This location is very crowded, the staff at the self checkout are incompetent. I would say that I prefer to use the online order service but I have had a bad experience with the delivery drivers leaving my order at the wrong address 4 times. Definitely not a safe and secure experience

Look, in this place there are lots of products with good and regular prices, but you can always find what you are looking for and good service.

I am so disappointed in this service provided by this driver. I've had some really GREAT DRIVERS IN THE PAST. TODAY MY 8:30 DELIVERY 07/27/2024 IS TERRIBLE. Plus my eggs were at the bottom under the juice and milk. WOW!

We pushed the button for assistance in the razor isle. No one came, so we asked an associate for assistance unlocking the razor case, and she told us to push the button again for assistance. We pushed the button again and waited 20 minutes, but no one showed up. Then we went to the electronics department to purchase two flash drives and had to wait for 10 minutes while the two associates sat talking to each other. This was my worst experience in Walmart.

As always, the store was clean, neat, and well-stocked. The staff and crew were friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. A great place to shop! 👍

Found everything with no problem

Typical Walmart supercenter nothing out of the ordinary or special. Found everything I needed without any issues.

Location that has adapted well with changing of times. Been going to this location for nearly 40 years, since maroon indoor outdoor carpet was going 5ft up every support structure pole throughout the building. No complaints, nothing fancy, but simple shopping.

What can I tell you, if Walmart didn't exist, our money wouldn't last.

I miss them not being open 24 hours because between stockers and pickers, the aisles are hard to navigate in the mornings.

Came in around 10 pm one night and the people working in frozen & dairy had 2 whole pallets out and many carts with frozen food in there laying out for way over 30 minutes which isn't safe. You've got one guy stocking the cheese wall blasting his 90s music out irritatingly loud and one teenage looking girl in the frozen aisles on her phone texting, not doing anything. What are we doing here?

This place is a Walmart, there's not much more you can say about it.

From all the horror stories I've been reading I was pleasantly surprised. There were a lot of people in there but it wasn't overly crowded. I want to see the normal check out procedure and it was relatively quick. I have been avoiding Walmart but this made me feel a little bit better about them.

Their replenishment needs a revamp. Holes everywhere. I went to check out and one person tells me yes, then another says no it's closed. Their associates spend more time on their phones than actually helping customers. I will NOT be going back. And no.. I didn't purchase anything,

Their employees stand around talking to their friend in a foreign language mainly specifically Spanish which last I remembered we're in America we speak English it's rude to speak a foreign language when you're working in a public place and when you ask where something is they're rude to you because you're interrupting your conversation and they have to do their job now I don't have nothing wrong with people speaking a foreign language with all reality it all comes down to management management does not do their job every Walmart I go into is a disaster shows not stocked you never have nothing that I'm looking for all in all Walmart sucks

I was in walmart today for the 1st time in a while and I gotta say I was impressed with there selection of women's clothes! On point but there getting to be expensive

Went there to get a watch battery replaced. Online their site confirm that they replace watch batteries. They no longer do that! total waste of time! I got the runaround when I was there.

We always stand in line for a cashier. Now they want to see your receipt as you leave pissed off husband won't be back.

No one at this store is trained in anything, especially paint. Waited over an hour to find this out while the manager walked by looking over at her employees struggling trying to figure it out. Don’t waste your time here. South Florida is better. You’re welcome.

Does anyone work at Walmart anymore? Needed a watch and asked service counter for help but she didn't do that she said and said there was a button. Didn't see the button because the display counter was cluttered. Tired of walmart.

Done shopping here. I spend thousands a year here. Tired of feeling like a criminal when they ask me for a receipt at checkout or when the camera beeps at me in the medicine aisle. Pretty obvious I'm not the one stealing from your store. I will go to Aldi's and Publix from now on. I may have to pay a few more dollars but at least I am treated like a decent human and not a criminal.

I really appreciate that they don't close the registers down automatically at 11pm like the supercenter in mulberry does. So I started going to this Walmart instead!

Lines out in isle ways and they aren't doing anything to help then lines move stood there for 20mins and they have all the self checkouts on the other side closed and won't let anyone use the others.

Walked into walmart and there were 4 Electric carts total there was one with an out of service sign on it... the next one was at 8%... so we tried the next one it was at 58%....mind you one of the employees was sitting on one of the carts that worked he was playing on his phone rocking and had it turned on clicking the button and rocking it back and forth while rocking his body with it so the carts are not charged up due to people like him and they also do not work well more then likely because they they don't take care of them and they let their employees sit on them and play with them while playing on their phone (like luis ...thats the name on his walmart nametag) luis had made a comment that he thought the one with and out of order sigh worked (which then i replied that it didnt but the one he was on did and then he shrugged and went back to playing on it)

This place is busy, but good. Make sure you have your receipt at the door.

WalMart is WalMart, but what really pisses me off about them is all of the items that disappear off their shelves, never to be seen or heard of ever again for the end of time !!! These items i speak of are from every department, and they may not be flying off the shelf, but they sell, Walmart though, eventually will delete them off their shelves !!! WHY ?????? Like i said these are items that sell, yet that next trip you take there to buy them they may not be there !!! WHY ?????? Also, most of the staff are unfriendly. And, nearly run you over in the aisles !!!

Curbside pickup for some items I can't buy at Publix took an eternity. What's the point of offering curbside if you make people wait in their cars for 30+ minutes? Just when you think Walmart couldn't stoop any lower, they actually get worse. I guess no one showed up for work today. They should be embarrassed. I watched my entire life flash before my eyes while waiting in a dark parking lot. Walmart is existential hell. Why would anyone do this???

Great selection, compared to a supermarket in Germany, I don't like the plastic bag campaign at the checkout for several reasons.

Not enough cashiers. This is an ongoing problem. Our cashier Whitney was very friendly, professional. Very new. She hasn't been there long enough to get that jaded overworked Walmart look. Hopefully she stays at the South Lakeland Walmart. She was very kind and engaging. A definite bright "Spark"!!.

Money center wait line is horrible and customer service center won't do any money transactions. But not the peoples fault. Great customer service.

It's so outdated. Reminds me of an old KMart. Produce section is terrible.

You had 3 pallets of cold goods sitting out longer than 20 mins and as well as a couple of carts full of cold foods. I do not think that is safe for your customers to be buying left out cold goods especially since bacteria could start to grow.

Seems like upgrade may be good still not a fan of doing their job checking myself out. Hey Walmart I want an employee discount!

They don't take responsibility for their actions or mistakes. Most I come in contact with a very rude, as if I'm disturbing them from what they were doing. If I can avoid Walmart I do. On top of that we have to get our own carts, check ourselves out.... I'm sorry but what exactly are you being paid for?

I brought oysters from here and I went to eat it and realize it tasted weird then seen what the date was it shows February 2024 as the expiration date when I brought these in march this week march 7th is when I got them They tasted sour and just every weird I knew it was off when they kinda didn’t have that oyster smell and taste 🤮

Busiest Walmart I've ever been to. Where do all these people come from???

I love spending time here with my sister and mother! This place has the most exquisite plants, and I always witness the staff tending to them. The plants are so lovely and always in bloom that I wish I could snap pictures of them every time I visit. The employees are incredibly kind, in my opinion, and they always ask if we need assistance. As someone else mentioned, it's not very congested and it moves quite quickly. The food has unquestionably improved significantly, and the deli is also really pleasant. There is very patient personnel there who can assist you with any questions you may have. I always come here when visiting my folks!

We have tried several times to have our groceries delivered and every single time there is at least 5 items not in stock or they have to ship it and it takes up to 2 weeks to get what we need. Prime example my daughter ordered wipes for her child and 10 minutes after she placed order she was told they had to be shipped.so now she has to go out and buy wipes till these arrive ,so tell me how this service is beneficial and this has happened the last 4 times we have used this service. So disappointed with walmart.

Nice location and friendly staff

Normally a great place to do my grocery shopping, but this morning I could not find any banana popsicles. Also, their Great Value Large Eggs 18-ct prices went through the roof. They have been $2.18 but today they're $4.12. I had to put them back and only get a 12-ct carton at $2.78 - and even those are up almost $1. I'll have to stop buying eggs if the prices don't come back down.

This store has extremely poor service this is why I never shop at Walmart I would rather buy my clothes somewhere else

I was shopping one night over by the dairy area and this guy was working with just his socks on, no shoes while blasting "Turn Down For What"

I got a flannel in Florida for $6.00 cause I needed it. I was down here for my doctorate courses & the temperature dipped to 44 degrees in the morning. I got all my groceries for the week But the flannel was the funniest part. Cause I am from Wisconsin and you can't get a flannel in Wisconsin for $6.00 in February. But in Florida. All things are possible.

Every time I go in this walmart to the checkout all eyes on me. Not every person of color is a thief. Thief comes in all colors. You all so busy watching 👀 the wrong person I see the less watch person walk out with a good amount of stolen items. Pay attention to every person

My mom uses an electric shopping cart. We and a few othe4 customers were almost hit by employees bursting into carts w their blue carts. There was absolutely no concern or even acknowledgment of it almost happening.

Slow check out. Friday night they had only 2 regesters open. Need more people at busy times.
