$6 USD PER scoop of ice cream. I had the berry smoothie which was very good, but the lady at the counter didn't greet us or speak to us for anything other than taking our order and charging us. No smile. My boyfriend had chocolate and banana pancakes. He found them “okay, meh” as he says. I personally found the atmosphere lousy, party music, in reds and whites and a big skeleton in the background because we are in New Orleans, but my boyfriend liked it. But overall, we wouldn't go back there

I am a huge Ice Cream guy, we trued this place in New Orleans. After giving it a try and 38.00 dollars later for waffle dishes, I have to say its a great disappointment. After looking at other reviews I thought this place would be amazing? But was very wrong should have gone to Kilwins around the corner they have much better dessert for 3/4 to 1/2 less on price.

The two wonderful people at the counter, bless their hearts. I came in with another person and I was too tired to just do anything. One of the workers saw me and offered me to try something. They made a joke to me which made me crack a smile. I ended up getting a bowl taken with me. The thing I tried was said to be refreshing and it was. People like that are needed.🫶🏽

I came into Waffle Time looking for ice cream, as advertised on the sign outside. I ordered an m&m and oreo milkshake, which was one of the options on the menu. It cost $14. I didn’t think the monetary value was proportional to the taste and quality of the milkshake, but I hope other people have better experiences. It was more like severely melted ice cream, but I did like the atmosphere. If you are looking for a family friendly activity centered dessert place, this would be it. However, mind the price. There were games you could play with a group or even just by yourself, and even though they were geared toward younger kids, the games still looked fun. The service was okay. The first person who helped me seemed very annoyed with me, which I get, life happens. The second person, who handed me my milkshake, was much nicer, and told me to have a good night as I walked out of the store. All in all it was ok. Not bad, but not great. Overpriced and had okay service.
