Just bought a burger and fries, and they both are so cold! I prob would have had a chance to check if they wouldn’t be covering everything with a bunch of napkins, NEVER in my life have had fries soo cold and soggy, We always stop by to get a late snack after work but seems that employees dont care about the quality of food anymore, waiting like 10min for my food wasn’t worthy after all

Joshua was my cashier at the drive-thru, tonight. He’s customer service was beyond impeccable. He made ordering fun as he accommodated me. You need more people like him. He’s energy was vibrant and contagious. Overall, It a great experience.

Just like with many fast food places. Food is expensive and quality is lacking.

Something about White Castles they have fallen off dearly maybe they need to change their meat up to real hamburger meat or something I'm not sure but they drink was flat sugary or nothing in them but some type of acid I don't know but I was very disappointed

So i'm not sure how often she's there but when meeting the manager I was met with such distateful and disrespectful attitude that I did not want to continue my business there. On top of this meet, I spoke to an employee, whose an old classmate, and they informed me on the way she handles business. Her attitude towards the employees is unacceptable being that she makes threats on their jobs and constantly takes advantage of her position.

Every time I am in Jersey, I have to get white castles, milk shake, onion rings are just simply amazing and of course those burgers just be hitting just right

Didn’t get her name, but the young woman working the graveyard shift tonight, May 10 1am, deserves praise. Answered the phone quickly, answered questions straight to the point, and knows how make some good good White Castle. Included 3 cheese cups when I clarified the order, all 24 sliders were some of the best we’ve had, and the 3 sacks of fries made me forget I was eating fast food. Whoever she is: give her a raise, give her a promotion, make her employee of the month. Do something, she deserves every bit of it.

I stopped at this location on my way to Md for a friend who just loves White Castle...not me. Something told me to check if the sandwich was prepped right. This thing came right off the grill but the bread was soggy & looked disgusting. I showed the clerk & asked for another. He did & apologized. A good thing

Medium order of fried clams. Were over cooked. It's absolutely not worth $10.00

This location is famous for being slow, and usually they forget to put my food in the bag.

First off let me explain why my rating is so low for this location. This location is severely understaffed so do not use the drive thru or you'll be waiting close to half hour for the food. Other than that white castles burgers are a classic, delicious and pretty basic cheese burger buns and onions. Yum!

What can I say when you get the crave nothing else will do. The only bad thing I would say about this White Castle and I feel it's true about almost all of them is that they tend to be slow, but when you have the crave it's worth the wait.

Typical white castle. 2 stars on the service only because (I'm guessing) cashier must've been having a bad day. Had an attitude and got my order wrong. Oh well, gave the wrong order to my son and went and got pizza for myself!

It's white castle, nothing to write home about and unfortunately they were out of the Mac and cheese bites and sloppy joe sliders so that hurt their score here.

Although the food was good, unfortunately the customer service was horrible. I ended up waiting for my order at the drive thru for almost 50 minutes or an hour. How they treated the customer was absolutely with no care or respect, and it felt like there were only two staffs working there. Worst place to order food there...

Late night shift* Horrible customer service, unorganized management, understaffed, workers do not acknowledge customers or delivery drivers in the lobby.. Just drive thru. I spent about 30 minutes waiting in the drive theu for a pick up order that was not even started, then I was told to pull up by the door and waited about another ten minutes and I went inside to see what was going on, I even witnessed a delivery driver bullying the cashier for his order because it is ridiculous that there is no structure or organization on how this establishment is ran by shift leads.

I mostly get my Burgers through the drive-thru. Absolutely love them. Sometimes I make special trips just to get those greasy little square Delights. And they're always fresh, and not sitting for hours like McDonald's. The breakfast sandwiches are a favorite.

"Great" White Castle food. 2nd time in a row it took a minimum of 5 minutes per customer in drive-thru. Confounding when it takes about 45 seconds to make a slider and the fries should be frying continuously. ??

For some reason they love to give frozen smoothies in Newark,NJ & Irvington,nj

Don't go here. I literally stayed in the drive thru for an hour and 5 minutes to get my food. The service is bad, and the food is mediocre.

All was good but fries should have been hot. Seems like they may have been sitting out a while.

I always enjoy my white castle, but the sacks have been getting a bit stingy with only filling them halfway up. Might as well get a small at that rate

Drive thru a little slow but food was definitely made fresh!! So it was worth the wait lol

In parking lot now Placed order with no one else inside and had other people come in and get there food before me and there are 6 people behind counter and manager is standing there doing nothing

I sat at the drive thru for almost an hr waiting for my food...this location is always slow but tonight was ridiculous...hire more staff or find ones that can work "fast" food...this is completely unacceptable 😑

Food is still good but service is really slow. And there wasn't a single clean table to be had. Only 3 people behind the counter to handle in-store customers, drive up, food preparation and cleaning. Obviously not nearly enough and no sign of a manager around.

For those with the craving, this White Castle will do. The Impossible plant meat option was a draw. More than enough of everything to fill you up.

Food was hot and fresh and the staff was polite.

Drive Thru was beyond slow. There were no napkins in the bag, no ketchup. Not one apology for us waiting so long.

Waited 22 mins for my order of 9 chicken rings, 4 sliders and 1 fry. They forgot the chicken rings. I used to enjoy this location but it’s been getting worse.

I have stopped here THREE weeks in a row and ordered Impossible sliders only ketchup. Every single time they give me slider with onions, pickles and ketchup. This is absurd. How can these employees be so bad at their job they do this 3 weeks in a row? I always confirm the person taking my order heard me correctly but they continue to get it wrong.

What is there to say. It's White castle. You either love it or you have terrible taste.

Came here it's 840 pm can't walk in to get something to eat because the lobby was closed can't go threw the drive thru because I have a truck don't understand why would it be closed this early nit good customer service

We had placed a big order for our company for lunch a couple hours before hand. The manager Visha was excellent she made sure the order was correct and she was nice. We told her we had a bad experience before but she made sure we had a great one today.

Yeah, it's my guilty pleasure. I only go once a month. Or twice sometimes. And I always hide the evidence when I get home. They have a new vegan Impossible Burger now, which is pretty good so maybe I can feel less guilty...

Very long wait at the drive thru

As always white castle hit the spot on our way back to VA. It's a staple to stop by one on the long journey home. Everything was hot and fresh, although the fries definitely could have been warmer. Chicken rings were the bomb and strawberry sprite..... so crisp and good. Service was quick and friendly.

Sign on the door said drive through only. At 8pm on a Friday. Since it's cold outside, I'm not going to eat in the car. Went somewhere else instead.

This has to be the best location I've ever been to. Service was quick, pleasant and accurate. The inside of the restaurant looked practically new; very clean and well organized. There was a Coke Freestyle machine with unlimited soda to boot. I would definitely go back

We don't have a White Castle where we live here in Pennsylvania so when I was in New Jersey when I seen it I was so excited to go to it. White Castle is so consistent it's the same that I tasted years ago. Keep it up guys

White Castle has the best double cheeseburgers. I love that the drive thru is open very late. I also love that they have sweet potato fries.

Myself and my brother visited this restaurant on Saturday night approximately 11 pm we ordered a fish meal w/large fries large beverage a side of chicken rings and medium fry. We pull up to purchase our order at payment window received our order from same window and noticed chicken rings and medium fries were missing so we drove up to the pick up order window and notified the cashier and a young lady who appeared to be the manager. When I told her some of my order was missing like my medium fry and my chicken rings she was very nasty handed me the chicken rings like “here” and I didn’t put your fry on the bill you got your chicken rings in a very nasty and dismissive tone. I will not ever be returning to this location again…. Ever

What can I say? How was White Castle? It’s not a 5 star restaurant, it’s just White Castle. I had 2 Fish with Cheese, a Small Onion Ring & small mozzarella sticks (yes I’m greedy), nothing to drink because they don’t sale Pepsi products. It was okay, but White Castle is that food that you have to eat while it’s hot. I didn’t eat my fish right away & microwaved it later (I don’t suggest doing that), not a good idea. Either way it served my crave. 😁

Never had White Castle before. Hungry and in a hurry to get home took the chance to try it and regret doing so. Waste of time and money. Food was gross and ended up throwing it away. Never again.

The food is good, as you can expect from a white castle. Though their only flaw is that their drive-thru is rather populated and slow.
