Thought the service was quick and friendly. They even help my order while I ran to the restroom. Sorry I put 2 stars, that was DEFINITELY an error. Thank you WENDY’S for reaching out.

Window sign states "Small Frosty $1" I asked for my food at drive-thru and added a small frosty. I ask4ed for a receipt because it seemed a bit high. I was charged regular price for th4 frosty. I was old it's too late to ask now, it's already run up. I complained tp manager, he said sorry, corporate mandate, sign says you have to ask when ordering. See attached photo, does not state that. Older woman at the drive up was very rude! As I was putting my change into my wallet, she asked (not nicely) do you need anything else? I said no, she then looked to the back of my car, as if to say, hurry up! There was one car in back of me! I asked for a Coke, no ice. I got half a cup! Didn't realize asking for no ice, meant less soda! I def will not be going back there!

Wonderful experience, awesome manajement, and amazing food

Food was fine, but I don’t know what is going on with the drive thru employees… they’ve randomly become very pushy. My husband made a joke about it a couple weeks ago, mentioning that he was the only one in line and the gentleman over the intercom asked him between every breath if he was done with his order. While we were there recently I experienced the same thing. I needed to order 4 sandwiches and after naming each sandwich I got a fast “Is that everything?” “Do you need help finding anything on the menu.” Please…take a breath guys - it was a quiet and rainy Monday in Vermont - Not a packed time square Saturday lunch hour.

I was driving through the area and stopped in for a burger. Wendy's is my favorite fast food but this liason was disappointing. The party had no flavor (did they forget to season it?) And they barely put any ketchup and mayo on it. Maybe they were running low? I dunno, but I'll avoid this location on my next trip up.

Drive through, store manager was taking orders. I had to drive off after attempting a third time to order a chicken sandwich. Manager was very rude and obviously an expert on his menu and Wendy's terminology. I could not get a word or my order in through his constant corrections. Too expensive and unhealthy anyway.

The drive through service is so unpleasant, this is the worst wendys location I've been at . I hope Ai replaces this work soon it'll avoid alot of issues such as this. 0 stars for this location.

Went and order a baconator through the drive-thru literally had half a piece of bacon cut in two pieces that was all so I took it inside and showed it to the general manager of all people the general manager

I love this Wendy’s. So many other ones have made me ill but here the food is always fresh and the drive through is wicked fast. The Dave’s Single and the Dave’s Double are really great fast food cheeseburgers! Good fish sandwich when they have them seasonally too.

I walked over from the hotel and waited in line for about 10 minutes. The Manger came out and said about the cashier being new so if you could use the kiosk or drive thru please do. I didn't drive over nor did I bring my credit card. Now the cashier was right at the register having just finished the group in fronts order. Yet I was told I couldn't place my order at all. Mind you I'm disabled and use a cane, I had thought it was a nice day to go try your new orange frosty. I want l wasn't even going much just the frosty and a burger for my pup. There's no reason he couldn't have taken my order at all. I mean if I'd come in after they shut the register down etc I wouldn't have been upset. But I was there before he even came up front waiting 1st in line . He was very rude when about it as. Having worked fast food as a manager for many years this goes beyond bad service. I will not be returning to your Brattleboro vt store that's for sure. Ps the one in Keene nh is awesome

Was an afternoon at 7 PM on a Thursday. It was super dead. There was no one behind us and they told us we couldn’t order two separate orders through the drive-through. The old man with bald head called us buddy twice and had an attitude so we left. Needed to report this. Pls management discipline them. Ridiculous. WILL never come back.

I like how even when things go wrong the lead person stays positive and encouraging to their team members.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it was dry and old and one tiny piece of bacon on it..Was a little disappointed because I always loved Wendy burgers..Perhaps they were just having a bad day.

This place was out of this world. The people here were so kind when are food didn’t come for some time and he gave us free frosty and fry’s. I would definitely come here

It's been over a year now since your receipt printer has broken. Do you think you'll ever fix it hard to trust? You can make a Burger but can't get a receipt to print.

My girlfriend and I arrived late (after hours) and were amazed. The manager, Will, made our meal for us despite the fact that they were closed. Absolutely unexpected. One of the nicest people we have met in quite awhile. Keep up the good work dudes. Awesome service, awesome food!

This place has great food, great service, and one of my favorite places for breakfast. However, the prices are VERY HIGH.

The food ordering was abominably slow because they had to keep filling doordash orders. The Baconator I ordered seemed really pathetic and small. Not like the picture at all and not what I expected. The flavor was okay.

Unorganized, untrained staff....food was put together awfully. Not worth your high prices

The manager yells at employees right in front of customers. I think that is a place to eat and relax .. if that has to be done it should be done in private not when im trying to eat

The staff are very helpful and friendly. But our food wasn’t hot enough and bacteria built up and me and my wife had upset stomachs the whole night. Got a slight case of food poisoning. Ima Chef so I know the temps, I have been cooking for 34 years. Make the food to order! Don’t make it and let it sit.

The manager was very rude. Her name is Jennifer we went there at 10:45 to order food and she kept saying we are closing soon. We are closing She refused to drop french fries. Hours say open at 630 in the morning. Been there a couple times for breakfast around 640. No acknowledgement from anybody at drive thru. Pretty much ignored. Sat there for 5-10 min incase they were still trying to get ready being patient. No acknowledgment.

It's fine. I've gone here plenty times over the years. My orders have been made well, staff seem good. Nothing special, but sometimes it hits the spot after a long day

Pulled into drive thru at 9pm. Didn't get my food until 9:50pm. They blamed it on being short handed but they had enough people standing in there complaining about the rush instead of working. I have worked fast food in my life and I know it doesn't take 50 min to make an order. It just shows the incompetence of staff and managers to better handle the situation. Apparently this has been an issue for sometime.

Rude and discrimination against small bikes. No place to lock up a small moped but they refused to serve at drive through.... Manager was rude, an employee told me to go around again and I did and same issue. Rude in general.... Don't eat here.

Manager was rude out of line threatening would not let us check our order when we got it. First order was wrong so we wanted to check next order told us to move car came out of restaurant and threatened us! Manager should be fired non professional!

We are not familiar with Wendy's menu. Hubby wanted a #7 meal and said as much as the drive thru. The girl kept interrupting me to ask what we wanted, so I repeated it, at least twice. Then a male voice piped in, rudely saying, lady, I don't know what you're not getting here, but there are three choices for this meal, 1,2 or 3 burgers, which do you want! IF these choices were on the board at all, they were too small to see from a vehicle. The burger was stale, like it had been under the heat lights for 2 hours! Aside from this, the lady at the window was obviously new, but very nice 👍.

I ordered a milk with a meal and received one that was opened under the twist cap and half consumed. Disgusting and total lack of attention to order accuracy. Take this location off your list. Heck, there's two other fast food places next door, go to them instead.

I took a drink off of my order, because I was confused about something on the menu, and the cashier made a huge deal about getting his manager to remove it from the order. It was a small lemonade. Food was subpar even for fast food. Also, I ordered regular nuggets, and received spicy.

I went to the drive through to get a fountain soda and 2 cups of ice water. I told the girl at the window I was ok if there was a charge for the water. Most places charge a dollar or less. I get my total and it's almost $10 for a fountain drink and 2 cups of water. For real. I left. No way is that ok. I'm not sure if all Wendys do that now but this is the first time I have had it happen.

Food tasted good but room temperature

It's a Wendy's, so no surprises there. What was a huge surprise was the staff. They were all eager to make us and everyone else I saw come in happy. Went beyond anything I've seen at fast food locations. Highly recommend for the people there making a noticable difference.

This location is actual sh*t. I have ordered here multiple times since moving to the area and not once have I gotten my order made correctly. I just ordered A pub chicken sandwich and there was no chicken to be found. In the past i’ve ordered baconator fries and gotten a literal empty container. Oh and both times they refused to remake my order, or refund my money. I have never experienced fast food this bad in my life. And quite frankly as a past McDonalds employee, I can confidently say this is the worst managed and staffed wendys out there. If I could rate this a 0 I would. Save yourself the time and go to Burger King across the street. Sad excuse for a business.

Nice restaurant, Sunday evening. It was clean. The service was good. The food was properly prepared and packaged. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We stopped at the Wendy's in Brattleboro off from exit 3 for a quick bite to eat. For starters it was NOT quick. When we finally got to the order screen to place our order, we were met with a very unfriendly person who probably should re-think her career in any customer service type of industry. We asked 1 question about kids drinks and we got a very rude response. The food was decent as always but the service was subpar at best even for a fast food joint.

Pleasant staff reasonable prices and the breakfast fries are the best

Went through the drive-thru and forgot to order coffee. Policy dictated that an order cannot be changed at the window. So, the staff gave me a free cup. Awesome.

We stopped for a quick lunch before Christmas. The service was excellent, but a couple of things dampened the experience. The ketchup was in a bin that you had to reach into to get the packets. It clearly needed refilling. To make matters worse, the packets were stuck together with a very sticky substance - gross. Also, the tables could have been a bit cleaner. The cheeseburger was better than McDonald's.

I stop through this Wendys every few months as I do a lot of work in NH but live on the NY/VT border First time i stopped there a couple years ago, ordered something with Diet Coke as a drink. Something was wrong with the Diet Coke; old syrup? Not enough syrup? Not sure. I brushed it off as bad luck and kept driving. Months later, same thing. Order a meal with Diet Coke. Diet coke is off. Stale, low.syrup. no idea. I remember last time. So every 2-4 months or so I stop at this Wendy's, maybe a total of 10 visits in 2 years. EVERY SINGLE TIME THE DIET COKE HAS BEEN WRONG/OFF. It already got to the point of pure observatory fascination how long this will go on. I mean, Diet Coke is the most popular soda in the US and certainly the Northeast. Wendy's and Coca-Cola have systematized, independent quality control measures from manufacturing to distribution to point of sale. Plus managers and employees and presumably hundreds of people ordering Diet Coke every week. HOW LONG CAN THIS GO ON?! It's gotten to the point where I get home from a work trip in NH and even my partner wants an update if they finally fixed it. Up until 12/12/2022, still nasty half-flavor Diet Coke. Just think how many systems and mechanisms have had to go wrong for 2+ years of bad Diet Coke in the drive-thru fountain... -no employees or managers drink or test the diet coke...for 2+ years. -no customers have mentioned the bad diet coke...for 2+ years. -no wendy's qc surveyors have noticed the diet coke, either through actual testing or simply seeing an anomaly in the amount of diet coke syrup ordered at this location, the problem -no wendys people have noticed an anomalously low purchase of DC at this location -no Coca-Cola surveyor or technician has checked or noticed a problem in the machine Its driving me bonkers. Im not sure I even want them to fix it...this saga is just too mind boggling.

I am Not a fast food lover. I was more interested in prices over anything else. Wendy's offers some great money saving alternatives that won't leave you hungry. As with everywhere lately... Staff is short handed. But they try very hard. You have to appreciate that!!

I had no idea that they had more diet soda options than just Coke. Since the remodel they have almost 10 options! Staff was extremely helpful and very upbeat. Very good experience tonight.

Drive through service was pretty good; friendly, & relatively quick this trip. Do not recommend the peppermint Frosty. Its taste is fake & not at all enjoyable. I had a bite & a half then tossed it.

I was grateful they were open. Didn't get any straws or utensils so that was special. The peppermint frosty was gross like it's flavored with cough medicine. Tossed it since I didn't have a spoon anyway. Service was rushed and I had to ask for my drink since they tried to forget it with my order. Fries were lukewarm and mushy.

Not a good look for business when the lobby is closed at 3pm... As a truck driver, being limited to McDonald's because I "Can't be served" is unfortunate.

Awful. We were staying at the hotel next door and thought we would place an online order and pick it up in store. Google, and Wendy's website, and even the DOOR said the lobby was open. Try to pick up the food and the doors locked. We then have to walk back to the hotel, drive less than a 100 feet and get in the drive thru. I wish it was as simple as just picking it up but no, we waited for 25 minutes in the drive thru before even making it up to the speaker, all the while, our food has been sitting ready for almost 45 minutes. Needless to say we were a little peeved. Obviously the food was cold and not very good, but no that's still not it. There was ALSO STUFF MISSING. This whole experience sours my already lukewarm opinion on this company. Absolutely abysmal fast food restaurant location and company.

Why is the store closed.. Covid is over.. open the damn store.. drive thru only is unacceptable. I like to wash my hands before I eat

Been a loyal customer for the last year, as it's quick and easy once a week on the road going by. I've had nothing but great things to say up until the last couple months then today finding this. Clump of hair. I wanted to go back and vomit on your counter, and may have if I wasn't already 50 miles up the road. Absolutely and completely disgusted. The checkout girl is fantastic. That's the only good thing I have to say about brattleboro Wendy's.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch the food was good the only thing that was not on the order when we sat down was the frosty which the young lady who took the order got for me when I went up and told her that I didn't receive it. She didn't smile, and it really didn't look like she wanted to be there. She was polite but looked like she would rather be someplace else.

The staff are always friendly. I personally can't stand mayo and they put it on everything. So I order it without it, usually ends up with it on it. I bring it in to get a new one they're never rude about it. (Like it's my fault). Very nice.

I did not like the hot chicken sandwich. I like all the other stuff. Wendy's is the best of the big fast food

If I could post a negative number I would. Heading home on Sunday and stopped to get a quick bite. Orded a baconator meal and a classic meal. Got the baconator, bu ended up with a fried chicken sandwich instead. Fries were cold and stale and tasted like month old grease. The baconator and chicken sandwich were completely inedible. The person at the window spent more time arguing with someone in the back that checking our order. The worst service and food I have ever had anywhere. Never, never going back to any Wendy's EVER...-100 review
