What The Pho in Wilton Manors - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

Ordered online takeout ($100 for 3 entrees and 2 orders of Fresh Rolls) Arrived to pickup order as scheduled. I reached out to a server/bar worker to announce my arrival. This employee was indifferent to my presence. I provided the name for the order and waited. While waiting, I noticed the order slip was taped to a takeout table and noticed the printed order was missing one entree. I checked my order confirmation. It did include the 3rd entree. I attempted to explain the discrepancy to the servicer/bar worker but he was of no assistance. When the order came out, I brought the issue to the attention of the owner who was adamant the order was complete. After my insistence, he checked his system and discovered the error. While he returned to the kitchen to remedy the discrepancy, I wanted to confirm that the contents in the bag indeed matched my order as I lost confidence in their ability to provide an accurate order. I waited for the remaining entree and confirmed the order was now complete. Aside from their bungling my $100 order, the food quality was mediocre at best. The quality of the proteins in the orders were subpar. The beef was tough, the chicken tasted gamey and the tofu was dry. Portion sizes were meager. I will no longer patronize this restaurant. Very disappointing experience. Too many other choices in the area for quality Vietnamese food at reasonable prices.

Food is pretty good they actually have one of the few pho shops in the area and there service is ungrateful and slightly rude unless you get the manager at night, he’s always super helpful.

The pho here is AMAZING! Got the beef pho w/ shrimp and it was delicious! Tui (server/manager) was a delight lol . . . Spicy edamame and shrimp Shumai were yummy . . . Definitely coming back when I’m in town again. It is street parking so it’s a little tricky but worth it.

Good food and nice clean restaurant but a little overpriced as the Fresh Rolls (two) were $10 and a bowl of Phở (only one size) was $17 .. size similar to medium at other Vietnamese restaurants which would cost $12-$13

The place has a foul odor and is always hot inside. I come to place a take out order for the second time and both times I just stand there and nobody helps me. Plus the place looks Disorganized sloppy and dude no thank you I won’t be back

I went there for lunch, I got the wonton soup and stir fry chicken with lemon grass. I was very underwhelming and had a funny taste. Maybe it is just me but I did not really enjoy it. The staff were very nice and welcoming.

My experience was HORRIBLE. I went into this establishment because I’ve had take out from here and the food was good. So I went back to dine in alone, the waiter not sure if he is the owner or not but he was extremely rude, And he had no patience what so ever. As I was wrapping up to go I was asking him for take out containers, he walked off, I was trying to tell him everything I needed so there could only be one trip made he continue to walk off every time I asked for something but he did it with an attitude. As I got ready to leave after paying which I did not plan on leaving a tip because the service was not a pleasant one he asked me why did I not leave a tip? He called me cheap, and told me that if I was not going to leave him a tip I should not come dine in there anymore. He then stated in front of everyone that was in the restaurant loudly “AMERICANS ARE SO RUDE, THEY DON’T LIKE TO TIP” I did not know I was obligated to leave a tip. Now normally I’m a tipper but if I am not satisfied with the service I will not. I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life! I will never be going back to this place again.

The food here is the best Vietnamese food in south Florida. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. They take great care in preparing the food and the quality is incredible.

Great place to have a bowl of comfort noodle soups Pho when visiting Wilton Manors. Despite all the challenges I’ve faced when it comes to tipping as tourist, the payment and tipping process here is totally seamless. You get your bill, scan the QR code, add the tipping at your discretion and pay the final bill directly.

Small and cozy welcoming feeling here. The food is totally worth the money and more. The mushroom lover appetizer is off the charts on flavor. My friend hates the texture of mushrooms and even he was chowing down on these. Each bite just had a burst of flavor. The chicken wings, legit fried wings with a crunch on every bite, no grease and just moist chicken. The three of us got "What the Pho" and it was phofriggintastic! Would definitely order that again. All in all, the three of us will definitely return in the future. Everything is filling and it was well worth it.

Tips - It is their right to do so; but be aware they automatically add an 18% gratuity to your bill regardless of the service you receive.

Coming from Massachusetts/ NH area that is full of pho spots to eat at. This pho was like fast food pho. It wasn't horrible but it was not what I was expecting. They gave a table of 4 about 8 Thai basil leaves and about 1/4 cup of bean sprouts. Plenty of limes and jalapeños which I did like. There large is a kids small compared to the pho places im used to. Over all not bad but would try another place before I went back here. Cost we paid was a little over 100 bucks with tip. 4 beef pho soups and 1 order fried spring rolls. You get 2 spring rolls cut into 4 pieces. Unfortunately my kids destroyed those before I could taste so I can't rate those.

Kinda disorganized. I have a shellfish allergy and tried to relate that on the phone, but receptionist had poor communication and didn’t seem to understand what I was saying. The Pho comes in a container of broth, and then noodles etc. great, pour into a huge bowl at home. Just wanted to know I wasn’t ingesting shellfish in the wrong broth, they weren’t labeled and I asked for that. Probably the broth is the same for every dish and cooked separately but again, they couldn’t answer to wether or not that was the case when I asked. Food for takeout was good !

I just got the house special fried rice to go. And it is amazing.! It's no wonder why the price is a little bit high. But in this economy it really is a fair price. It's for really, really good qualitating fried rice. the shrimp was fresh. The chicken was great. All of it was great.

I recently tried the ramen with raw chicken at this place, and I have to say it was a major letdown. The chicken wasn't properly cooked, which is a serious health concern. The overall taste was off, and I left feeling disappointed and a bit uneasy about the quality. Definitely not a dish I'd recommend. 🙅‍♂️

Just went here with my service dog I was told I can't sit inside because service dogs are not welcome inside. We explained it's illegal to turn away a diable person with a service dog. The server said the dog could not be on the ground I had to put the dog in a bag. I left because I didn't understand what was happening. Many service dogs are to large to fit in bags. I have eaten at this place more than 20 times and always take my dog inside I have never had an issue taking my serving animal anywhere. She is trained and well behave. I researched it and confirmed it's illegal to turn away a service animal or force them to sit outside.

Maybe because me and my friend were so hungry, both of us loved the Pho so much; and this is a very cute place. Recommended!

My son and I were in Wilton Manors to visit my mom. After visiting we wanted lunch. Everyone was closed on Monday. Walked a bit and found WTP. Pleasant and friendly staff. Had fried Shumei, so, so, so yummy. My boy got the chicken Pad Thai which was cooked perfectly. I tried the Chicken Pho. Pho is an experience, and takes effort to eat because it is so many things. Absolutely delicious. Fairly priced. We will be back to try more.

This marks the third time we've encountered an issue with our delivered orders, with approximately half of the items missing. When we contacted the restaurant, we experienced an unfortunate encounter with the manager, who was less than accommodating and downright rude. He acknowledged the omission of items but placed the responsibility on us to rectify the situation.

It was my first time there and I was not disappointed. I will definitely be back ro try other dishes. Everything was so fresh it was amazing.

After staying away from this place for a few years we decided to try again with Uber Eats. The food arrived warm but the quality of the food was bad. Way overcooked chicken in one dish and tough steak in the other. The spring rolls were undercooked and rubbery. Overall, very disappointing and totally not worth the money paid, even taking out Uber Eats markup. If we ever try again maybe stick with pho!

I went to what the pho with a friend because we were in the area. I love pho like it's literally my love language, but this pho was not that good. We love eating at What the pho whenever we’re in town. Through consistently good food and good service, this has surely become one of our go to places in Wilton Manors.
