If you're craving the feeling of an old-school pizza parlor with the Jukebox at each table, not to mention excellent service and fantastic Greek style pizza I suggest checking this place out.

Excellent pizza. Everything is fresh (they even make their own sauce). Fantastic customer service as well!

This is the only place that makes calzone the way I like it.

Relaxing. Simple classic go to comfort food when you think pizza. Like fries, mozzarella sticks, etc.

Crust- 6.3 Cheese- 5.8 Sauce- 5.5 Notes: Overly cheesy and extremely oily with little to no flavor. Cheese has a gum like texture. The crust was light and airy, yet had little to no flavor and was slightly oily. Could have used more crust. Sauce has a faint sweet taste to it and was noticeably seasoned yet had an unpleasant after taste. Too much sauce overall.

I can only say that I have eaten pizzas in many places in Bristol but I do recommend this pizzeria and I can spend my money without any problem, they are very delicious and have good service

Aside from their pizza this place is definitely not worth it..paid $8 for 4 little tenders that look like u would buy in the freezer section of Aldi..and they're not even actual chicken..its that McChicken type of meat..$3 for a drink for my 4 yr old and they dont even have to-go cups so of course she didnt even get close to finishing the cup and we couldnt take it..got her a side of meatballs that were the smallest meatballs ive ever seen from a restaurant and had to send one back cuz it was hard as a rock..then i paid an xtra $3 to use THEIR credit card machine which might cost them 30 cents a swipe and thats AFTER an almost $70 bill..wont be dining in ever again nor buying anything other than pizza smh

I grew up right up the street and have been eating their pizza since 1990. Although I currently live right outside of New Haven and have access to the big pizza greats of CT....I still love to come home and get some West End from time to time. 🥰

the pizza was actually phenomenal. it taste great and that’s the ONLY reason i’d buy from them again. other than that, their customer service was trash. they were insensitive. my family and i went inside to eat our pizza, we were welcomed with weird long stares & corner mumbles. we weren’t greeted with joy and received not one smile. not a thank you when we paid. the whole time we felt rushed since it was 30 minutes to closing time. we ate as quietly and as quickly as possible. not a good experience. i’d rather eat uncomfortably in a car than to eat inside again. but like i said, pizza’s phenomenal.

I always loved WEST END PIZZA Its been a family favorite since before i was even born! Now, new owners took over, and yes! It tastes different! Not in bad, nor horribly noticeable way. Its just obvious in ways only veteran customers would notice! I havent stopped going there because of new owners. I respect them for taking on such a difficult task as to keeping our favorite neighborhood pizza place in business, and not changing it drastically! West end has been around too long to remember and it would be traumatic, i know for me, if it had changed in too many ways. It is one of Bristol's trademarks, in a way. I know i would have been affected by its demise. So, God willing this new family understands the responsibility they have ventured to take on.

I have been visiting this restaurant for the past 45 yrs. It is the BEST PIZZA EVER . I live in Florida now when I come home to visit I NEVER miss a chance to eat from my FAVORITE RESTURANT.
