My friends and I were brainstorming about where to go on Saturday night for a girls night, and we remembered that Valenzano had a restaurant so that's where ended up. I am so mad at myself for not going here sooner!! Everything was perfect - the atmosphere, the food, the service, the wine...I cannot say enough positive things! Our server, Madeline, was the sweetest, and she was on top of everything! Highly recommend requesting her if you can! All 4 of us in our group agreed that this is our new go-to for girls night, we cannot wait to go back! Try the gnocchi entree, sooooo good! And try all the wines, I swear they don't make a single bad one!

Service seemed like they didn't know what they were doing, the chicken parm was way too tough to chew, and the wine flights and food were way overpriced. Honestly not a good experience.
