Came to drive through at 9pm with a mobile order. Had to wait 15 minute with one car in front of me and one car behind me. When I finally got my food they said they were out of the berry and chocolate frosty I ordered. I pulled around back to the window and they gave me a coke zero and a vanilla frosty (they only had vanilla) and refunded me for tge frosties. 3 star because of the refund and everyone was nice. It would have been one star without the refund.

Refused to provide service because they had a delivery at the same time. Horrible "service". Simply, you can get better without the hassle elsewhere. Another thing I've noticed at this location is the late night staff wants to do the minimal required. Long waiting orders regardless of the length of line. You'll be passed through to wait while someone might decide to fulfill your order.

pulled up 30 minutes before close and Mike had employees hide and then sent a girl with short hair to the window to tell me they had nothing ready to cook 😂

Terrible. Been multiple times when 1-2 people in drive-thru that it took 20 min+ to get food. Always see people leave, rather than wait. Won't be back

The incompetence at this location. We just had to wait over 10 mins for a burger and fries when only 2 people were in the drive through line. They are over priced and 100% not worth you time. This is not the first time we had a problem like this at the location. Do better if you want to charge as much as you do.

Wouldn’t come to here to feed my dog worst service and worst food, I love Wendy’s but this one needs new management by far the worst in Tallahassee

Lobby closed while the sign on the door said it should be open. Defeats the purpose of using the app to order ahead. Waited in the drive-thru line for almost 15 minutes.

The new ranch wrap needed more ranch sauce. 😋 the people were great. The frosty is delightful as usual.

My order was not right why do they put cheese on your burger even when you say no cheese

The dine in experience at this Wendy's is incredibly disgusting and dirty I don't think they've ever wiped off the touch screen for getting the drinks served even though they had only two customers walk through while we dined in, the employees were not keeping up with the dining room and keeping it clean. It seemed they spent more time on their cell phones than on actually caring about taking care of the customers or cleaning up the dining area. When I asked for a fruit cup the employees looked at me like I was insane and went and asked about if they had this item even though it was on their menu. Apparently they don't have what their menu states. The floor and tables were all very dirty, the trash can had no bag, so I glance around and see no other can so I threw away my trash in it, and 10 minutes later this lady very loudly corrects her employee and again loudly says "customers are throwing away trash in the can without a bag in it. I bet they don't do that at their house!" I glance over at the can as the young lady is changing the bag and she glares at me the entire time. This is a restaurant experience? I get better service at my own house. The meal was over priced and the burger was very thin mystery meat with a old crusty bun.

Wendy’s should shut down if they’re going to provide this low of quality service. Bought Wendy’s for the family after church for a quick bite and almost $50 later I was served with thick attitudes, soggy, stale-old disgusting food, and a core memory that will sustain me from ever eating at a Wendy’s again. If I could rate them at a -5 I certainly would.

So my wife and I walk in this restaurant the front door and windows were nasty I went to the restroom it was very nasty and she went to wait in front for me she noticed that NO ONE HAD HAIRNETS ON. The guy in the kitchen had more hair then I did and he was making burgers (OH HELL NO) I ask a lady if she was a manager she said yes so I preceded to tell her that the men’s room toilet looks like it hasn’t been flushed in years(I think she was on her ear buds) and she flat out ignored me as I waited for my food I once again tried to get her attention and once again flat out ignored me! The kid at the register was nice the lady at the drive thur was paying attention to her phone like she was on a break!

got my order so wrong, I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a burger with everything on i, and it was disgusting, not the first time this happened. Fries had absolutely no salt WHAT SO EVER. Service was horrible, so very rude. Do not recommend. (This was in Tallahassee)

Apparently they give you your food the way they want too, not what you order! Absolutely horrible service and old, stale burger that wasn't even made the way I ordered it. Folks, you're not splitting atoms or launching the Space Suttle, you're making a BUGER! LIFE IS HARD AND IT'S HARDER WHEN YOU'RE STUPID...

Single patty was ok thanks to the dressings but meat was tasteless. The chili was good

I would rate the food but I couldn’t even get anything because the cashier kept claiming they’re out of everything. Granted I came in at 10 pm at night but this particular location doesn’t close until midnight. The location was empty and I could see a bunch of employees standing around and fiddling on their phones. All I wanted was some chili fries but the cashier said they are out so I asked for other options like cheese fries or baconator fries, the cashier proceeded to tell me they don’t have anything, not even just plain fries. How do you run out of fries?? It was very apparent that they were just trying to get me to leave by lying because they clearly were too lazy to make anything. The customer service was just plain awful, I could tell by the voice of the employee that they did not want to be there.

The worst staff ever ....they seem to be upset because was almost close time and there were people buying food....they even gave the wrong order....

Sometimes the sandwiches have been under the heat lamp to long to be sold and are dried out

I will never go back to this restaurant I've stood at register 2x this week and never spoken to and was looked at at register while I waited 10 min for manager to correct trainee alone and walk off. Worst service ever will never go back regardless food quality is pathic service is worse and cooks has no hair nets or hats on in the kitchen

I ordered a $5 biggie bag and a potato, and I then asked if I could have a spoon. As I was pulling away from the drive thru, a lady said “she don’t need no damn spoon”. Terrible service quality, just do your damn job and get me a free utensil when I ask instead of complaining. thanks❤️

Burgers were old. Lettuce and tomato was frozen. Buns were stiff and stale. Now I see why there's never anyone here for lunch when I come through. I won't be back to this location

Restaurant looked closed. The lobby was extremely dirty. The order was correct but a but messy.

Cold fries, no ketchup/condiments and didn’t offer any, staff was goofing off. Definitely not the “A” team working on a Sunday night. Better off driving across town for Whataburger.

Best fast food on the NE side of town

May or may not give you food poisoning... I don't know why I keep ordering from them given I always leave disappointed! From missing simple items, to incorrect items, to lack of quality control, everything that can go wrong, probably will go wrong. At least if you order face to face, you can drive off disappointed, without having to dispute a charge. I think I'll just stick to wing stop and five star pizza lol.

Just ordered 2 bacon egg & cheese croissants and 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants thru the drive thru. When I got home and opened them up. I RECEIVED 2 BISCUITS with bacon and 2 BISCUITS with sausage all without EGGS & CHEESE. HIRE competent people please!!!

This is one of the best Wendy's in town. The burgers I get there are always made like they look on the menu. The service is quick and my meal is always correct. I eat here often and plan to continue doing so.

They weren't professional, did not have food ready, and one employee asked if I wanted condiments but failed to include the very condiments he said he would include. They went ahead and made the food but were VERY inefficient.

I get that it's fast food. I don't have any expectations at all when I do get fast food, but this experience was disgusting and capped off by an extremely rude employee.

Single drive thru window, and over 8 or so vehicles in line. I chose to park my car & walk in. Only 2 customers ahead of me, but service was just as slow. Great food however. I bought the pecan salad, a single burger & a frosty. I was too full to eat the burger. Prices are outrageous!!! Almost $20 for those 3 items!

This Wendy's Staff and Management was the absolute best! They run like a well-oiled machine.. They served over 50 customers in record speed, all while wearing smiles on their faces.

The attitude was a little extra today. I would have expected this last year but in the past recent months it had improved. Now we're right back with the nasty attitude. I guess this should be what I'll come to look for in the future.

Restaurant is dirty. Never have fresh tea. Service is not good. Overall my visit was 👎👎👎

This place looks so run down inside. Filthy tables, peeling wallpaper and nasty bathrooms. Doesn't look like anyone has wiped down the tables in a week.

Out of chili, out of sour cream, out of frosties… I just got to the point where I asked, ok what do you have?? They wanted me to pull up but couldn’t because I had three people ahead of me already! All waiting! LOL I eventually had to park on the other side of the parking lot just to make room… I waited for my food, then got out of there as fast as I could. 😂

Terrible service, completely messed up orders. The manager just makes excuses and blames the customer saying you ordered it wrong.(has happened on several occasions, mostly in the morning). Which you can't refute because they don't give anyone a receipt. The night crew just says "the system is down" and closes early. I don't know why they have a lobby it's always closed. The manager must not get a share of the profit, because I've been turned away more times than I've been able to order.

Did the drive through. Best crispy 🍟 fries since pre covid. Coke was excellent burger was good.

Very odd location due to the difficulty in pulling back out into traffic on the downside of a hill between 2 stop lights. The workers are usually friendly and fairly quick at serving you. Not a bad store overall.

Great staff, good location, very crispy bacon. Delicious strawberry frost. Patties were good, but could’ve been a bit juicier.

I can’t rate this low enough. Wait, yes I can, that’s why it’s one star. The staff is okay, the food is okay, but just okay is not okay according the AT&T commercials. Overall, it is definitely one of the food places that Tallahassee has to offer

Went at 5pm to eat and they had closed to eating inside. They were open until we got there. They even locked a womens purse in the store. The women had to go to the drive thru to get it. Will not be back ever!

Horrible horrible Wendy's. First off they just ignore the drive through after 6pm. Then if you're actually lucky enough to get there when they have one person working the food is cold and terrible, tastes at least a week old. Never seen such a poorly run fast food restaurant in my entire life and I have seen some pretty bad ones. 0 stars if I could, I am done with Wendy's in general now. Other stores have gone downhill too but this location takes the cake. It's an absolute embarrassment.

Just tried to dine in at Wendy's at Bannerman Crossing and the doors were locked, but the drive through is open. Even saw ppl eating their food in their car. Wendy's, you lost me at "locked doors." OK CFA, I'll eat more chicken.

This store should have zero stars. no professionalism when answering phones. They should not list that they are hiring at all when there are people looking for a job. First the hiring manager hangs up and second time a male answers and she did not even want to come to the phone and laughed. Absolutely horrible

The GM Oceanna took our order and was super kind despite how many people were crowding the front and the drive thru. Very professional from the whole team, got my order within a minute of ordering.

The lobby is open and when you walk in they tell you drive thru only. There's no sign on the door indicating that statement. They were standing around and refused to take our order inside with only two cars in the drive thru.

Food was good. However the staff and I forgot the spoon.

The new fry recipe is a big bust fire is. Formed and fried mashed potatoes are never better than cut potatoes deep fried. I like freezer fries better.

The last time I was there, the woman who took my order just had the most pleasant demeanor. She left me with a smile.

Everybody's vehicle doesn't fit only in drive thru and it's sad other places accommodate big truck drivers but Wendy's chooses not to. Just a locked door is what patrons come to!

Stopped by for a quick after school snack with my son. This Wendy's is always clean! The employees are friendly! And as always the food was made fresh and the order was right!!

Only three people were inside when I arrived. Fifteen minutes later, school kids came in and there was only one cashier, she seem to be somewhat new. The line was from the front counter to door entry, about 15 to 20 people. Some left because there were no one to help them. This was approximately 12 noon. Need more staff for busy lunch crowds.

The Baconator sandwich is the best!

Food was hot despite how late it was in the night. We even got a free milkshake while we waited

Door was locked before closing hours when I first arrived. Not sure why. Employee came and unlocked door as I was leaving. Food was as expected, but manager was berating employees which made for an awkward experience. Cashier who took our order was friendly and pleasant.

For a chain they are pretty good. Never had a mixed up order yet and I have been here about a dozen times. They workers in the drive thru are friendly and seem to work pretty hard. Not a bad place to get a burger. Better than most Wendy's I have been to.

They get the order wrong about half the time I order from here. Today was correct and food was good but I ordered just one 4 for 4 meal and they put 11 ketchup packets in the bag -- I don't eat ketchup or ever ask for it. Seems like a huge waste of money to me. I also got no receipt so I couldn't give feedback using the online survey.

The spicy chicken sandwich, as well as, their homestyle chicken sandwich are both very good! Plus, right now they are 2 for $5.

Had kid's hamburger meal w/ specialty lemonade. Burger was juicy & fries were super fresh & temperature hot. Lemonade was too syrupy! There was a recall on lettuce so this meal was my alternative for Caesar's salad or a sandwich wrap.

My lovely wife and I love the chili and bacon cheeseburgers with french fries at Wendy's.

The good sandwiches are too expensive
