Whispers quickly became my second home. I've been a regular for over a year and was going sometimes 2 or 3 times a week for a while. Every KJ has their own vibe and every night of the week offers something different. All of the employees are amazing to the point that I have found myself almost ready to throw hands for the bouncers about people being disrespectful lol (sorry jay, I know you had it handled). The drinks, are cheap and I promise you get way more than you pay for. Strong as heck but I'm not gunna complain about more booze for less money. I love all of the different vibes that come in and all the different people. I never feel over or under dressed and even the times things get crazy (as any dive bar does) the staff are ON TOP of it. I've made friends with other regulars and employees and even though I'm not in as often whispers is 10/10 my favorite place to be. Also the food is pizza lol stop complaining about food from a place that doesn't have a kitchen. That pizza slaps after a few drinks anyways and they've never had an issue about people ordering food there either which is honestly super cool.

If you're looking for a popular night club and place that won't keep secrets, this place isn't for you. There was this shady, hippie-looking person that made my life better, unexpectedly, but ran away before I could ask his ponytail to tell me a bedtime story. So, yup, dive bar at it's finest.

This is an average local bar. The bartender may have been having an off night, I'm not sure, but it seemed as though I was making him go out of his way when I walked up to the bar to order drinks. It seemed odd, but hey, I still managed to have a good time.

A really fun place to hang out even if you don't sing.

Bartenders suck and did not even look at us. They walked right in front of us and turned their back to us. Didn’t get service until they saw that me boyfriend knew the people there. Customers are rude just like the employees. First and last time there. Waste of time and money. Was bought a shot and bartender kept question me who was paying. Had to tell her three times before she would even serve me. Girl got jumped by some girl and a guy. Nobody did anything. People just watched. If you want to be disrespected this is the place to go. Charged my card and bd paid cash. Double charged us!!!

awesome spot! looked on google to see if there was any good karaoke spots and stumbled upon this place. This is the gem of the strip mall. Staff is super friendly and funny, they start karaoke at 7 and the dj kills it. Seems like they are a tight nit group of employees that genuinely like each other so the vibes are immaculate. Great mix of crowd and music. Bartenders are great and friendly with awesome pours. All around you should check this spot out!

I'll say whisper this gem of the bar to those whom you know to deserve such a wonderful place to go enjoy such amazing moments as the experience you'll have of going here. This place has a lot of potential if they organized it better. I’ve been here a few times after a friend invite me. Great place but people are not really friendly with strangers and need more singles and a night with just the dj instead of karaoke every time, gets old.

I'll never step foot in whispers again. I arrived before karaoke started signed up immediately and even tipped the guy. He didn't let me sing at all. I went up to speak with him and he was incredibly rude. And he was an awful singer to boot. Some advice Whispers. Drop the vj from last night he was awful.

Went to get a drink and watch some karaoke performances. The website advertises karaoke at 7 every night. Waited a while for it to start but left after I finished my first drink. The football game was on and it got uncomfortably loud a few times. Overall strange vibes compared to what I saw online before I went. My drink was fairly priced.

Great small bar with a lovely karaoke KJ. One of the FIRST and only bars in Aurora that i did NOT first sip my drink and immediately thought it was half poured or watered down. Will definitely go again when drive back up to Denver area.

This bar is pretty fun! No one will judge your singing AT ALL. I come here once in awhile to hang out alone and I appreciate all the bartenders who have been really helpful in making sure I get to my car without being harassed (because the men here tend to be aggressive flirters). So i went out with my friends on Saturday to this really cool bar. At least i thought so and we had a great time until they 1st charged her 106 with tip then a day or two later she then got a revised bill of 150 with tip. So then she called and asked why did they change the amount and could not provide her with the receipt that showed the amount written and they wont reverse it. She did not authorize a larger tip. Be careful of scams at this bar. I wont go there ever again. The manager should have reversed that amount because why would she get a different bill a few days later. Very fishy.
