The employees here are extremely rude

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 48 years on this planet. I've never had a person swear at me because they forgot three things in my order . Never again at this location...and never again at ANY Wendy's. Absolutely appallingly

My wife and I were staying overnight to catch a early flight the next morning. We decided to get a fast dinner so we could come back and retire early since our flight left early. It all started when we got to the Coke machine. It looked like it hadn't been clean for months. Then turn your head over to the place where you get napkins, lids and straws was dirty as well. There was straw wrappers everywhere, lids everywhere. The counter was sticky and hadn't been wiped down in quite a while. The lobby which everyone eats should be very clean. This lobby was not even that. Food crumbs every where on the floor, napkins on the floors, garbage cans we're overflowing, windows we're not clean. I could go on but won't. The time we went and the only time we will go to this location we counted 6 workers behind the counter. You would think in the 30 minutes we we're eating somebody would take the initiative to wipe down tables, sweep under tables, take the garbage out, etc. Being a janitor myself cleanliness is everything and this particular location doesn't pass my inspection.

There employees are rude and food was nasty

Absolutely the worst managed fast food joint I've ever seen. Waited at least 10 min for someone to take my order before walking out. During that time watched the larger than usual crew bumping into each other trying to serve the drive up window and inside customers complain their orders were "completely wrong"

Easy access Wendy's with plenty of parking and quick drive-thru service. Staff are typically polite and efficient, sometimes even friendly.

The chicken sandwiches are good

This is 2nd time went to this wendys . Food is cold, they forget items yet charge you for them. When call don't answer phone. Wouldn't recommend this wendys at all horrible service.

I came to the store to order a combo I was gonna pay with a $100 bill and the told me didn’t have change so the amount to paid was $13.00 I told them I have 8 dollars and my card the girl on the register laugh on me and tell me to pick something else and no cause I wanted what order and is not my fault that didn’t have change, like seriously this is not a store should be close and where is the management??? I’m ended up eating somewhere else

Came in to pick up a DoorDash order around 1am and the person at the window had a attitude for no reason I had separately placed an order for myself and I had asked for baconator fries which I did not receive. they couldn’t even get the sauce correct when asked what sauce I wanted I asked for honey mustard and received sweet and sour. Overall terrible service and terrible costumer service from the drive thru employee

So when did a small fry cost over $3.50 That is crazy a small frosty and small fry costs.over $6.00 sorry Wendy's you got my last money and on top of it all the fries were cold

Fryers had old oil in them, could smell it when I walked in and tasted it in the food ordered.

Been trieing wendys again its has been good but this multiple days in a row of not being givin what I order or food is stale. Today didn't order the burger they gave me and the fries were cold and stale at 11am. And I wasn't given a recipe in which almost positive wasn't the correct charge for the food I ordered but guess we'll never know

Ordered Apple Pecan salad, didn't get pecans. Ordered baked potato, didn't get salt, pepper or butter/sour cream. Didn't get any napkins. Very expensive for incomplete take out order. No excuse

I pulled up to the drive through for a doordash order this guy named justin was rude and threatened me at the window calling me names and also tried to fight me it is embarrassing to have someone like that unprofessional also looking not professional with a saggy tattoo on that boys neck it's embarrassing

I thought I would check out Wendy's Breakfast. Haven't been there in awhile. Nothing has changed. Place was filthy, outdated, horrible food, employees looked like they just rolled out of bed. Just an absolute horrible experience. Very disappointed in consideration of al the current advertising making it look so appetizing. To add insult to the injury, I paid more than the value of what I received. Took it home as a surprise breakfast for my wife and I to enjoy. Two bites and threw it in the trash. Waste of my hard earned money and my valuable time. Wendy's and Wendy's management should be embarrassed.

I have loved Double Stackers burgers since 2008, I had them the first time in Austin Texas and before they cost a dollar but I still like them

Everything is pretty solid it's by the airport so if you like a city atmosphere there's you go staff are friendly and jokes around sometimes

The manager was so rude to her employee making it uncomfortable to be there. If you don't like your job maybe find something else.

Today I went to order food. The fries were old cold and way over salted. A woman behind us was waiting and asked if she could get her order taken and a girl told her if she didn't like waiting go somewhere else.

Can be a very busy location, they keep up well during the lunch rush

Manager was completely confused and flustered. I heard her say something about not enough help but I seen at least four people around her. customers are waiting in line and extremely annoyed. One lady stormed out angry. I waited for around 15 minutes and still didn’t get my order taken and then I heard her say to worker at register. we’re gonna have to shut down the dining room. Don’t take any more orders now. it was only 6:35 PM so was confused what see was telling her but I they wasn’t taking my order any time so , I ended up leaving went to a different Wendy’s that happen to be nearby.

The food was good and hot staff very professional everyone had a smile on their face.

I am here on 6/5/23. It is 5pm...dinner time. NOBODY is in the dining room and cars are wrapped around the bldg because the idiot taking the orders obviously CAN'T handle more than one at a time. Then I get my order...fries are cold...sandwich is cold....RIDICULOUS!!! Whoever is running this place should be terminated!!!!

Not matter what the service is always slow and the food is cold and tasteless. I ask for everything to be freshly prepared and always have to circle the building or go inside for my order to be remade. I will not be returning. And I do not recommend this restaurant. Also, fix your drive-thru board and turn on a light for your patrons to review the menu.q

It's probably silly to leave a review on a Wendy's because no one will read it and no one cares, but this is probably the worst Wendy's in America. Overcharge you for things, constantly getting orders wrongz and no one who works there seems to care.

Like most of the reviews the customer service here sucks. Just ordered via the drive thru and the female taking the orders sounded like she had no patience. I know I was not imagining it cause she totally avoided the window area when I drove around. Food is great but they help needs give service with a small. She was impolite to both me and the gas I was transporting. I don't think that I'll ever bring any gas to that restaurant ever again

I never normally would go out of my way to leave a review be it good or bad for a fast food restaurant simply because it's a very small part of my day.. but today I was served in warwick by 'Benny' who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the moment I was at the counter and onward he had excellent positive energy, was engaging and very polite, attentive to detail, and even went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable doing something extra for me. This man deserves all the credit. All fast food workers deserve some acknowledging when they do maintain a good level of service but this gentleman in particular just went above and beyond. Made the whole experience as a customer comfortable and enjoyable even. Hope this review reflects well on this Wendy's and more so 'Benny' in particular.

This Wendy's has always been a hit or miss since I moved here back in August. You never know what your gonna get unless you have had fresh and abundant food there before and you remember who was working the shift at that time, then you don't know what you're going to get from this one.

I wish they could have asked me how I wanted my chicken because I would have said grilled and my friend would have said spicy

I was served threw the drive thru on 11/1/22 and I have got to say I frequent this location often but whoever was on the drive thru just had the best personality. He was so sweet and was double checking what I ordered and my order was perfect! I would mention his name he just wasn’t wearing a name tag 😊

Waited in line 10 minutes only to place order and then be told at the window "cash only." Completely wasting my time and a bag of food in the process.

If your looking for "fast" food don't go here even being the only person in line still almost guarantees that your looking at 10 minutes to get food 90% of the time. Food is generally edible when you get what u actually ordered but that doesn't happen 20-30% of the time. Also if order delivery from door dash don't order drinks 75% of the time you won't get them. I will say recently they have been trying to improve as I have revised my 2 star rating to a 3 so we'll see what happens at least the place is clean lol

I had an amazing experience at this establishment. I made the personal mistake of misordering something I didn’t want and they fixed it for me. Which they did not have to do. I greatly appreciate these people considering I’m on a time crunch for my breaks and they took me into complete consideration. Thank you guys again and I will continue to be coming here :)

This could quite possibly be the slowest Wendy's I have ever seen. The line regularly backs up into the street. Quality is pretty good but not worth waiting 30 minutes for.

Ok visiting from New Bedford and Fairhaven MA locations. Trying Strawberry frosty. Hopefully this one taste like strawberry. Opened top. Nice and pink, ok only filled to 1 inch of top ordered med size. Big bite. 🥰🥰 This is a scam. Three different locations all taste cold but no actual taste. No vanilla taste definitely no strawberry taste. Only thing is it is pink. No way am I trying again. I bought one large, one medium and a medium here. DON'T BELIEVE THEM. IT IS A SCAM... NO TASTE AT ALL.

Ordered 2 Double Bacon Cheeseburgers and small fries at drive up. Cost $9.47. Drove home, opened up bag to find 2 cheeseburgers and 2 fries!! Drove back, went to counter to get what I ordered. Went home, opened bag to find 1 cold fry and 2 double cheeseburgers (no bacon). Not worth the return trip. This Wendy's doesn't know how to fill orders. Will never go there again. A wasted $9.47. Should have gone to KFC, or Burger King further down the street. Non existent customer service at Wendy's!!!

I went at 12:00AM even though they say they close at one and after I’ll wait 20 minutes in a line In front of the speaker where they told me please wait, Then they said sorry we are close.. who does that

The manager taking my order was very disrespectful. He was more worried about packing his lip with tobacco than taking my order. He was becoming more enraged when I was trying to tell him what I wanted to order. Perhaps the FDA would like to have a chat with him.

Here's my honest review. (Imo) they're a bit too pricey for what you actually get. (On average $14.00 a piece for a medium meal x2 for me and my wife plus our kids its just over 40 dollars for "fast food") The drive thru is much slower than other places, but quicker than if I were to go inside. Theres only been a handful of times that the food i received wasn't completely what I ordered and or at best "warm". But after waiting on that line already starving I just ate it. But I do go back there for more food, just not as much.

I don't want to shame them too much. I know they were short staffed and very busy. The drive thru line was out to the road but moved along quickly. The order taker at the box was very nice. They were out of several items due to covid. We had a large order ($61). When we were given our bags I asked if it was all there and the man said he thinks so but recommends checking. We trusted them. We were missing an order of fries, two orders of nuggets and our extra sauces (we were charged for) Covid has been really hard on restaurants so I would eat there again but I'll check next time. The food we did get was correct and good!!

I'm a fan boy of Wendy's fries. Burgers are good though the way they assemble them can cause them to fall apart while eating them. Nuggets are pretty good as well. Honestly my only complaint is 'tail end' food. Food they still have toward the tail end of business hours. It's dry alot and has been sitting around for a while. As much as I love their fries, those are tough to get down. Anyway it's a fast food joint so...
