$20 for a plate and when done still hungry the portions are ridiculously small for the price… Taste was alright but soo disappointed in the portion size. Food has gotten substantially more expensive and the portions are less! What really is going on?!?

Best and most authentic Lebanese food in Charlotte!

I have been a customer for several years, always had the same good experience, nice, clean and consistent. Highly recommended.

If you think this place is good, you need to get out more. The falafel was bland, the hummus mediocre at best. The meat in the Shawarma was not prepared well either. The soda machine works pretty good.

Better Greek food that any of the other Greek restaurants I’ve visited in Charlotte! Everything was amazing and fresh!

We had a pre wedding party at our home catered by Wassim. The food and service were excellent. My daughters wedding weekend couldnt have started any better thanks to the efforts of Wassim and the staff at Zeitounis Restaurant!!!! Highly Recommend this place for a job very well done!!!!

Amazing healthy food. Always fresh and consistent taste

I tried Zeitouni Mediterranean grill for lunch. I got there a little after it opened, but as lunch went on, it got busy. The dining area is small inside, but there is seating outside also. I decided to order the mezza platter, tabbouleh, falafel sandwich, and Turkish coffee. The mezza platter came with potato harra, grape leaves, falafel, and hummus. Everything on the platter was absolutely delicious 😋. The potatos harra were spicy and cooked just right. The hummus was made perfectly👌 with the dab of olive oil and the sprinkle of paprika. I'm very picky when it comes to grape leaves, but they were AMAZING! The tabbouleh was very colorful, but it tasted a bit off. I highly recommend the falafel sandwich. It had pickled tomatoes, pickles, and falafel with tahini sauce in a pita bread. The turkish coffee was served in a tiny espresso paper cup. Was a little disappointed because I was expecting it to be served in a demitasse cup. Even with minor disappointments, I would recommend the restaurant if you want to try Mediterranean food

I got the chicken tawooq special (spicy) and it was delicious! Loved the sauce & the chicken. It was fast, and fresh. Will definitely come again.

The platter is the way to go here as it allows you to try a bunch of different things. I ordered the Shish Tawooq platter with babba ghanouj and tabbouleh. The chicken was super tender and when you combined it with the pita, rice, and babba ghanouj, it made for the perfect bite! I also loved the tabbouleh since it added a nice fresh element to the whole meal. With the quality of the food, affordable prices, and plenty of parking, I would frequent this spot again if I was in the mood for Mediterranean food!

Every time I have eaten here, the food was tasty. All the orders were made correctly.

What a find! Menu is Eastern Mediterranean (Lebanese I think) The deep fried chicken shawarma wrap was delish! Sort if a chimichanga gyro. Really nice hummus too. Definitely will be back!

Always a favourite to come by for my Lebanese fix! Worth the drive, but try to eat fresh as it's meant to. Crispy potato, delicious hummus, and awesome doner/ gyro sandwiches. Extra spicy and sauce is the way to go. Love the Persian pickles!!! Fantastic place to cater as well from, just let them know how many people you are trying to feed and they will do the rest. A++

Amazing food and service. The chicken sandwich was mind blowing. I just want to mention that the meat is not halal in case someone has any restrictions.

This place should have a sign saying that it’s only for kids bc of the size of the plate lol

I just wanted to give a shout out to the exemplary service for this amazing restaurant, these guys go out of their way to give great service! Case in point, not only did I get over the top help with my take out order but when I left my cup of water on the bar by accident, one of the staff ran out 900 feet into the parking lot in the rain to give me an extra bottle of water. I don’t know many other restaurants that would do that! Love this place! And the food!

Delicious Greek food! Authentic and best flavor of any fast casual place we’ve tried in the area. (Greco fresh grille, mad Greek, etc). Will definitely be back.

I went there the first time today, I was greeted by two amazing people. The guys name was Jose and there was a girl with him ; I forgot to ask for her name:( these two had amazing customer service with a smile and patience. The food was amazing as well the falafel and yalanji were on spot! Definently coming back again and these two working on the front were amazing 10/10 experience :)

Great food and friendly staff. For the price however ($15 for the platter), there could be more food. I feel like other Mediterranean spots load you up with food, where as this spot gives you just enough for one sitting.

Best kebab I ever had in the US Everything is super fresh The falafel and tabula are also top notch! Don't forget to try the sandwich on the special menu it is phenomenal I wish they would have more locations so I wont have to drive all the way from downtown. But I can tell you it is worth it!

Fresh food, the chicken is perfectly marinated and the hummus is the best. Try the baklava it is always fresh and very good.

The most craveable gyro I’ve ever had. The feta and mint absolutely made it. Came back to Charlotte for a wedding and have been craving it from Texas ever since. SO SO GOOD. The tabbouleh, rice and fries were amazing side dishes as well. Garlics sauce is OUT OF THIS WORLD.

This is my absolute favorite place! Chicken Kabobs / shish tawook are incredible, hummus is amazing, and don't skip the tabouleh or fatoush salad. Fresh tasty pita too.

I have been to almost all the Mediterranean/Middle Eastern restaurants in Charlotte. I have never experienced food this bad, and this small of a portion. This was the tiniest sizes of kebabs I have ever seen in my life. I asked for extra rice and even then it was very small amount of rice and the rice was soggy.

Their salad is delicious but I can’t say the same for chicken gyro. Dried almost burned. Was our first time and probably never again.

The food was amazing but the staff was even better. The garlic sauce will keep you coming back.

What a treat! This place was delicious for Mediterranean. I ordered the Lamb Gyro with a side dish of Falafel. The gyro tasted fresh and the spices were perfectly done - one of the better ones I’ve tasted in the area. Also, the falafel was well done - not too dry and plenty of flavor. Their hummus is also one of the better ones! The Mediterranean salad my wife ordered was incredible if salads is all you desire. The deserts we ordered to go so my review on that will come later :) The establishment was clean and staff was friendly.

I went here for lunch. I ordered the chicken shwarma, sirracha hummus and salad. It was good but not the best I've tasted, which in all fairness, was in the Mediterranean. I was not a fan of the kiosk ordering, not that it was cumbersome. I just prefer to order from a person. All things considered, it was a good experience. And the food quality was par for Charlotte.

If you’re craving some good Lebanese food, this is it! Casual atmosphere & the food is delicious. I ordered the Beef Kabob over rice with hummus & tabouleh as sides. Definitely looking forward to trying the rest of the menu soon!!!

I come here quite often and the food never misses! The service is great and our food never takes long to arrive to the table. Both Dine in and takeout services are great!

Get the friggin gyro holy cow man

This was a real gem. We stopped to recharge a tesla, and grab a bite to eat. Since we are visiting Charlotte, and have had less than stellar experiences with our meals, we were not expecting much. This was awesome. Truly, authentic and great tasting. We will be returning!

As a Lebanese looking for authenticity out in North Carolina, for once in two years I finally felt like I went back home. It reminded me of all my favorite places in Leb, and I never thought I'd have a favorite Lebanese restaurant here but here we are! The shawarma is perfect, cooked to juicy perfection, the handmade sauces and pickles were incredible. The tabbouleh was fresh and deliciously crunchy, seasoned just right. I was happily and healthily full all day!

Here is my experience, I have ordered pick up and got the message ready to pick up. After reaching the store, they initially not able to recognize it, and then when I shared the order number, they told someone has picked up. I was utterly surprised and told it was not me. Finally, they agreed and found the other person who picked up the order and told me they were going to call that customer and once he returns will give me my order... I told them whatever verification they want to do is fine but I am not going to take the food which someone unknown has already opened... they agreed reluctantly and told me not to come back... the owner is a bad human and his behavior was extremely rude. During the entire conversation, I kept smiling and he kept shouting

Places my order and received 3 slices of protein. It is cafeteria style food which has hot plates and premade food. The protein was dry. I do not mind paying for food but to charge the amount you charge you have to be confident that what you are serving is good quality.

We had great experience, with Chicken Shawarma, and Platters they offer. Food of refreshing and well done. Will certainly recommend and go back.

The food was good and quick. We ordered kebabs, gyro, falafel and potato’s with a small dessert. The desserts was amazing and the potatoes were the best. Considering it was quick I was shocked on how Fresh and crispy the potatoes were.

I don’t leave reviews often, but the service here was so good. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. Food was fresh & delicious too, definitely will be back!

Gyro was decent but I’ve never seen a gyro with this little of meat. You would think for $8 it would be at least double or triple this amount…and I have made better hummus at home. Really disappointed

This place is the most authentic Lebanese restaurant in Charlotte , even their pickels are authentic Unlike some others where they just buy it from a store . This was my first visit but I can assure you it won't be the last . Thank you for this great restaurant.

The food was average and expensive for the portions given

I normally just get the falafel and hummus. They have very good falafel. I’ve ask 100x for it not to be fried so hard and they don’t care. They are a little pricey for their portion sizes. Falafel is really tasty. Fries are horrible. Over cooked and no seasoning. 4 stars definitely goes to the falafel. If it wasn’t fried as long it would be perfect !

Best Gyros in town. The Lebanese style mint yogurt sauce offered here is far superior to Greek tsatziki with cucumber at Greek restaurants. The Shish Tawook is amazing, get extra garlic mayo on it. Yum! Id eat here every day if I lived closer. Please expand to Mint Hill!!

Amazing falafel 🧆 sandwich wraps. Very few places have pickled turnips. Not many Mediterranean places we go have it heated and perfectly wrapped. Will definitely visit again, location is also great since they are in the same shopping complex as Tesla supercharger.
