Cute. Limited but unique wine selection.nice to sit and sip.

Betsy’s the best! Every time I throw a party, stopping into Wine House on Main is a must. I bring her my menu and she always picks the perfect pairings for me - whether it’s a Labor Day Cookout or a fancy 10 course plated dinner, she always has the right recommendations. She’s a wealth of information and has even done write-ups on the wine to share with my guests since I can never seem to remember all the cool details about her picks. Choosing wine can be intimidating, but Betsy makes the process fun! And, walking into her shop is like stepping into a friend’s house. I always feel welcome and her warm and friendly energy is infectious - even her other customers are sociable and engage with you! Stopping in for a quick glass of wine can easily turn into hanging out for a few hours because everyone is so delightful. I even ended up signing up for the events classes and that was a blast! Can’t speak highly enough of what Betsy’s built at the Wine House on Main!

Visited this lovely local wine shop on a trip out east. Food service was not yet available, though they had a wonderful selection of wines. The owner recommended a reasonably priced blend that we enjoyed on a trip to Northeast Harbor. Would definitely stop in again!

Visiting Maine from DC, we met the Wine House owner, Betsy, in Kennebunkport one morning and learned of her store and her long stay in France near Lyon (our home town). She spent time there learning about harvest and regional wines, which serves her well at her shop. We wanted a special bottle of wine to take to a friend and couldn’t have been more delighted with the store, her knowledge, the great selection, and her warm friendliness. Our friend loved the wine, and we even got a bottle to take back to DC. This is an amazing place to find what you’re looking for, and we’re excited that next summer there will be even more with food and games to round out the whole experience! Highly recommend!

We were visiting from out of town and did a wine tasting with the amazing sommelier and owner Betsy. She expanded our minds with her wine selections and knowledge. This little gem of a wine shop is not to be missed!

Stopped in to check out the new store. Met the owners, very knowledgeable and friendly. They made a recommendation that we followed and we were extremely happy that we did! Great selection of wines that are hard to find. This is one stop that will be happily added to my Friday night commute home.

A great wine shop! Nice selection that is not available locally! Special gift wines section with reasonable prices. Owner is very knowledgeable and is willing to order what you want that she does not have. Looking forward to future wine tastings held at the shop! Loved my first visit to the shop!
