Truly the best Greek food in the area. I've tried multiple places around and this surpasses them all. I really wish I had known about it before. It had taken too long to discover. It will be my go-to for Greek going forward

This place was easily a 10/10. A nice pick me up after a day of running errands. We stop by because of the great reviews and we were not disappointed. We ordered the lamb gyro combo with fries and calamari. Everything was made to order so super fresh and delicious! I will definitely make a plan to be back! The customer service was nice they even greeted us as we were walking out it was an amazing experience.

Very tasty food. Service is a bit slow, but it is worth it for the food. The atmosphere is simple, clean, conveniently located iff Route 1.

My favorite family owned restaurant on the Route 1 corridor. Can't beat the gyro combo deal... filling, tasty, and perfectly priced. Their salad dressing is absolutely delicious. I recommend splurging on the spanikopita.

I've only been once, but I know I'll be back! Great fast casual Greek food with a cozy seating area. I had the gyro which was packed full and delicious, with a side of great crispy fries. Many other people had different items that all looked good, can't wait to try them all!

What a stand up place. Not only are the gyros the best I ever had, I went in today to pay for an order that I could not pick up earlier in the week due to a medical emergency. I only noticed this after we got back to our vacation house. I called, they knew it happened. I went back, our correct portion of the order was ready and they insisted on giving us a $20 gift card. Certainly not needed, but very very nice! Truly the soul of the Greeks! So we ate here again! Several members of our group said it was the best chicken they ever had! But every since they allowed their Spanish staff to work without the family members of the business I noticed a severe change in quality of service and food. Love Yia-Yia's, best Greek restaurant we've found in the area. They have a small casual dining area and a brisk takeout/delivery business. Everything we've had so far is good (shawarma, salad, spanikopita, dips, baklava, rice pudding) and their hummus is incredible. Parking lot makes for easy takeout. Also used them to cater a couple of parties and got rave reviews.

It is a place to eat food made at the moment, you create the atmosphere. It is not a place to go out to dinner. I think the only thing frozen is the pita bread. All the ingredients are a 10. And as I like to say - for my taste, and not all tastes are the same.

Had amy son place an order today ( between 4 and 5 PM) for my favorite Souvlaki Platter with Chicken This is the first time I have ordered that the chicken was so dry and tasted old. The salad and rice was delicious. Very disappointed.

The owners are incredible people that greeted us on our first visit. Don’t let looks fool you, the quaint outside that looks a bit like a chain restaurant is a disguise for some of the freshest and most authentic Greek food you can find in the DMV area. Every bite was delicious and every second was amazing there 10 out of 10.

Everyone is super friendly. I have been here multiple times and get the Yia Yia salad. The salad is really good and very filling. Definitely my favorite Greek salad.

The gyro was really great it was well seasoned and full of meat and vegetables. The pita was also very soft. We got 2 gyro meals. Also, the salad was really fresh and the vinaigrette chef kiss. I would definitely like to dine in next time and try other menu items. I took the time to read reviews and I’m happy we found this place. The reviews are spot on as far as quality. We were greeted with a welcoming energy. We will definitely be back very happy we came across this place that we have past many times. The pricing is standard for today’s economy/pricing. The portions are filling! Lastly I’m a connoisseur of authentic Greek food and this was great in my opinion.

LOVE the pork gyro !! Specialty here, I don’t know any other place that does roasted pork, and it’s done fully loaded with French Fries. I always get an order of spanakopita and I like that the portion hasn’t changed but they’ve made them 2 small pieces rather than the one larger size. I like it as a side item and this size works better with the gyro and salad. Nothing negative meant by the four stars on atmosphere, the seating area is just basic, that’s not why you come here you come for the food which is consistently great.

There was so much of everything and we left full and happy! The man who took our order was super nice and if I’m ever in Beltsville again I’ll for sure come back.
