I can’t believe there wasn’t a line out the door at this place!! In fact I’m personally offended at you reading this because you weren’t there. The pizza and garlic knots are light and crispy, soft inside. Awesome servicer, vibes were cozy and chill, decorations on point, bathroom has A BIDET 💕😫

Found this local place by accident, it was my lucky night. Got "The Works" hands down the best pizza I've ever had. Vibe was great, our server Julie was great, attentive without hovering.

Mother's Day dinner was a disaster! 😞 The Chicken Cacciatore was smothered with tasteless red sauce and very dry. Snapper Livorise was overly 😒 saturated with tasteless red sauce. The Snapper (if it was Snapper) was not authentic . 😞 Service was very slow with many errors. The table of 8 next to us also commented about the lack of staff and poorly prepared food. We couldn't wait to leave Venezia. We were very dissatisfied on this special day. Hence we will not return.

I have been ordering from here through DoorDash for the last six years. Yesterday was the first time I ever dined in here and I was very pleasantly surprised. This place looks like it has also had somewhat of a recent facelift. There is the restaurant area, which is very reminiscent of old-school Italian and then a newer, more trendy bar area. Our server, Janice was warm and wonderful from the very beginning. She was attentive and made our experience even better. We ordered the mussels and bruschetta which I had never had here since they don't travel well. The mussels were absolutely fantastic, the red sauce was so flavorful that we needed more bread. Speaking of bread, holy crap, the garlic knots were nothing like on delivery. These were hot and crusty on the outside soft on the inside amazing rolls. The bruschetta was delicious. We shared one of our staple favorites, the deluxe steak sub. It was good as it always is The tip here is if you order from a delivery service, do yourself a favor and take a trip to this restaurant. You won't regret it. I wish they had a better wine list.

My go to spot for chicken parm.

I was excited for a new restaurant choice. It was terrible.. Everything tasted like old oil. I got chicken marsala and mozzarella sticks. Both tasted like old oil! Was gross. Spoiled myself with a 40$ lunch and could have been more satisfied with McDonalds!

The food did not match the hype. Chicken francese was very good, but the rest, not so much. Pizza had too much sauce when we asked for light sauce, pasta was mushy and meatballs were tough and too Salty. Prices are high for the quality. Maybe we hit an off night, but there are too many other good Italian restaurants in the community.

We had heard a lot of good things about Venezia, but we clearly caught them on a bad night. Our take out order was soooo we have so many other great choices in the area, I won't give them a second chance. First, we order the Margherita pizza with light sauce. The crust was wonderful, but the pizza was overly saucy even for regular sauce. While I love fresh basil, the basil was too much. The crust, however, was wonderful. We also got an order of chicken Francese. The chicken and sauce were wonderful, but the accompanying spaghetti was way over cooked. The garlic roll was not on par with others. Finally, we got a side of meatballs. Looked great with sauce and cheese, but you could not cut without a knife. The were very dense, tough and dry. My husband said that the Venezia Restaurant was nice inside, but it was definitely not up to the hype it's been getting in the press.

We just tried this place for the first time. It’s so good. The pizza is delicious. The crust is perfect and baked just right. The snapper entree was sublime also. Will definitely come back.

The pizza is very good, New York style thin crust nice and crispy. The chicken al limone was very good as was the service it was prompt and very polite and professional. We went back a second night. I had pizza and a side salad with the house balsamic vinaigrette, which is very nice, especially if you add gorgonzola crumbles. my wife had chicken scampi she said it was very good some of the best she's ever had. We had the same waitress who is very good and very engaging this is a very nice small family owned restaurant You will always get a good meal here. Update last night we visited for the third time We had a large group of seven and We were greeted and seated promptly The staff here is very friendly and accommodating this is a nice old school family-owned Italian restaurant. My wife and son-in-law said The meatballs are some of the best they've ever had The margarita pizza was cooked just right I had a large Gorgonzola salad which was very good comes with a balsamic vinaigrette that's homemade. My wife had the chicken scampi said it was delicious others in our parties have spaghetti and meatballs a fried chicken cutlet and chicken parmesan all said there dinners were delicious this is a great restaurant and we really enjoy coming here when we are anywhere near singer Island. You will always get a good meal here. I've got to cut this short I'm about to go crush my grandson's at Uno.

Very varied menu. Our third visit with different entrees, and all were great. This is the real deal ... homemade pasta .. all sauces are very good ... deserts are great - try the Teramisoiu.

Menue offerings are good. Its more than just pizza. Portion size is good. Wife and I took home half of what we received. Atmosphere in the new section is somewhat sterile and the entertainment (karaoke singer) was too loud and a bit intrusive. Overall though, a good experience.

If you’re a northerner and order a deep dish pizza, you’re gonna be disappointed. I wouldn’t have even qualified this deep dish as a thick crust. Toppings were scant, total price was $50. Stick with the other dinner options.

We went there becsuse Guy Fieri revommended the pizza. Nit bad but not the best, dorry Guy. The minestrone wss a pasta fagioli, slmost no vegetables, just beans. Expendive entrees for a restaurant with glass covered tables. Will not come back.

Really good thin crust, crisp pizza and great service. Don't be deceived by the old strip mall location. Inside has a really good feel to it. The white pizza with ricotta, mozzarella, garlic, oregano and evoo is perfect. Nice amount of sausage and mushrooms on our other pizza. We will be back to try the pasta and other Italian menu items.

Amazing! We had cheese pizza for appetizer, crust was thin, and piping hot, I had Eggplant Rollatini and seriously the best I’ve ever had! If you’re in West Palm and want really good Italian food you must come here.

Authentic Italian food, ambiance, and incredibly polite service are all the boxes checked in this unassuming strip mall location. The pizza slices invoke New York in both size and style, while the pasta dishes will make you think Vegas red sauce joint. The lunch specials will easily provide you with a starter for dinner. The garlic rolls are on the crunchy side, but that helps them hold up as you mops up the leftover sauce. The walls are covered in wine bottles, and the music fits the Italian theme. It is much bigger than it looks from the outside, with 2 rooms of seating and a small patio for the Florida weather tolerant.

Once we were seated we were asked to move to another table. We said, we've been waiting for 15 minutes already. Hostess said, I'll take your order and put it in for you. As soon as we said pizza, she said, oh it's over an hour wait for pizza. WHAT??? Are you trying to get rid of us? Why wouldn't you say that before you seated us? You just had a special with Guy Fieri raving about your pizza. What did you think was going to happen?? So turned off with the service we just left. Very disappointed and not willing to accommodate.

Waitress forgets items we ordered because she refused to write them down even after i ask her to do so. . My beef ravioli was so cold it had skinned over on the brown gravey and had to sent it back . Now takes 15 mins to 20 mins more. While my wife ate her entire meal by herself . Finally my dinner comes now is so crazy salted i could hardly eat it. I Asked waitress for rolls she brings 1 roll per person. And takes 10 more mins plus to bring them . They were not busy as there were only 2 tables in whole restaurant. Obviously the owners are not there during the weekdays . Very disappointing ..

First time visit other than carry out pizza. My wife had the shrimp alla vodka & I had the calamari marinara. Very good food & adequate serving size. We both enjoyed the great food & friendly staff. We will be back.

Tried this restaurant for the first time right before Valentine’s Day, crowded, but that didn’t stop anything. The place has a nice ambience and atmosphere. They have fresh delicious wine from all over different regions and the menu is pure Italian. My husband had chicken marsala, and I had eggplant Parmesan, and they both were so fresh and delicious perfectly cooked Wine was a day old, so we wish we would’ve ordered bottle that hadn’t been opened but otherwise everything was just great Hot peppers, Parmesan, and oregano for toppings on your dishes, and two garlic rolls to boot! We will definitely be back to try just about everything on the menu Also, the owner like a Italian was going around the dining room, cleaning the mirrors🩵

Been living in south county now for a few years. I really haven't found a good pizza place. Read an article that mentions that Guy Feire stops there for pizza. That was good enough for me and Joan. The pizza was absolutely off the hook. Can't wait to go back for dinner.. Absolutely a home run..

Pizza was mediocre and pizza bread tasteless with way too much cheese. Also, not sliced in the box. Ate here years ago and food was hot and tasty. Will not be back again. Other pizza places in the area to try.

Well, I was so excited to try this restaurant. I saw the article in the Palm Beach Post with Guy Fieri. However, as they say, first impressions are everything. As I walked in the door, I was asked if I had a reservation. I looked at Open Table 30 minutes before and it appeared I would not need one. Plus the restaurant was empty except one 2 top. When I said no, I didn’t have one, the waitress clearly said she has lots of reservations but would still seat us. Two of our 6 top were 5 minutes behind us because son tore his ACL and MCL 5 days before. He was slower to get to the restaurant. On the way to the table, she said she may need the table and we needed to eat quick. I asked if she meant that we would have to leave before finishing if someone else came in. She said “no but…” and just gave me a look. I offered to leave and go somewhere else. She sat us at the table, handed me the wine menu and said “ maybe you should order some wine to help you calm down.” I wasn’t upset before but now I was furious. I got my phone out and checked Open Table again. Every time slot was still available. I have worked for years in food and beverage. Her behavior was absolutely unacceptable. I saw her say the same thing to a few others and they left. The restaurant never filled up the entire time we were there. I have never been treated like that in my life. Needless to say, my family will not be returning. Such a disappointment.

Real Italian food! Best in the area!

Had a 7:30 reservation on Christmas Eve. Was not seated until 7:45. Was not served salads until 8:15 and entrees did not arrive until 8:30. Every other patron was getting served quicker than us (even those who arrived after). Food was good once it arrived, but the service was horrible. Stick to take out or try another establishment.

Been coming to this pizza establishment now for a couple of months. Normally, there’s no issues, but I hate to say today wasn’t the case. Me and a work colleague of mine came in and ordered their number one special on their lunch menu, which was a half a sub and a slice of pizza. After waiting 15 minutes, we were told very nicely by our waitress that there were no more pizzas available to honor their lunch special. We instead had to get a soup and salad instead of the reason why we came to the pizza establishment in the first place to get our slice of pizza. To add insult to already injured stomachs we see pizzas coming out to other tables. So, in my opinion, what should’ve been done since me and my colleague, both ordered the special which included a slice of pizza the chef should’ve made a small pizza to honor their special but unfortunately that did not happen. And then to top it off, we did receive our check and were charged &6.00 for one fountain drink in that same fountain drink order asked for to go cup. This has tarnished this establishment and don’t know if I will return or recommend anyone else visiting this establishment. What a shame for weekly customers.

It’s unfortunate to write a review like this however, I must express my disappointment in our visit today. We’ve been coming here once a week for the past couple of months and have thoroughly enjoyed their pizza and other dishes. However, today we went in for lunch ordered their lunch special that comes with half a sub and a slice of pizza. After waiting 15 minutes the waitress which was very nice came back very apologetically and said that the chef stated there was no more pizza. I was disappointed but tried to be understanding. I was offered to order a soup or salad and I ordered the Italian wedding soup instead which was tasteless. As I’m eating my chicken Parm sub, which was just mediocre, tables that came in after us were being served entire pizza pies. Obviously, the chef did not want to bake an entire pizza in order to honor his lunch specials. To add insult to injury I was charged three dollars for each soda refill without being advised. All in all just a bad experience for us at Venezia! The waitress was very nice. However, I do believe the chef could’ve been a lot more accommodating, and we obviously should’ve been informed of the charge for the soda refills.

Great "old school" Italian restaurant. Had Linguini with red clam sauce. Served hot, a little spicy and delicious! Greek salad with gorganzola was great! Can't wait to go back!

My mom & I live in the area so we tried this place because our neighbor recommended it. We were not disappointed! We know good food, and have no problem paying for quality. We were so pleased with our dishes (penne vodka gnocchi, chicken franchise, Cesar salad, mozzarella bread) I called and asked to speak to manager to let them know how much we enjoyed it, but unfortunately one wasn’t there at the time. I’m very picky about my chicken, and when I tell you it was so juicy, thick, and tender… no tough or chewy pieces! For the vodka sauce, my mom & I both agreed it was probably the best we’d ever had. 10/10. This will be our new fav Italian spot.

We had pizza, beer, and great service

I came because I saw a delicious pasta pomodoro on the Website. When I got there I wasn't greeted. I ended up walking to the bar and asking for a table. There are maybe 5 people on the restaurant total. I chose a seat and my serve put a menu down in front of me and asked what I wanted to drink. I asked for water. I asked her for the specials or most popular dishes. She pointed at the menu and said it was good then walked away. When she came back with the water, I asked about the pomodoro I'd seen. She said that I could substitute any pasta in any dish and showed me the penne pomodoro with vegetables and other items. She said there were no specials that I could choose from the menu in front of me. I choose the eggplant rollatini and bruschetta. She told me I would get a roll with my meal. I thanked her. She did not introduce herself, I did not get so much as a smile. But, I have been a server and I can understand that some servers get overwhelmed with single guests for fear of low tips. The bruschetta came up quickly and it was very savory and delicious. About 15 min in a 7 top came in. She greeted them, ran them through the menu and then a specials menu appeared. I looked through the room at the the other 2 tables and realized that she may be just forgot to mark my specials. My food came out and it was very tasty. I didn't care much for the unbreaded texture of the eggplant, but it was cooked well and tasted fresh. My server made it a point to touch the other tables and even brought soup and salad with their meals. I quietly took a phone call, and then when I got off. I asked for my bread roll. I sat alone and in the quiet with no interaction from my server. A few other 2 tops came in. They were greated and the specials covered with them. I'll admit was disappointed. I crossed my silvers and waited (I was right next to the kitchen). About 10 minutes later I asked her for a box and she placed it on my table and did not offer desert or my check. She touched the other tables and then completed a few things. I waited patiently. I saw her in the kitchen and waved her down. I then asked to see the specials menu. She was irritated and put it on my table. There, indeed, was the pasta pomodoro with burrata I wanted. I asked her for the check. She brought it and I had my card ready. She took it, ran it an dropped it off without so much as a "thank you" or "hope you enjoyed the food". She was very kind to the other tables however. According to the ticket her name was Rebecca G. I was disappointed with the service, but the food was very well flavored.

1st time here ! Excellent and fresh had the chicken Parmesan delicious. Had the eggplant Parmesan delicious.!!! And the garlic bread wow!!!!! Wish I could take this place back to NYC!!! Great job to the staff and owner!! Will back next vacation a must !!!!

Love their pizza! We like our crust a little thicker and they never give us a hard time about this. They aim to please without any flack! Unlike our unpleasant experience with Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza and Wings in Palm Beach Gardens! We've bought pizza there before and paid $50 for it! When we went back and requested a little thicker crust at Anthony's, they told us, "Sorry, we only do the one crust. We can't make it thicker." We'll for what their pizza costs us, it didn't seem like too much to ask! We will not go to Anthony's Coal Fired again! From now on, it's Venezia every time!!! Love how accommodating and friendly they are! The food is always delicious! Their service is great, too! Try them, you'll like them!

Coming from KS, we stopped in after surfing and had the BEST of time with the singer on Wednesday night. Food was excellent, staff was great with picking out a variety of food to share, and the owner Eli was so hospitable. Server Rebecca was so patient, prompt, and had attention to details with all of the drinks and service!!! Will come back again when we come back next year.

I was delivering a load from out of town, in the area, and thought I’d try Venezia’s. Wow!!. Had the pep and sausage calzone with Cesar side salad and mozzarella sticks! It was delicious! Not greasy and the quality of ingredients used were very good! Thank you for the fast and friendly service team. I will be sure to try the pizza and pasta next time I am in town, because if your calzones are this good, I can only imagine your pizza and pasta are just as good! To anyone else that is on the fence… give this establishment a try, they have great Italian food and great service!
