I have been coming into this location for about 2 years since its right around the corner from my house. The food is always consistent and upto par but my experience today compelled me to leave a review. As soon as i walked through the door, I was promptly greeted and my order was immediately taken by a young lady named Andrea. I than filled my drink and sat my drink down at a table so I could wash my hands. The soap in the mens bathroom was almost gone, so I let the same young lady know and she kindly let me wash them in the other restroom while she changed the soap. I than sat down to wait for my food( It came out in less than mins😃) and in this time frame I watched her mop the rear floor, change the dust mat, sweep the front entrance and than greet and take orders swiftly for the barrage of clients that came in after I. As a business owner myself I must say I was very impressed with her attention to detail and customer service. Wingstop should feel lucky and greatful to have an employee like her running the front end of the store. I know I would. Good help is soooooo hard to find, especially here in Miami 😃

If you want to eat EXACTLY what you order, don’t come here! They get the orders wrong and give you the wrong flavors! I called them and when I told them I received the wrong flavor of wings, they told me it might look like different wings but that it was the flavor I ordered! Excuse me but I know the difference between what lemon pepper and garlic parm look like and I did not receive lemon pepper. They said the manager would call me back which they never did and said they couldn’t do anything to fix my order! What a disappointment this store was and the lack of customer service! Will not be buying from here again! I’ll attach pictures so you all can see what they wanted me to believe was lemon pepper wings! Incredible

Went there today at 11:50pm and told me they were close when online they say it close at 12:00am… I drove from 25 minutes to make it on time to hear it this. Why is online say wing stop close at 12:00 am when we were there a lady told me they are already close. This does not make any sense.

Went in today and felt automatically welcomed. The manager Lisandra was very kind and helpful. Ordered the hot honey boneless with fries and everything was fresh. She informed me they are going to stay on the menu which was great news since they are my favorite. Will be back very soon.

I've been frequenting this Wingstop for a few months, but over the past six months, the service has noticeably deteriorated. Today, despite placing an online order with a promised 20-minute wait, we arrived to find it busier than expected. They informed us of an additional 20-minute delay, which we understood. However, after waiting for over an hour, our order still wasn't ready. When we inquired, one of the staff members responded rudely, saying, "We don't care; you can wait two hours." do not recommend this place.

The restaurant was very clean and organized and the staff was super friendly. The managers Max and Priscilla were very welcoming and made sure my order was perfect to the t and that it tasted amazing

I made a phone order and paid at 11:45am which was a 3 minute call and was told the food will be ready in 15min after requesting it to be well done. I arrived at 11:55am to see my food was already packaged to pick up before the promised time. I retrieved my food and when I opened it I could tell it was not freshly made despite my request. I continued to eat and realized it was actually cold both the chicken and fries. I called to inform and spoke with 3 individuals who told me the food was fresh (as if they tasted it themselves) and there’s nothing they can do. This was a poor interaction and subpar customer service.

Max truly provides excellent customer service by taking the extra mile to make sure customers receive their order accordingly. Aliyah very kindly assures that everything in the orders placed are correctly received. They both work together to make the store run smoothly. Together as a team they make a difference!

Attention store Manager: Max- Placed my order this morning and was not given the correct order that was placed and when we called 2 times to informed the store they placed us on hold for over 5 mins and 7 mins then I called again and spoke to Aaliyah she said that since we ate the other food that was order they could not give a store credit or refund. I do not understand how they can run a store that does this to customers. What they need to do is Stop the chitchatting and Ensure that the right order is placed inside the Bag before sealing.

Food flavors were good, but i think sometime they have to sort out the sizes of chicken their cooking. If it too small don't cook it. I ordered a take out cost $50+.

My mother and I are just leaving wing stop on 120th st .... we were both disgusted... all employees including the manager were eating and drinking while serving guests at 8 pm.... Floors looked dirty in the kitchen with liquid on the floor.... oil draining looked sloppy as well.. food should be eaten away from guests.... it's comes off as your staff so not care at all.... thank you for reading

The quality of their sauces is horrible. It always ends up super greasy and gross. Customer service was also some of the worse I’ve seen in a while.

It gets the job done if you have a craving for wings. Just cut the wings beforehand to make sure it was cooled properly.

I have been taking out from this establishment for a while and I have to say recently the quality of the wings has gone downhill. We picked up an order today for takeout and the Lemon Pepper wings lacked sauce, were quite dry and tasted old. They were not like previous orders and we could not even finish eating the wings in full. I am not sure if the wings tasting this way is due to the handling of the chicken by employees or simply how they received it but let me just say it is extremely unpleasant and I will definitely not be ordering again from here.
