Went here for date night and it was lovely! Very welcoming environment, perfect for a quiet dinner. Different from the typical, overcrowded, mainstream restaurants. The server was kind and helpful with the menu. The lavas bread was delicious, along with my iskender kebab and Turkish tea. Looking forward to going back and trying their other dinner options. Highly recommend

I came to this little gem after one of my close friends recommended it to me, and I have to say, I was not disappointed. If I could give this restaurant 6 stars, I would! Everything my group ordered was spectacular and delicious!! The service was so great, felt like being at home with family. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Such a treat. We came in for the first time without a reservation. Though they were full, Adam sat us quickly and we were treated to an absolutely phenomenal meal. The 5 stars are not right, and as a side note, if DoorDash fails you, that’s not the restaurants fault.

The place is a hidden gem. It is close to downtown and the food is delicious. Their spinach pide, lavash bread and hummus are a must try.

Initially we were skeptical as we approached the place, but it turned out to be the best place in Orlando, coming from Dallas. The waiter was very friendly, and the best part is that the owner turned out to be the cook. We were actually able to meet him and thanked him using the little Turkish that we learnt, “Tesekkurler Yemen icin”, I highly recommend this place.

I had never had Turkish food before, so my husband and friend went to this place and it did NOT disappoint. The food was so tasty! Staff was incredibly kind! I didnt get a picture, but the Baklava was my favorite!

Sadly, I can not tell I found what I expected. Waitress was nice but food was not ok. As someone who knows how things should taste I can easily say that food does not taste how it should there. All 3 things I tried had a different taste than it should have. I don’t know why, I don’t know what type of herbs they use but it was super weird.

Owned and run by a couple. As a Turk living in Florida, this is my favorite Turkish restaurant and closest taste to the real deal. Reservations are required. We got the impression that the restaurant focuses on quality over quantity. The mixed mezes and iskender is a must try.

This place was recommended by a Turkish friend and oh my goodness it is so yummy. I love the bread and the sauce, but I love more for the Lamb Doner Kebabs and baklava!! It’s heaven. I used to go to the dt winter park place and I thought that was good. No this is the best place for Turkish food. Server is really friendly and for sure will be back to get the lamb Doner Kebabs one more time.

We are officially a part of the Zeytin family. An authentic Turkish restaurant presented by a husband and wife combo. Michelle is the face that you see. Welcoming and happy that you walked through the door. She is excited to share with you the creations of her husband, Chef Z. He cooks with love from his soul. You can tell it. We left with enough food for 2 days. My husband and I are a cooking BBQ duo. We have never left a restaurant in Orlando feeling like we were eating food cooked with the same love that we give until today.

Zeytin Restaurant serving one of the best Turkish food, it is modest looking little place from outside as you enter in, you can feel the warm Turkish hospitality and welcome, we tried different items from the menu, everything we tried including the Turkish tea was top quality and delicious not to mention the very accommodating servers with beautiful smiles, if you are an International food connoisseur must try all delicious food they offer on the menu everything is cooked fresh daily and the portions are very generous, we can’t wait to go back soon. We noticed that they had many repeat diners coming in late, you may have to call and reserve a table.

If you read this and you didn’t come yet, you are missing out. Michelle has been always the best. I need to thank the hero behind the scene, the chef. Cok cok tesekkurederim.

Michelle greeted us at the door and was attentive throughout our dinner without ever being intrusive. The food is authentically Turkish, fresh and delicious. We felt very welcomed, as if we had been to visit a friend. We observed how she tended to a family at the next table with two little kids, and another table with an elderly family member. Making helpful suggestions to each of the groups having varying levels of familiarity with Turkish cuisine. Absolutely lovely evening, scrumptious food and warm, welcoming hostess. Also our congratulations to the chef in the back who is the wizard preparing all the lovely food.

VERY VIOLENT AND JUDGEMENTAL PEOPLE. AND SHE LIED IN HER RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW. I dont know about you but i wouldnt want to eat from a restaurant thats inauthentic. The owner Michelle kept staring at me. I wasnt even on her property. I was on the opposite parking lot going into another business, minding my business. She accused me of trespassing!!!! If thats the case then maybe call the cops??? But of course she wont, because she knows i had done nothing wrong. She discriminated against me, said i was weird for wearing a mask... Made me feel very uncomfortable. Her husband threatened to punch me if I ever came near them again. Very violent people. Karma will get them. I promise you. People like them deserve whatever bad things happen to them

First time trying Turkish cuisine and I couldn’t have found a more perfect place. The owners are extremely friendly and willing to tell you about the different foods they have to offer. The food is amazing, perfectly seasoned and well balanced with its servings. Will definitely be coming back to this gem of Orlando. Make sure to get a reservation as it is a small place this is not something you want to miss out on.

This cute restaurant was amazing from start to finish. It is reservation only, but once you call you will be introduce to Michele who is the definition of amazing service. When you arrive, Michele will greet you and be your server. She will make you feel like you’ve been a regular there for YEARS. The food is amazing and have huge portions. It was loaded with so much flavor and you could tell that it was all homemade. Chef Z mans the kitchen himself!!! We got the lavas bread with haydari and sautéed eggplant for an appetizer and the bread was so good fresh out of the oven that we couldn’t resist eating it all! For an entree we split the Feta Cheese Pide and the Iskender Kebab. The pide is a Turkish flatbread with the cheese baked in (kind of like a pizza meets a calzone) and the Iskender kebab had delicious sliced lamb on top of seasoned bread with a tomato sauce and dallop of yogurt. We had to take about half home. For dessert we had baklava that literally melted in your mouth. One of our new places to frequent

I had a fantastic experience at Zeytin. Both Z and Michelle, such a lovely couple, take their work very seriously. Everything was ver fresh and delicious. Lentil soup was amazing together with the fresh bread. Lamb was made medium perfectly and it was delicious along with the rice and sides. By the way, not many restaurants can make rice that well as if it was cooked at home just for few people. Then, I also had baklava made by Z. Now, the relative comparison part: because Zeytin was closed on Monday, I went to Bosphorus at their Winter Park location and it was a pretty bad experience. I will not go into the details here because this review is written to recognize and appreciate the great service and delicious food by Michell and Z at Zeytin. Thank you!

The best Turkish food I’ve ever had. This is a wonderful family owned business and a hidden gem. We loved everything we tried from the different dips with lavas to the lamb entrees. Service was highly attentive and friendly - very nice meeting Michele. We will be coming back to continue to sample this great menu. I left the restaurant very happy and full!

Your food is not worth a penny, i left review it’s my opinion you should listen and improve your services, you laying about me licking the plate i left most of the meat on the plate.
