Over twenty five minute wait in drive through and there was only two people in line. Absolutely insane wait time. Seriously made no sense.

It really is just store brand hotdogs on store brand buns, for $4 nonetheless. You’re much better off just getting a day old gas station hotdog- it has more mass and the bun will be higher quality- plus you won’t have to pay to add ketchup

I know, a Chili Cheese HOT DOG can score that high???? But it was Tasty! The real winner here, there is a very nice, professional, courteous young lady working behind the counter! She really impressed me. I can't forget, the place was VERY clean and tidy!

They have great food but a little pricey for a chilli dog and some fries. I must say though, they have the best sundaes for a fast food joint, no fast food joint even comes close to the sundaes.

I visited this Wienerschnitzel for a quick meal, but my experience was disappointing. Despite the manager's claim of fast drive-through times, I've consistently encountered long waits. On this visit, the employees spent about 10 minutes chatting with the customers in front of me, adding to the delay. Additionally, I've applied for a job here but was not hired, even though they still have a hiring sign posted. Overall, the service was slow, and the managements actions have been frustrating.

My buddy said this was his favorite restaurant so I had to put it to the test. Chile dog was eh but the corn dog was wow. I never knew corndogs could taste that way. 🔥🔥

Don't have one around home, love to hit one every chance I get when I come up to the city. Classic Chile cheese dogs and Chile cheese fries. Corndog are awesome to if they don't burn them. Fast, good, friendly.

The food was super yummy but when we went in it was sort of sad looking the employee looked like he wanted to die and everyone there was just sad looking, ide suggest maybe doing something to build your associates Morel since it seems the culture in that location is just depressing

Where I live there is not a Wienerschnitzel, every time I'm in a place that has one I go.. I'm a fan of the chili cheese dog, food came out cold, fries were under cooked and cold service was pathetic. Definitely won't be going back to the Orem Utah location!

Friendly service and fresh hot food each time I have visited! You either like it or you don't but I for one definitely have a hard time passing this place up. Only downside is it is getting really pricey these days. My normal combo of 2 reg chili dogs, reg chili cheese fries, and a large soda ran about $13 on my last visit. There are specials sometimes but overall it's pretty expensive for what it is.

The customer service wasn’t great. The cashier was pretty unfriendly. The food is fine. It’s not particularly good or bad. Personally, I think it’s a little overpriced for the quality of the food you’re getting unless you have coupons.

Corndogs are always cooked to perfection, and the staff is just downright friendly.

The only place I know of to buy a chili cheese dog or a chili cheese burger some of the employees Are teenagers and leave a lot to be desired but great place to eat.

I wish I knew the names of the two boys working tonight. They were professional and kind. I really appreciate their willingness to make sure we were happy and taken care of. We had a little issue with our shake and without hesitation they made it right with us. Above and beyond customer service. I am thoroughly impressed with the experience and these young gentlemen. I hope Weinerschnitzel knows what kind of phenomenal employees these two boys are. It's can be rare. Way to go boys... you are both exceptional.

The service was terrible and the food was okay. The guy with bad tattoos and big beard at the window was very rude and rushed up to hurry along last night at 9:30pm. When we asked for sauce he just give use three.

I didn't order any of the desserts so I have no say on those, but all of the normal food items were just average. For the price on the menu, it is definitely overpriced without their coupons or deals. If you are looking for good deals on hot dogs, I would probably recommend somewhere else. For a quality hot-dog, a place like J-Dawgs is going be much better for your buck.

04 Sept 2023 - 5 Stars My 87 year-old father (on hospice) & I celebrated a memory from when we lived in California. We came to Wienerschnizel for lunch (it was only about 25 minutes away). I had not been to this brand since 1976 (47 years ago), the year I moved from the Los Angeles area to Yakima, WA. Dad has been to this brand just one time since 1976. That was with two of his granddaughters in Gilmore, California, but that was many, many years ago as well. We sat and visited, sharing memories and stories after finishing our meal. It was a great afternoon. I remember Dad taking me to Wienerschnizel when I was young. This is where I first remember eating a hotdog and falling in love with eating chili cheese dogs and mustard dogs. They're still two of my favorites. The staff were extra friendly and helpful today as my father had a minor cut on his arm that they helped me get cleaned up and bandaged. Yes, the food is what it is. But that food is so filled with memories today. I still loved my two favorites and sharing a dog with my Dad. Thank you!!

This place was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was hot and delicious. Haven't been to a Wienerschnitzel in years but I will be back to this one.

This place has been around since I was a kid, and it continues to be one of the best places if you're wanting a good chili dog. Not much has changed over the years, and you can see some wear in the seats, but it's still a fun place to eat at and enjoy some good food.

Ah man, this brings back memories. It's hard to find a Wienerschnitzel, but their Chilli cheese dogs are good. My favorite is the Chilli cheese burger!! You have to try one. Prices are great, plenty of flavor!

I was happy to see they had bipolar sandwich which is always been a favorite of mine for many many years. We also have a free hotdog. We were there during the lunch hour so it was quite busy

I gave them a chance! Never again. I got a plain hotdog with NO condiments for over $3,00. Rip off! At least other fast food comes with something on their hamburgers or you'd actually have to specify plain if you want it plain. They never offered any ketchup or mustard. Nothing! Rip off!!!!

Food tastes great. It comes fast. Even though it's a sketchy are it still is a great restaurant.

Been going to Wienerschnitzel since I was a small child. Has always tasted the same to me, brings me back to my childhood.

I ordered and ate. I then ordered again. After eating again I could not resist eating a third time. Very good!

I really try to eat healthy, however, when I am taken to wienerschnitzel all bets are off. Their buns are soooo soft and chewy 🤤 I love their basic ketchup mustard dog, I love their chili cheese dog (add onions). Well, good heavens. I love it all. I think my only two complaints are that there isn't one in Saratoga springs and that they got rid of pink sauce. 🤬🤬

It was fun to eat there with my wife. You could even call it quaint.

I was pleasantly surprised with the shrimp po boy. The shrimp was cooked with the perfect crunch. Amazing service and recommendations provided by the cashier.

Honestly, I don't think I've ever had a kid say they didn't like a hotdog before giving them one from here. It was absolutely inedible. The people working there were fine, not stellar, but not awful. The food did come quickly enough, so there's that.

I have always been a Wienerschnitzel fan! It's the place I learned how to count money as a kid. Back then you could get a hotdog fries and a small drink for under a dollar. Love the food to this day!

I like to stop here after school occasionally for a corn dog & ice cream cone. It's a great way to get my son talking about his life without him realizing he's sharing with me! Great corn dogs, ice cream, my son loves the hamburgers, and the people working here are terrific! No complaints!

Lobby is closed. Drive thru service is horrible, they messed up 2 of the 4 drinks. Forgot to add the corn dogs, ordered the party pack of chili dogs and fries, they left 2 chili dogs out. And the Xtra chili cheese fries.

The Wienerschnitzel in Orem Utah on State Street needs to address to customers pulling up after they close and post a sign of at the drive up so customers won't keep pulling in and wait for over 15 minutes in line and then get up to the speaker to order and they tell you oh sorry we're closed or you read the small Blended in white sign on the menu board that says sorry we're closed at 5:00 due to Staffing difficulties. Wouldn't you think you'd want to be open at dinner time instead of being closed before dinner time.. that happens all the time due to the laziness of the staff at the Wienerschnitzel when they know they have cars lining up they need to come out and tell you or put a cone and close it off . Today there was five cars in front of me three of them they turned away but we all had to wait our turn to get up to the speaker to find out and that was over a 10-minute wait and I watched four cars get the same thing I did it's not cool.

It's always great! It's what you expect, the line was long but they got through it quickly. I did notice that even though the service was great, they sacrificed their customer service to get through the line quickly.

We noticed on Google you guys opened at 10am we got there at 10:01am nobody greeted us so we said "hello?" After another minute someone finally answer's. We said "okay give us a minute" and he said "then why did you say hello?" Very rudely. First off, you didn't greet us so we're checking that you're there. Secondly, Google can be wrong on the hours so that's why we said hello. We were extremely shocked by the way he talked to us.

Went through the drive through. Nothing too exciting. Was kind of slow, but I expect that nowadays with not as many workers. BE PATIENT PEOPLE! Food was good, fries were not though. Not cold, but like luke warm. Didn't realize until after I left, didn't want to go back. Lol 😂 But, I will go again, just check my food first! I honestly feel bad for all the people who are working so hard at the fast food places. With less people, they are taking up the slack. People need to realize this, and be patient, understanding and kind. Pretend that is your kid on the other end... Would you treat them different? I would. So, I do. Just my Grumpy Old Man rant of the day/week/month!

The manager/owner (I don’t know who it was) was extremely kind and the workers were super friendly. They accommodated my needs on a Holliday while they were busy all with smiles on their faces. The food tasted amazing. They are short staffed, but the food came out quickly and they made my day with their smiles! 5/5 will be coming here again soon.
