I'm recovering after an MVA. 6 bulging discs with tears in thoracic and cervical areas, frozen left shoulder. I received a huge relief after incorporating massage into my treatment plan. I'm incredibly happy with the results, relief from pain finally! Tendernesses and stiffness are gone. 

It turned out to be a necessary addition to my physical therapy treatments. My muscles were hard as a rock and pulling back all of the adjustments done by PT. It was a vicious cycle until I added massage. This is when things started to change and I started believing in recovery. The therapist has a deep knowledge of anatomy and physiology, she is highly skilled and intuitive. 

I asked to schedule me for every Wednesday for the rest of my life. I hope they took this request to heart.

I have been seeing Terese for over two years. I cannot say enough about how good she is. She can find the source of pain and provide amazing relief. She can also give the most wonderful relaxing massage. Everyone I’ve recommended her to has been very pleased. She’s the best.
