Evelyn’s an absolute legend. She showed me macaroon flavors I didn’t even know existed. I feel like I’ve grown as a person after experiencing her knowledge.

I shopped at the Woops shop in Knoxville and I love the macarons from here. Evelyn was outstanding and helped me with everything I needed and all the flavors I’ve tried have been better than expected! I just wish there was an actual store instead of a small pop up!

I was super excited to find out Woops had special Ramadan and Eid boxes for their macarons, so I decided to get some as iftar gifts for my friend. Even though it meant driving 45 minutes, the idea of gifting these themed boxes really made me happy. But when I got there, turns out they didn’t have the special boxes anymore, which was a bummer. Thankfully, Emily, the staff member there, was super nice and professional. She put together a beautiful box of macarons for me. They looked fancy and tasted delicious.

This is one place I look forward to stopping by when I go to the mall, good quality macarons, best I've had in Knoxville so far . I had these at my wedding as well, we definitely enjoyed them. I'm used to the more traditional flavors I had in New York (raspberry, vanilla, pistachio, chocolate) but it's nice to see that they've went further and added peanut butter and jelly (my husband's favorite) along with cookies & cream, nutella, and several others. I'm a fan!

Aunna was so friendly and helpful in helping me choose my fancy cookies. I highly recommend the lemon and dulce de leche. Reminds me of the summer I spent in Italy.

every time I stop at the mall I always have to get me a box of six, it’s practically a tradition now. the workers are so friendly and give great recommendations when you don’t know what to get!

We ordered a macaron pyramid with red velvet, cookies and cream, and strawberry lemonade for our microwedding. It was really easy to order online and pick up in person. The macarons were so delicious and all of our guests really loved the flavors

Great place to pick up some delicious macarons! Picked up a dozen and brought them home and my family and I devoured them! 10/10 would definitely recommend this wonderful place!

My first time trying macarons out my wife wanted some so we got one each, lol Evelyn did not even pressure us at all no push no haggle just a great smile, I guess she knew we will be doing a U-turn back after we had a bite, and we did turned right around and purchased more. This place is amazing. One of the workers, Aunna, was so helpful. She showed me every flavor and was really friendly. She had the brightest smile and I could just tell she really enjoyed her job. She also helped me understand the difference between a macaron and a macaroon, which I had no idea about. The macarons are perfect. The perfect crunch on the outside and moist inside makes it the perfect desert for any occasion.

Their cookies are so tasty! And Evelyn was very nice and helpful picking out flavors 😊

Evelyn was so very helpful to my journey in picking out flavors, a bright welcoming face and a delight to work with. Very well executed flavor profiles, although I do really wish that there were more options that had fruit puree filling as opposed to the heavier buttercream and ganache. I did love the strawberry lemonade for this reason. Beautifully done, and offers a good range of base flavor for the size of shop.

I purchased some originally from the owners and they were so friendly and helped me choose great treats! I’d never had them before! They were so delicious I went back the next day! And then I was helped by Ana who was fantastic again!

Customer service is exceptional as well are the quality of the macarons. We will definitely be returning customers
