Just ate at Westbank Grill. Food was delicious especially the grilled fish! Lots of fun, very entertaining!

The burger was very dry, not char broiled it tasted like it had been frozen then zapped in the microwave to thaw it out to serve. I remember getting it maybe 6years ago or so and it was very good, I don’t know maybe it has new owners are something, and don’t mind serving crap!!?

The last 2 times we’ve ordered from here, the hamburger was burned. First time we ordered it medium well. This time we ordered it medium. Still overcooked but not as bad. They also forgot the mozzarella sticks with our order. The food we got was good.

Had lunch with my husband here recently & that shrimp salad was amazing !

Nice place to enjoy a meal. The burgers and onion rings are great.

We paid 40.00 for the big seafood platter, it was terrible. They should've paid me to eat it!

I was visiting New Orleans for the national youth gathering and we stopped by for a quick bite. The food was amazing and the service was even better. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a taste of New Orleans!

During the time that I patronized this restaurant I was apart of a group. When we walked in the waitresses told my group to sit to the left of the restaurant because another group would be joining us. When I tried to sit down to a table with four seats for my children and I, the waitress yelled loudly that I my children and I couldn’t sit at that table because it belonged to the other group. Needless to say I had to separate from my children as we all had to sit wherever a seat was at that point. I overheard the waitresses asking why we didn’t just sit down l, another waitress said they don’t want to separate. After the other group came in there were two vacant tables. The proper thing to do was to offer one of those tables to me and my children but this didn’t happen. Also the first group got all of their food before my group did and we were there first!

This restaurant was great! I got there just after the lunch crowd. The place was warm and inviting - the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Lastly, the food was delicious, cooked as ordered, it left nothing to be desired! It really 'hit the spot'.

Burger and gumbo was very good. Reasonably priced and good service.

According to the server, Westbank Grill will not grill a softshell crab, which I think is ridiculous, because they will grill other seafoods.

We had a bus trip with Diamond Tours & we had dinner on 4/15/2024 at 5pm for our group of 46 people. Sharon was the manager and they had great staff and service and food. They served 2 bus groups at the same time and it was very well organized, getting the food on the table very timely and getting everyone’s drinks promptly. Best service! Fantastic little place to duck into for lunch. Service was a bit slow, especially considering there are only four tables, and there were two waitstaff. The burger was fantastic! I also highly recommend substituting the hand battered onion rings over the french fries.

We were on a tour bus. There was also another bus at the same time, so every table was full. Even with all of that the good came out hot and fresh, and it was delicious! The wait staff were wonderful as well. Everyone was super friendly and fun.

This place was fabulous! I can't for the life of me remember the servers' names but my wife and I visited on Feb 12, 24 at lunch time. We had just arrived in Westwego from Atlanta and were ready for some good Louisiana cooking. This was it! We shared some gumbo, I had the red snapper and she a shrimp po'boy. The food was SO good, I don't know if that's because we're not from the area and don't know the "local" spots or if the food was just that good! The servers were very helpful and attentive and also gave us some recommendations for other good eats! When we come back to New Orleans, they are getting stopped by for sure! 10/10

Thankfully our waitress was great. Food, not so much. Chowder was very tasty once they got it hot enough to eat . Came out cold, twice. Ordered the platter for 2. WAY TOO salty. My blood pressure increase just tasting it. Menu says fish, it was muddy tasting cat fish. The catfish were nice sized. Oysters were old!!! We each had one and left the rest. Couldn't eat the fries, again the blood pressure. If you want nice service, go there, if you want delicious seafood, skip it.

We had our first Po’boy at Westbank Grill and it was very, very good. Food is very good, prices are great and it all comes with an excellent service. We highly recommend.

Let's start with our appetizer chargrill strimp amazing and entrée red snapper cooked to perfection my friend had the fish and potato salad also perfect our server was so sweet and made us feel welcome it was our first time but we'll be back soon

Wow. Great Food. We had a oyster po-boy and seafood gumbo and they were both wonderful. Good portions. Casual dining and very simple place but the food was so awesome that I had to write a review. We were on our way to visit a plantation and we were so satisfied that we stopped here.

I was part of a bus tour group Halloween night. Our meals were preordered and paid for. When we arrived out fresh salads were on the table with choices of dressings. Our meals came out hot and delicious. I had grilled fish and french fries. The servings were generous. We finished with ice cream. But best of all, was the service. Fun, entertaining, friendly, efficient and frequently returned to check on us. All this was accomplished by two in the front of the house and two on the grill. They made u sad feel like family. Excellent seafood, shrimps were HUGE! Prices were reasonable, you get a large amount of food for the price. Hubby says gumbo was great, my tuna steak was excellent and kids loved the fried shrimp. All the food was very well seasoned and our waitress Dawn was so sweet and friendly. Def will visit again.

This is a great place for bus tours to visit. They open their doors today specifically for our group from Miami. Had a great time Sheera and Kattie were excellent very entertaining.
