Ordered crispy panko fish sandwich and added tomatoes to it. It was really good. I've been doing a comparison of fish sandwiches between Wendy's, Burger King, and McDonald's. After trying BK and McD's I believe Wendy's had the better fish sandwich out of the three. Reason was it was fish patty was crispy, bun was good, as well as the tartar sauce.

Much better than other burger restaurants but the burritos they sell are a scam and a mockery. They sell you a raw and cold tortilla with a few pieces of chicken, cheese and lettuce, that's all. What kind of food is that?

Always double check your orders. They always mess up orders or just do whatever they want.

I am so tired of this Wendy's! To the point where I am going to get a hold of corporate even if it takes me ALL day! I've come to this Wendy's numerous times around 9:30pm and the same girl comes to the door and locks it in front of us! The lobby closes at 10pm! On top of it all the burgers, fries, even the cheese sauce is cold. I will not eat from this place again. Who's the manager that let's this associate do this? Horrible!

I had to leave BK in the middle of an order because they were so unnecessarily rude; drove 3 minutes to this Wendy’s and it was night and day, such a different experience.

Delicious meals as always. A recommendation for other customers is to check your order when you receive it just to make sure you have it right.

My friend and I just finished getting food at Wendy's and I can say with certainty that Jason, the man who served us, is the best worker in his industry. We pulled up to order our food and he was so patient, kind, attentive and just everything that the food service industry is supposed to be. Not once in my life have I ever left a drive-thru so happy because Jason honestly made our day. All the way back home we were raving about how sweet and gentle he was, asking us if we had any questions and taking the extra time to just be a nice and courteous person. I truly hope that he or his managers find this message because I can guarantee that I am not the only person who has been on the receiving end of his outstanding hospitality and I truly believe that he should be recognized and awarded profusely for the work he is doing. People like him are hard to come in today's day and age and is a gem amongst them all. Thank you again Jason for tour service, you are the best and I wish you well!

I ordered a 4 for 4 double stack and got a single patty burger, a kid's drink and they didn't even add the sauce. I asked the old guy about the drink and he said that's what they give. Avoid this place.

I feel terrible for the people that work with this person because the man is verbally abusive towards the workers here. JOEL maybe he is a manager that believes doing this is ok but it's not. I was at the second window for less than a min and the horrible things he was saying about other workers is unacceptable. I'm sure the workers don't say anything for fear of losing their job.

Food is usually warm and well made, no complains there. But my 5 stars go to Jason. He is seriously the most professional and nicest attendant I’ve encountered in a while. He is always super attentive to the order, well spoken, calm and contagiously nice. We work close by and usually pick up quick lunch here, it’s always nice to see him at the pickup window. I hope he gets an awesome bonus or a raise, cause he’s way nicer and more professional than the manager himself, no offense.

15 minutes sitting in drive thru. Resteraunt is empty and 1 car waiting in drive through. Just to order nuggets and frys. Manager and employee sitting around doing nothing. No sense of urgency. I spent more in gas waiting.!

Best fast food restaurant in the area. Veronica is an amazing employee and always makes my visits great! She's always working at the drive-thru and ensures the line moves very quickly. She's the main reason I always return. Food is always fresh and served quickly.

Made my order and while I was waiting for my order a girl with long hair will you pick up the order was on her cell phone paying no mind and just busy on her cell phone texting I do not think that's right that in a place of employment and employee should be on the cell phone

The lady who was taking orders at the drive thru was extremely rude and unwelcoming and they got my drink wrong. Not coming here anymore.

Update: I have changed my rating because they have really stepped up their game. The staff is super friendly and they always get my order right. The wait time in line is minimal. Much improved for sure! Old review: The staff in this location late at night is really rude and not polite at all. They are always in a bad mood and fighting eachother in front of customers. I dont think managers in this location are doing a very good job at training and guiding their employees. Update: I tried coming here again late at night. Going through the drive thru they ask the customer to move up and wait off the window. Then after taking the longest time they come out and bring your food to the car. No wonder this place os empty while Checkers across the street has a long line non stop.

I like the deal 5 dollar lunch but the French fries need work the water in the bathroom sink didn't work I have to used the woman bathroom 😰

They seem to keep the buns and meat in either steam tables or heat lamps because it's not fresh made

Go here often because it is close, but I’ve had enough, tonight Asiago chicken sandwich was cold, cheese wasn’t melted, 2 small pieces of bacon didn’t equal 1 slice. Don’t order fries anymore because they are always cold. Beginning to know why there aren’t many cars in drive thru.

My boyfriend and I just got discharged from the hospital and came here for some real food, and our order was not in the bag, so we came back, and everyone on duty was so amazing and helpful, especially Jason. The worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The soda machine was out of every soda except coke zero. They got my friend's order wrong, gave him someone else's order and when he complained the many had a nasty attitude. Finally fixed his chicken sandwich but FORGOT pickles, he said and I quote "I don't wanna go back up there and say anything" they forgot my honey mustard and the chicken nuggets were not fresh. Manager is nasty, cashier was a nice kid who was in training. Won't come to this Wendy's again

I heard the fries were better than McDonald's fries. So I made a special trip just to try them. I ask for them to be well-done. No luck there, just more soggy heat lamp fries. I even ask the drive though attendee if they were well-done when he handed the bag to me. Guess what, he lied. Customer losses again!

Is ok , better than checkers across the street that's for sure. Drive thru can be improved , most of the time they tell you to move and they will bring it to you. Wich is alright but that's not the way a fast food drive thru should be. And check out the order before you leave..

Fabulous salads and delicious burgers and sandwiches all served with friendly excellent service.

Overall excellent Wendy's fast food experience, the place is clean, they take care of your order quickly, and there are very few times where they miss something. Drive-thru is convenient and fast.

Jobs close so i come often but I'll pick starvation now over getting food here. 3rd time they handed me stale bread uncooked fries old nuggets but the sweet tea has being straight so far, so it gets stars for that but if i were you pass this one and keep your search.

Happy about the speed, they had my order super quick but I had to give them 3 stars cause the chicken Asiago was subpar. The chicken was elastic, had to pull on it and the bacon could have been mistaken for a dog treat. The bacon was so hard and burnt that I was afraid of chipping a tooth. I can't blame them for the chicken, it's been like that at various locations but the bacon they can work on.

They can never get my order right even after repeating myself. Hopefully one day they have competent enough people to fulfill my order correctly.

The service was actually on point,as well as the cleanliness and the "young man" who took our order actually pointed out to us that we'd save money if we had opted to get a 2 for $5 deal, the actual facility was a bit nippy,but the food was actually pretty hot and "fresh" so all in all I'd give this particular establishment a 10 outta 10🐗💪🥴👍I'm sure that Mr. Thomas would be proud of this 'particular establishment'

Food is never ready and to protect their window time, they ask you to move forward. I never do. Especially at McD where they have now designated special parking because they can't manage their proceses.

Excellent service! Jake was very professional and courteous. He took the time to wipe my coffee cup clean, labeled all the bags with the number of the order, and most important of all, he was polite and took pride in his work. He made sure to tell me which of the coffees had cream and what the numbers on the bags meant (meal numbers so I know what food item was inside the bag). Great job!

Had to stop in for a quick bite between appointments. Chicken had to be grilled (meaning it was fresh) so I waited a few extra minutes. Manager came up directly to apologize for the delay, a rare customer service experience on today's world.

Grateful for late night meal after a concert. Food hit the spot, fries were hot and service friendly. Understandably there was a line at drive thru since it was the only food establishment open in the immediate area at the time.
