Answer your phone, for Pete’s sake!

I ordered a Fajita wrap with chicken and no mushrooms. When I picked it up, the label does say “no mushrooms” but there were mushrooms in the wrap (see pic). I just don’t like mushrooms, but the reality is that someone else could be allergic so I see this as a much bigger problem than just an innocent screw up. Also, the wrap itself was kind of bland… heavy on the rice/beans and light on the onions, pepper and chicken. Not impressed overall and will likely not be ordering there again.

Right on the corner and a little easy to miss. But the wraps are ON POINT. They are also massive. I ended up being able to save about half for later. Fast and quick counter service when we came. There was only one other person in there.

I left work, excited to get something to eat. And l was left disappointed with the service, time and quality of food. Would not recommend.

Went there during lunch time and I can honestly say never again. Will never recommend either. Ordered my food at 12:10 didn’t get it till 12:45. But everyone who came after me was given there food first. If you are anything other than white I would not recommend this place. Food wasn’t so good either. They only rushed it because I asked them what was taking long. 35 mins later and they still left the chicken uncooked. And my coworkers steak wrap cold.

Mostly a takeout spot. The food was delicious. We loved the lime chicken bowl. We came back twice during our short stay in the area.

Jerk chicken wrap was phenomenal

Tried Wrapture today after years of not having it.. GREAT job! This place is just as good as we remember if not better!! My wife had never eaten here before and was amazed at her post labor meal! They were in the middle of lunch rush when we ordered online with a 60-65 minute wait time but the employees were able to get the food out in about 20 minutes, if that! Even in a crazy busy time of day, the food was excellent. 10/10 would absolutely recommend and we will go going back soon!

We picked up from Wrapture. Our wraps were quite good-very large and with fresh ingredients. Service was reasonably quick too.

One of the best places on the North Shore for a quick bite to eat! The quality and portion sizes are amazing! Excellent staff that is always helpful and friendly! My favorites are the Lime Chicken wrap, The Home Roasted Turkey Wrap, the Curry Chicken Salad wrap and the pad Thai bowl! Enjoy the amazing and unique food offerings from Wrapture! 🌯 🔥

Wish this place had more locations 10/10!

Excellent service, great selection, and fresh ingredients. I was not super excited to pay money for a wrap considering I make them all the time at home, but I was very wrong. I have had two so far, steak and goat cheese and jerk chicken. Both very good. They have a few options for type of wrap and also offer bowls. Well done.

Everything is delicious and fresh. Incredible value. The wraps are jam packed and the add ons and extras are very reasonably priced. I hate places that charge $1.50 for a side of dressing or sour cream. Honestly appreciate that Wrapture charges $0.25 to $0.50. I don't walk away thinking they took advantage and that means a lot. Can't go wrong with anything but do yourself a favor and get the chicken lemon soup. It'll cure any cold and just make you feel good. Hands down the best Greek soup around.

lime chicken bowl is delicious! portions are pretty big! you get a good amount of food for your money. everything tasted fresh and seasoned great. chipotle is shaking

DELICIOUS FOOD!!! Planned to eat in, but apparently no napkins, straws, silverware available for dine-in. More carry out focused. Otherwise, perfect!

Great bang for your buck. Bought the Pad Thai for 10$ and was able to eat it for two meals. I don't live in the area but will definitely come back again for it! Only thing is it's definitely not a sit-down place. You come in, order, and leave.

ABSOLUTELY GREAT FOOD!! LOVE this place, not always great with answering towards the last hour of the night. But absolutely amazing food. Well worth it. Honestly my favorite place in Beverly, and it's pretty healthy food. I do the bowls. But they are FIRE!!!

Do not get the Pad Thai, the noodles were mushy and the sauce was not great- it is a super big portion and I literally only took 3 bites. My sister got the curry chicken wrap though and that was quite yummy with a good crunch. Everyone else's food that I was with was not bad not great.

Fantastic. First time I went it was good. This time I got a burrito and it was great. So much food too. Way better than going to a Chipotle or similar. Soooo much better.

Every item was complex, tasty and worth the short wait. Great varied menu. Worth checking out. Recommened highly.

I usually have no problems with this place, but do they actually put any crabs in their crabcakes or is all just breading?? Seems like just breading to me. I will no longer be ordering that off their menu again..

I usually order online and then pick up, all wraps I’ve tried are phenomenal, & I can’t wait to try more. (Fajita, burrito, middle eastern, gyro, roasted eggplant)

Love the food here, super impressed with how quickly they’re able to whip up a variety of orders. Obsesseddd with the blackened tilapia wrap; the pickled red onions and chipotle aioli are a top tier complement to the fish! I order it all the time, and the wait is consistently only about 10 minutes. You can’t beat the price, either!

Gluten free bowls is $7-10 range and lintel soup was amazing soup was 5.95 a bowl yummy too friendly off street parking with meter

Had tried this restaurant multiple times. Always fresh and delicious. Recommend to try mango chicken. Healthy meal with great ingredients. Highly recommend

The wraps are pretty good and nicely portioned. I would NOT order the pad thai again though—I had low expectations ordering pad thai from a wrap shop, but it’s worse than I thought. I’d take it off the menu, or maybe rename it. There’s a certain flavor you’d expect when eating pad thai, but this is a very bad version of it. I can hardly finish eating it.

Should change the name. Tried 3 times all 3 times the food was awful and overpriced. All wrap no food.

Drove here after work because I heard good things. It says they close at 8. I arrived at 7:51. They said they were closed and couldn’t serve me because they already put everything away. Cool, so I guess you should say you close at 7:45 so I don’t waste my time driving there. I thought I would make it just in time.

Visited this restaurant while on vacation over the weekend all I half to say is phenomenal had a burrito in a wrap and lime chicken wrap best wrap I've had in my life would drive out of my way to go here

The place is way less cheesy than you'd think from the name. Everything was great.

Stopped her for lunch on vacation, had the Chicken lime burrito I believe and my boyfriend got a steak burrito and they were both absolutely delicious.

Absolutely great place! Definitely a hidden gem of Beverly. Very very well prepared food. The downside is, that they are terrible at answering the phone for calling orders. Call between 12:00 and 2:00.. no answer, call 2 minutes after 7:00 p.m. on a weeknight.. well no answer. Pop in 20 minutes before it closing, well the grills closed down. As I said I very much like this place is food, I just wish the place had a little bit better customer service on the takeout end. I will say that when I walk in and place an order it is ready very promptly.

LOVEEEEEE!!!!! Absolutely love! Recommend Cesar wrap, ground beef burrito, and you can get tacos for like 2.50$ I can get dinner for my family of 3 for less than 30$ whereas if I order anything from anywhere else I'm paying at least 40 sometimes more than 50 they're quick they're priced reasonably and they're amazing everytime!

We had 2 bowls of chicken rice soup which was amazing. Main courses were Szechuan chicken with rice and a lemon caper chicken bowl. Very healthy meals and were cooked fresh and ready for pickup in a short while. Highly recommended.

I am always surprised when I go here this place is not busy. Great combination, always fresh And when ordering for pick up your food is always ready and waiting. And in these days the way pricing is going in takeout restaurants they are a steal.

I love this place. Whoever makes the jerk seasoning deserves an award.

I’m not one to write reviews but I Had the pad Thai today and when I tell you it was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever eaten .. couldn’t even finish a bite without spitting it out.. flavor was literally awful

I ordered the blackened fish bowl with salad and rice once I got home I saw I didn’t have rice and just a ton of lettuce with some sauce on my fish. Will definitely not be back and the meal was very overpriced.

Got a steak bomb wrap that managed to be disgustingly oily to the point of leaking through the bag AND steak that was super dry. Would probably not come again but the order was made on time so thank you for that.

We had made plans to eat here before the Cabot Theater show on Saturday, but at 6:30 it was already closed for the night. On a Saturday? Very disappointed. And since we were only here for the night they will not get a second chance.

I had their lemon chicken, broccoli and rice wrap of the day special and it was excellent. Loved that it was a big ol sandwich so I could eat half right away and saved the second half for later. Place looks clean and staff is friendly. Will be back to try more items.

I would love to give them 5 stars because the food was good, but the pad thai comes with wheat and not rice noodles (which is customary with the dish). There is no signage on there website stating this and this does make it worrisome for those like myself with gluten sensitivity.

My family stopped in randomly and we all loved it. Quick to get our food and it was great.

This is a great go to for take out. There's something for everyone and a nice variety of cuisines to choose from. Service is friendly and the food is always fresh with generous portions. Highly recommend bringing your takeout for lunch or dinner in the nearby park or beach!

I’ve lived in Beverly for a while and never eaten at Wrapture. I’ve been missing out. after having their Lime Chicken Bowl (in photo), I’ll likely not buy a chipotle burrito bowl ever again. For the price, their food is incredibly tasty, fresh, and good amounts. Only limiting to four stars because my wife got an Asian bowl with noodles and it was mostly noodles, should have had way more veggies based on the description, but I think they were running low at the end of the day. The few veggies in there were very fresh, though. Will definitely going back!

This place is unmatchable. Better than chipotle, better than anything you've had before. You will not regret eating here. Personal fav is the lime chicken with added chipotle mayo! The buffalo one and greek salad wrap are also dank.

This is a great little place for wraps. When I went in June 2021, the was no indoor seating but there were two outdoor tables available. I got a Blackened Tilapia wrap, which was packed full. It had a very generous portion of tilapia in it. If you're in the area and looking for a quick bite to eat, this is a great option and there's something for everyone on the menu.

My partner and I got take out; she had the like chicken bowl and I had spicy stir fry noddles. Hers was great! She loved it. Mine, however, was not. The noodles were good and the veggies/chicken were okay, but there was barely any sauce on it! It just felt bland and I eventually I had to add in my own sauce. I hate leaving a lower review, but I’ll definitely give it another shot with a different item and hopefully bump it up.

I love this place! I'm always amazed at the portions and it always tastes super fresh and delicious.

I truly cannot put into words how INCREDIBLE the food and the service Wrapture has.. Their portabella mushroom bowl is THE BEST meal I have ever had. Noel is a true gift to humanity

This is my go to place for comfort burritos for as long as they have been open. Maybe 10 years... The lime chicken burrito is amazing! And now they offer bowls!!! The service is always friendly, and prompt. I love the on line ordering now too!

I've loved everything I've tried from here

The bowls are always piping hot and fresh, that is the best part! I will say that sometimes it is hit or miss for flavor though. I've had the chicken caesar wrap a few times but unfortunately last time it was super bland. I've also had many kinds of their stir fry and while the veggies are always great the chicken has been dry and flavorless 2 times. :( I like Wrapture a lot, just think they need to kick up the flavor sometimes. I do recommend the Pad Thai or chicken kabob wrap.

Best wraps in New England. Period

Placed order online super easy. Good was fast and hot. I get a stir fry bowl with steak very tasty. My husband got a gyro, said he could of are two. Will go back and try other things!! I got extra veggies in my noel so that was extra charge. Price was around $21. Or was nice to try something different and healthy when eating out.

Ethnic food is no go but a ceasar wrap is excellent. Overall they have great food if you eat meat. Prices are fair. You can make online orders.

This is an awesome hole-in-the-wall place that has quite a bit of options of either wraps or bowls. They have a lot of unusual options. I got the jerk chicken wrap and my friends got the curry chicken salad. Both were very good. Portion sizes to price or very very fair.

We were doing a college visit at Endicott and when it ended we needed food! My daughter is vegan and found this place through Yelp. The wraps were AWESOME!!! It's a small place so it does not have seating. There's a sign that actually says they are take out only and that the seats are for customers waiting for their orders. There were a couple of tables outside that we ate at with no problem though. Go here. Eat their food. You'll be happy you did!

Decent food, not exceptional by any means. We were a party of 7 and we ordered the Pad Thai, Fajita Wrap, Schezuan Rice special and Falafel Wrap between us. Pad Thai was the best of the lot, followed by Schezuan Rice, Fajita wrap and lastly the Falafel wrap. The falafel balls were the most disappointing, very mushy not flavorful and even the wrap itself was just meh. The service was nice and fast. Overall decent experience but not repeat worthy IMO.

I felt fueled after I ate there. It was tasty too. Very healthy wrap.

Reliable tasty sandwiches and lots of variety

The food is always great! I normally get the steak fajita bowl with spicy mayo on the side. The food is always cooked perfectly and they’ve never messed up my order. The staff is friendly as well. The only downside would probably be parking but if you park on the side street, it’s not too terrible!

Excellent, delicious, and unique wrap options--Indian, Chinese infusion, fajita, Buffalo chicken, and more. I have never been disappointed by my choice. The staff is helpful and friendly. Perfect to enjoy outside in nice weather!

I love this place!! I've tried almost everything on the menu. They should put the gyro on the menu board because so many people are missing out!!! it's on the online menu, but not on the menu at the store. I have never eaten anything I didn't like here. It's all good!! and the staff are wicked friendly and accommodating!!
