We picked our daughters' friend up at the Shreveport Airport around lunch. We had never met him. He hadn't even heard of Whataburger, and we told him how great and delicious they were. WOW, we were definitely wrong on this one!! Nothing like our Whataburger in Henderson, Texas. Needless to say, he was NOT impressed with his meal, & neither were we. Won't ho there to get a hamburger meal when we're picking up people at the Shreveport Airport!!

Twice in a row I have come here and sat in line for 10 minutes without the line ever even moving

If you're going there for a quick hot breakfast before work, don't go here. More like SNAIL FOOD, than FAST FOOD. Waited almost 20 minutes while they talked and played on their phones.

Stopped here with a coupon for a BOB (breakfast on a bun) . I don't go out for breakfast often , but was glad that I decided to on this morning . The young lady at the register greeted me and took my order . She friendly and very helpful . She even told me that my coffee would be free too . Don't know if it's because I am a senior , but for whatever reason I certainly appreciate it . The order was prepared quickly and the sandwich was really good . One of the workers brought my breakfast to me at the table where I sat to drink the coffee . I was glad to see that they had real creamer instead of the cheap powder . My experience at this Whataburger was very pleasant and I expect that I will return to enjoy their food again .

Them onion rings always give me another reason to live.

This restaurant is a terrible example of a Whataburger. They have a sign on the door that claims that they are open 24 hours but it must mean 24 hours in 1 week total. The manager is opening whenever they decide to...

Sorry to say the food luke warm out the the Togo window. But most of the time we goo. Hope it was a one off. I'll be back.

They lock doors early so took my business down the road to unlocked doors raising canes

We stopped in for a quick bite before getting back on I20. The burger was the best!! Wish our local Whataburger was as good.

I stood at the counter for 10 minutes no one offered to wait on me. 2 or 3 employees just looked at me and ignored me. There was 3 other customers that was waiting also.

Stopped at 12:15pm Friday June 28th. Lunch time, so it was busy. Waited 10 minutes in drive thru. Ordered a jalapeno cheese Whataburger and small fries. The burger was cold. So cold the cheese didn't melt AT ALL, and it was mediocre at best. Small fries were also cold and limp. Not sure how the food could be cold during one the busiest times of the day. I don't eat Whataburger very often and this may have put me off completely.

I always enjoy eating at whataburger. They keep the restaurant very clean and the food is well prepared. When I want a burger, this is the place!

I went through the drive thru line and i ordered 2 whataburgers,1 jalapeno cheese burger,1 jalapeno ranch and a milkshake. They didn't read my order back and sent me to the last window. There i paid and they gave me my shake and 2 drinks and im like im missing a drink. So they made it and then i paid. They gave me 1 whataburger and 1 jalapeno and cheese burger. I said im missing 1 more whataburger. They said they just only bagged what was on the ticket and apparently they only rung me up for 1 whataburger. So they said theyll charge me for the burger and fries only but i had to wait for it so im like okay. Whenever i pulled up i examained the other items. I was missing the jalapeno ranch. Once they came out for the other whataburger and fries the man slammed the door to go outside i said excuse me and the man sighed hard and i said im sorry but im missing the jalapeno ranch and hes like okay ill get it for you. A moment later he came out with the jalapeno ranch. Worst customer service. As a manager from another restaurant, your suppose to go above and beyond for the customer and actually have good customer service. Terrible place would not recommend.

waiting for 45 minutes for my order

Ordered 2 biscuits and 3 drinks but they only billed us for one even though they read back both then had to pull forward and wait for them to bring it to us just for the one biscuit we got to be cold and then realizing they only got us for the one not both. Drove next door to another fast food place to get the rest of the breakfast because we didn't want to wait another 20min for a single biscuit sandwich.

Food is good, albeit somewhat misprepared to standard. Timeframe to fill order is fair to midland. Atmosphere as far as decor is standard. Homeless frequent this location, and cause a distaste of appetite when hygiene hasn't been performed somewhat recently.

Back to their poir service ways they are known for, leave you sitting at the drive thru order screen and never acknowledge you, or tell you to hold in snd never come back and no one else there but you so not because they are busy only because they are poor representation of their generation.

I have to give a shout out to the workers at this location tonight! They are on point! One of the smoothest drive thrus this side of the river at this time of night! Woo hoo! Get 'er done! No doubt you all deserve a raise!

This location brings the chain down with poor quality and mediocre workers at best. Been to far better locations.

I’ve come to this Whataburger on multiple occasions and EVERY TIME Ive come my burger was cold. I don’t understand how you can make a cold burger every time unless you genuinely don’t care. They need to wipe the whole staff and just start from scratch.

Good morning 🌞 and I'll tell you the time 🌅 I were in the middle east.

Went there last night. Lady who took our order was nice but the service took forever. Once we got up to the window we realized why. There were 4 employees just standing up at the front chatting and hanging out. I guess probably one person making food because it took so long to get our food. And food was subpar.

Everything came out wrong, didn't open till i got back on the road. Onions all over it and I am allergic to them so off into the trash can it went. The group at the window yesterday could care less about anyone but themselves or their phones.

Whataburger is usually good. This location served us cold burgers and salty fries. Employees are loud as well. I will not be eating at 6705 Pines Road Shreveport, LA 71129 again. :(

People were friendly food was average Whataburger food.

They Closed they doors before 12:00pm And is a regular thing it seems the management does not have the amount of staff or a good staff to run like they need to it takes forever to get food anytime you go.

Took 30 minutes to get an internet order. Nothing else needs to be said. I came in from the car three times before they made my order

Had probably the best jalapeño honey butter chicken biscuit I've ever here. Fresh and hot!

I’ve always enjoyed Whataburger, despite the overall quality declining significantly since the sale of the company a few years back. Most locations are tolerable, but this one is my least favorite in all of Shreveport Bossier, which is unfortunate because it’s usually the closest. Very frequently I place mobile orders here and every time it’s painful. Drive-thru is routinely unavailable for mobile pickup and I often wait 20-30 minutes curbside. Sometimes nobody brings anything and I have to go in to ask for my food. Even then, a large majority of the time my orders are missing sauces or modifications, which wouldn’t be a huge deal if I didn’t have to pay extra for them! Drinks out, employees are generally careless and won’t even respond to a “thank you” once they bring my food after the 30 minute wait. If you don’t want to work, don’t work in food service. If you want your order accurately made in a timely manner, don’t come here.

Tasty burgers and fries. Friendly, but slow, drive through service (10+ minutes).

Ordered #2 with cheese, no onions, extra pickles, and did not receive extra pickles.

Clean establishment. Stayed here for work in the area..customer service was good with the right person on clock.. Reported a rotten egg smell coming from my bathroom twice...said they'd look into it... Yea didn't happen.... Bed is very uncomfortable.. Room was big a spacious Breakfast is great...

One of the better whatabuurgers I've been to, very respectful and kind people and the food to match.

The lady taking my order over the speaker in drive thru was extremely rude. It's like she was rushing me to order. Wouldn't let me get a complete sentence out without her cutting me off. Lady at the window ran my credit card before double checking that it was what I ordered. Asked for no tomatoes in my salad due to allergies and recieved them in there anyways. And to top it all off the bun on my chicken sandwich is extremely soggy. Almost inedible.

While traveling, pleasantly surprised to find a What-A-Burger outside of Texas.

I ordered a sweet & spicy bacon burger which comes with grilled onions as shown on their menu. I received this burger which almost appears as a regular double meat cheeseburger. I ordered this burger because it is usually more flavorful than basic burgers, but to my disappointment it barely had any sauce in it & no onions. Very inconvenient & frustrating for me on my hour of lunch. 😤

Keystone cop. Took 4 people to go sort orders and still screwed up. Burger wasn't even warm. Someone wanted a refund she was told to contact what a burger n office!!!!!!!@

Food was good, but it took a little while for eggs and pancakes.

Waited over 30 minutes in drive thru to place an order. No one spoke at the order window so I had pull up and place my order at the window. I ordered and paid and was told to pull to handicap parking and wait on my food and they would bring it out. No one ever did.

It was an ok fast food burger. I found the patty to be over cooked and dry. The toppings were fresh but scarce. The brioche bun was very fresh and delicious. I’m not going to be thinking about going back anytime soon.

Waited at the drive thru to place my order and no one came but when I pulled around workers were walking around inside 😒. Someone could’ve atleast stated they were closed or opening later.

It was about 1230 late at night. Driving thru from the casinos to home. We got in line in the drive-thru . Waited 45 min to get to the front window. Finally got our food in bags that was just thrown in there. Didn't get onion rings like we asked. The food was cold and made wrong, and our drinks was barely any ice from sitting. The fries were cold and tasted like cardboard. I have eaten at many whataburgers, and that one was the worst . I usually love whatabuger . The only good thing I could say about this place is that the girl working the window was polite.

The worst fast food experience in many years!! Not one employee behind the counter should ever have any contact with the public!!! Without exception EVERYONE , including the manager, was remarkably unpleasant. There wasn’t a single smile to be seen anywhere. Not one “thank you”, not one “enjoy your meal”. Edit 3: literally everytime I order an extra gravy, I never get it. But I sure do pay physical money for it. Edit2: service has improved, and quality has vastly improved. 90% of the time everything is great. The other 10% of the time they forget the extra cup of gravy I pay for. Edit: Don't bother asking for additions to burgers. They will forget to put it on and you will still end up paying for it. Great until after 10 PM. Every unsweet tea I've ordered has been sweet.

This whataburger should be sued for false advertising because NOTHING about this is FAST FOOD. If the owner of this "restaurant" was on Undercover Boss, he'd/she'd die of starvation waiting in the drive thru.

This place is a J-O-K-E!!!! There were 8 people working, we ordered 4 whataburger meals and we waited in the dining area for more than 35 minutes!!! This is NOT like any whataburger I’ve ever experienced!!! Stay away!! Stay far far away!

They totally messed up my entire order for 2. I didn't notice until I got home and wasn't wasting more gas to take it back...we just threw it away! Over $20 in the trash!!!
