While headed to Connecticut from DC, I stopped off the highway for some Wendy's french fries and encountered one of the kindest souls, SIERRA! Thank you for making my day!

In the morning breakfast is always cold , stale , not fresh and cold then they catch an attitude when you tell them to fix it . You have to be clear and tell them you want your food fresh or they will give you what’s been sitting all morning . The morning staff is very rude the one African American woman in particular very rude , inpatient I won’t be using this location no more

the girl in the front with dye hair was so disrespectful and mean snatched the money from me was disrespectful I asked a question and she answer rudely I asked to talk to the manger and she left but he/she never came back with him so I just had to pay more extra money as a person who works at a fast food this behavior would not be accepted and manger would’ve shown up.

The redesign is great. The food is still the same. Service is ok. They weren't accepting cards, so a lot of money left the store.

Wendy's has excellent burgers all the time especially the baconator

They have a fascist working there who's not afraid to flaunt it. Twice now in the drive-through, I've seen a jean jacket on a rack behind the cashier, with a Gadsden flag patch on it. I'd hate to have to work with that person.

Went here for breakfast, instant regret. I was food poisoned and spent the next 2 days in bed throwing up. I'll never eat here again, absolutely disgusting.

They literally never give you the sauce you order with your meal. The receipt says BBQ sauce, but it is never in the bag. Doesn't matter if it is ordered in person or delivery they will not put it I the bag. The question is why? Wendy's is not paying y'all more to hoard the freaking sauce and it isn't a hard job to put the sauce in the bag so why do you insist on not completing people's orders? Are you just that bad at a very easy job? I've worked the job before it isn't hard. So why??

Food was excellent but the ghost pepper nuggets were CRAZY salty and i almost got locked in men’s bathroom because the door handle is broken. Dining area could be cleaner, also the amount of AC this place was blasting was subzero; way too cold!

Drive thru food was fresh and fast. Made a long trip a lot happier. Thanks guys

The cashier gave me attitude at the window because she rang my order up wrong . All the attitude and eye rolling isn’t necessary all you had to do was apologize and fix it! Mistakes happen and life is way too short. Hope Your day gets better!

Have had many issues with getting food delivered from here but also the one time I went thru the drive thru. However, had a great experience with the GM at this location who resolved a refund issue that she wasn't obligated to do since my order was thru the wendys app. She is amazing & was incredibly kind and understanding ❤️

There is a longer wait and the portions have gotten smaller.

I was searching all over town for the new Pull aparts (Cinnabon), but everyone was sold out. I called the Wendy’s in University Plaza and spoke with David. He was able to find the last two and was preparing them when I arrived. I truly appreciate that kind of service and will not forget it. David went the extra mile and was extremely gracious. Wendy’s should be thankful to have David as an employee. They were delicious by the way. Thank you, David.

Good for a quick meal with grandchildren

The associates they are nice and friendly the atmosphere could be a little bit more pleasant the upkeep of the dining area and the floors

The gentleman that was working the drive thru was super nice! My order was correct. Food was fresh. They did really good for fast food. This visit was what a fast food experience should be.

Burgers were horrible, fries old.

They got my order wrong (and the order of another customer right after me) and gave me the most watered-down soda I've ever had. Besides when they took my order, no employee said a single word to me - not during payment, or pick up, or even the manager when I was getting my order corrected. It's like they try to acknowledge your existence as little as possible.

The food is correct most of the time. The freestyles in the lobby always has something missing or no ice. Order on the app because if you come in to order there is usually a long line or you get ignored while they fill orders. The restaurant is clean though. I come here often but I only order on the app.

This location is always either super busy or a tiny bit slow yet my order is always somehow mixed up, wrong, or literally handed to someone else when they have about 10+ staff at any given time so what’s the problem ? That being said I don’t expect too much, but was fairly disappointed on 2/26. I ordered food and they only handed me the drink and told me to “go up to the door and we’ll bring the food out” at 6:52 pm. So I pulled up behind another car that was sitting there, this was a large white suv which is totally different from my small black sedan. During that time someone comes out and hands my food to the suv waiting in front of me, this is relevant because I didn’t know that was my food and I moved up and waited 20 minutes for mine. My friend ends up going inside the building and tells the staff we’ve been waiting for our food until about 7:10 and they state “oh we already handed that food out” and when my friend says we didn’t get it they say “oh you weren’t there” so which is it? If you gave our food away you obviously thought I was there in a totally different car. And that doesn’t make sense because you already handed me a drink and by that logic would know what car I’m in already right? They end up remaking our food which is great and appreciated but the customer service needs work, don’t make stuff up about the customer being wrong when you’re the one who made a mistake just own up to it and talk to me like a person about it. Wendy’s isn’t gonna shut down over having to remake my $10 order that got handed to someone else.

HORRIBLE!!! The larger woman with all the hair they have during the day working the window that takes your money is the rudest person in fast food. She barely opens the window, never says thank you and is too busy texting on her phone. This place must be where people go to get a job when no-one else will hire them.

Dining area could be cleaner, but overall the food was still great, the staff was friendly and quick, and the customers were kind. Also worth mentioning, the bathroom was very sanitary.

The line for the drive thru was very long so I decided to dine in. I was greeted with friendly service and the food was made pretty quickly. The only complaint I have was that they ran out of ice.

Theres days where the chicken nuggets and fries taste good and theres days where it is trash

The food wasn't as good as I expected fries were cold and they messed up with my order my burger was made over but not my fries. That's not counting that my second order I left it alone the prices ridiculous high for the quantity you get

Just traveled clear across the country and got in late and went to Wendy's for a chicken sandwich it sucked so damn hard I through almost all of it away except the bun which was the best part and the center of the chicken piece. Will not go back, not worth the money unless you like hard chicken way over done.

I’ve been here multiple times and it’s a let down. Today I came here at 7 o’clock this morning and they were apparently clothes no cars but all the lights wrong. I drove around and I didn’t see a single person in the building.

This is a quick stop off off of 95. Perfect for a hit-and-run to get back on the highway.

Avoid at all costs. This location's AC was broken, no ketchup, food was not up to regular wendy's expectations. But the bathroom was clean. Staff couldn't be bothered to take an offer either.

Too causal, took. Along time to even ask for walk-in customers about what they want. May be understaffed because when they came they were very friendly

The workers on this restaurant are not friendly at all they have bad actitud all the time yesterday 07/20/23 around noon ,I when there and they give my ghost pepper fries dried even that I ask and pay extra sauce because I know here they give it dried well no extra sauce container open and all the Little sauce they put on it where dripping out of the bag then I ask for another bag and she give it to me again with actitud even then I told her they make a mistake and not closed correctly the container week my shirt dirty my car seat dirty and my second order of normal fries on my car floor because at the time I ask for the extra bag she give me my daughter fries that she forget to give at first we'll she give just the tip of the bag and as soon as I get it they fell off on my car floor I told her what happened she just said have a nice day I can't fo anything about sorry 😐 I didn't have the time to stay another half hour arguing about it so just lef but not coming back to these store never all ready many many bad experiences here bad this was the last not anymore

It's Wendy's. It's a good burger joint. The staff tried to keep it clean, but there were still signs of prior customers at the tables. The burgers are good.

There $5 biggie bag is Awesome. I get this deal almost every day for lunch. You couldn't get a better deal!

Went to Wendy's 2 times and ordered the same thing...Ordered 2 Dave's doubles plain and got both with mayo, ketchup, lettuce,, tomatoes and pickles. How hard is it to look at the screen and make the burger correctly

Just got breakfast there on 5/22/23 and the cold brew must not have been made right because it's basically water with just enough coffee to make it look like coffee. The other Wendy's locations I've been to have good cold brew but not this Wendy's.

This Wendy’s line is ALWAYS ridiculously long. They never have anything… one time I went and they didn’t have nuggets…they never have sauces. Today I went and and they didn’t have the sauce and they made each car pull up and wait while someone brought the food out. The car in front of me did this and the car behind me was told to do the same thing. I went inside to get more sauces and there was no one at the register. I waited for a while until someone came to assist me. I saw about 5 workers and only 2 working. Management at the Wendy’s suck! They need to get it together

Grilled chicken wrap and double bourbon bacob cheeseburger was awesome! Of course, the chocolate frosty was great as ever! Thank you. God bless!

First time here didn't go in ordered through drive thru the staff was very nice and friendly the food was hot the service was fast will be coming back here

I love Wendy's!!! Their food taste fresh and prices are good. This location is good. They can be a little slow to push out food but most places are around lunch/dinner time. The staff are pretty nice and it’s clean inside.

Stood at the register for over 10 mins. They ignored me and only took drive thru. Everyone said they couldn’t ring up. David the manager finally came over and gave me an attitude. Awful service

My son's loved the bacon double stack biggie bag

Just off I-95, my chicken sandwich with no mayonnaise was hot and on a nice roll. The Coca Cola freestyle machine has so many options it's crazy. The oatmeal raisin bar was outstanding. My son loved his spicy chicken nuggets and hot fries. Easy out back to I-95.

Quiet, great cheap place to eat in , bathroom was extremely hot!!! Alot of drinks were out of stock

Buyer Beware Poor service today in the form of trying to take advantage of customers, ordered the Dave's single and spicy chicken with a biggie bag, should be $11, was told $17....after fixing with the lady at the window some guy gets loud from behind and starts blaming me for not specifying I wanted the 2 for 6 deal.......guess I see who pockets the rest when over charged. LAST TIME I GO HERE 2/21/2023

Nice people, slow service during busy hours

I usually go here during lunchtime and my order is always right and service is good. Can be slow going through the drive thru during lunch.

Food was ...blahhh. People at the window seemed miserable even though my daughter was very friendly and smiling they just looked at her.

Went here to try the new Italian Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich It was pretty bad. Soda machines were out of almost everything and no ice. The soda counter was nasty also. I don't like to complain but after a long day of xmas shopping this was not the way to unwind.

The staff here are consistently rude. The food is what you'd expect from a fast food joint, lukewarm, and edible, but the workers always act put out that you're making them work. I very rarely come here, but on the occasions I do, I'm reminded that I should have gone elsewhere.

Slow and dirty the soda machine barely worked.

Had a single cheeseburger and it was one of the worst burgers I've had in a long time. No flavor, bun was all mashed up, nothing tasted fresh.

They gave my DoorDash driver the wrong order yet again. They told me over the phone to a different Dasher and when I asked if theybwouldnremale the order they hung up on me.

Stood in line for 23 minutes (GPS clock is how we know) to get ONE happy meal. Watched a worker pop a nugget in his mouth but couldn't get that nugget into a bag. Manager was hiding. They should make a horror movie about this place; scary as hell. Happy Halloween.

Went for breakfast and encountered how a cashier and store manager were rude and condescending towards a customer, the manager several times interrupted the customer and when the customer stated that she wanted to call the district manager the store manager became hostile and the cashier stated a very racist comment. I am appalled at what I witnessed today. The customer did nothing to provoke the incident; still after how she was treated, she kept her composure; not sure how. I can definitely say that after what I observed today, I will never buy from this store ever again.

Given them one star because there’s no option for zero stars. I made an online breakfast order l, when I arrived I was told that breakfast was over and that they couldn’t make my breakfast, I asked for a refund and was told that they couldn’t do anything for so they were unable to give me my money back. When I explained to the store manager that I needed a resolution, he said the only thing he could do was give me lunch matching the cost. I agree with the suggestion, though, during the process the manger kept up complaining about the incident and kept repeating that he was going to need to explain the event to the district manager- the complaint continues for a while until I told him that if he liked I could call the district manager and explain. It seems that this made him upset and he w/ authority asked me if I knew the district manager to tell him her name- he repeated himself 3 times- while one of the cashiers devices to say that because the district manager and I are off the same race that I was discriminating against them. I have never been treated with such disrespect as I was today and ask for corporate to contact me directly- this behavior is unacceptable.

The worst wendys I ever been to. Super slow drive

This place is gross,been here twice and both times has been dirty as it is. All tables are dirty,coke machine area is a total disaster. Lack of employees is not a good excuse,clean the dining area or just do drivethru only so people can't see the area where their food is getting cooked (Yes,cause kitchen is mad dirty too) and lets NOT talk about the restrooms. Food was hot and fresh,Wendy's need to get their act together or they will be out of business right after Burger king (which is next on the line)

The young woman who took our order was kind. Everything else was a disaster. They were out of lettuce, chili oil, and ice. It took 5+ minutes to be able to place the order ( I was the only customer in line) and another 10+ to get food. Meanwhile the manager handed out checks to the employees who came to the counter to chat. Poorly managed, poorly run.

Hit the drive thru on my may to work August 22 2022 around 6:15... Went through the drive through. The gentleman taking orders was very friendly and pleasant. Then the lady taking the money was very nice also had a quick chat with her all the way to getting my dinner the people at the window were super pleasant and friendly. The price who enjoy the pleasant news appreciate it.. thank you and food was spot on..

Why can we not get an accurate order? Missing nuggets this time. Last time missing bacon and potatoes. Why? The day manager has been nice but they can’t get it right. Go to the one on Chestnut hill plaza and save yourself the disappointments.

decent wait time while in drive thru, but food was alright. i did however wake up nauseous the next day.
