I'm not a big wine drinker but my husband is. This place is really nice and has something for everyone. I really enjoyed the cheeseboard.

Has a lot of wine for you to try but not a lot of character. It’s a pick and pour your own wine place and not a lot of service provided. Depends on what you’re looking for.

The concept of this place is great - It makes studying for my certifications much more affordable because you can purchase small pours to taste. Unfortunately, I had a really frustrating encounter with the owner. If the concept wasn't so useful in my studies I would stop going here - I'd rather not give my money to someone who was so rude. I rode up to the wine shop on my vespa (I'm new to riding a scooter, I have only had it a few months). As I pulled up, the owner accosted me about parking my scooter in front of his shop on the sidewalk. He yelled at me that this was his business and it wasn't right to park my scooter in front of it. He told me it was illegal to park my scooter on the sidewalk. I moved my scooter onto the street, and paid for parking. After the incident, I googled this, and he was right. I simply wasn't aware. I went into the shop to meet my friends, and moments later he comes in - this is when my friend told me that he was the owner of the shop. He and I made eye contact several times and he kept glaring at me and It made me super uncomfortable. He left a bit later, and my study group started our tasting session. There are 100 ways he could have handled this situation differently. If he had simply asked if I could have moved my scooter to the street, or respectfully informed me that it was illegal instead of yelling at me in the street, I wouldn't have been upset. I was fully in the wrong for parking on the sidewalk, I just wasn't aware of it before this whole thing happened. Not wanting someone to park in front of your shop is totally fine - it's his business and he has that right. But yelling at a stranger - a customer of his - makes me way less inclined to patronize his store, and recommend it to my colleagues in the industry.

I don't know about their food, but this is a very fun experience for anyone that loves wine and wants to try something new. Went with 2 girlfriends and we all like something different, so this was a blast.

I lived in New Orleans for years and had never been to this place. We were the only folks in there on a sweltering Thursday night in August and it was fantastic! They use a card system to track all your wine samples and there are tons of wines to try. All the wines are different price points and you can try them at different serving sizes. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I loved it and our whole party had a great time.

I love wine but only the ones I know...lol this is a great way to test your palette and not go broke while doing it🤗 Cat was so nice! She helped me through the menu and helped me make great choices. It's not a place to go for a meal when your starving . However, the cheese trays, fruit and assortment of meat were very fresh and had lots of variety. I recommend this place and I will be back!

Absolutely LOVED it here. It was my first time yesterday, but my best friend has been here a few times. So many different wines to choose from, and the charcuterie was great. Amazing atmosphere with relaxing music. I cannot wait to visit again!

Maps galore! Definitely a place to visit if you are a student of wine. I loved the brick wall and the large creepy door in the back! Lots of great options to choose from especially if you like to take a chance and try wines with complex flavor profiles.

Cute little spot for by the oz pours. A good mix of familiar wines and new things to try. Prices seem a little high from my experience but dont let that stop you, this is a really great way for someone new to wine or wanting to try something other than their grandmas Pinot Grigio to taste without buying a whole bottle.

WINO is one of the best spots in NOLA. Bryan is awesome! We have ordered multiple cases of wine from him. He is very responsive and friendly. We went to their wine bar recently and had an awesome time! We have visited WINO more times than I can count. This was the first time since reopening after COVID. they did not disappoint. Great wine and friendly staff. We will be back in October with a few friends! Thank you Bryan for giving us a great place to hang out!

My wife walked into this place to ask about purchasing some wine and a glass with their logo. Seems they would have something like that to evoke a memory in someone in the hope that they would want to return someday. We thought a place with what appears to have hundreds of varieties of wines would sell a glass that had their logo on it but they don’t. There we go thinking again

Great little place! Neat, fun and laid back. Could have been decorated better so I took off a star. Nice for girlfriends to meet or a chill fun time with your mate. My husband and I tasted 3 wines each. They tasted yummy! Selection could be bigger so I took off another star for that. We also orded bread and dips. All tasted great. They have snack plates to compliment the wine. Great prices at 3 to 9 dollars. The guy working there was nice, and fun music played in the background. I'm going again to buy a bottle of wine. 20 bucks for most bottles not a bad price.

I would have given this a five except the gentleman who was working there had a nasty attitude. He was not helpful at all and a tad bit condescending. In spite of his nasty attitude I will go back because it’s a fun concept and the wine was great.

This place is great for anyone who loves wine!! You pay by the pour (small to large), and they have a very broad offering of reds, whites, and other bottles (including some interesting ports). The selection runs from inexpensive to high-end, and it was a fun way to sample some great wines you don't find in most retail outlets. My favorites were the C-du-P, Pomerol, and Barolo.

Something Different and Unique! This self service wine tasting spot is fun. You pay according to what you taste depending on the ounce. Our group stayed in the back with the sweet wines. You have to visit!!!

This was a fun place to try new wines without feeling overwhelmed. The gentleman who helped us was knowledgeable and thoughtful in his recommendations. I would return to this wine bar and recommend it to others, especially if you want to try new wines.

I had such a great experience. The staff was bomb! I am in wine so I definitely could navigate myself but they made my time that much better with their recommendations and knowledge base. When in NOLA, this will definitely be on my list of places to hang.

Atmosphere: very nice setting a bit small in the front where majority of the wine is located, but definitely a must try. Love the concept of wine tasting with just sliding in a card, pushing a button, and reading about the wine as it hits your palate. Food: Ok selection to choose from. I would like to see more choices to include more varieties of meat and cheese boards. Better for pairing and compliment those like myself that doesn't always eat something before drinking wine, LOL.

Very enjoyable. Didn't like the condescending tone of the "cheese chef" when we ordered 2 cheese boards. Apparently we didn't look like we ate cheese or could afford 2 boards? I mean if we ordered it we obviously know what we ant and don't care about the price so it was no need for the response given. Nonetheless we loved the wine! Some seem to be a little too overpriced but we know now what wines to stick to.

We come from Washington wine country, so this was a fun place to find! You can taste a variety of wines with a self service card; choosing your pour size of 1, 2 or 3 oz. The price varies by tasting, with each wine and pour size and is based on bottle value. A nice change from the chaos of the French Quarter.
