I like to meet a friend here to have coffee and talk. There are lots of options for tea and coffee and the staff are always helpful.

Really nice place and fun atmosphere, looks like a good place to post up for a bit and get some work done. Got the cafe con miel which was made with honey and cinnamon and was really good. My main gripe with those kinds of drinks is it’s wayyyy too sweet usually, and not even coffee anymore but this was really nice and balanced. Got a cherry cheese danish too that was pretty good too.

Latte (whole milk) was sour. Hot cocoa coffee cake was fine.

I sadly just don’t like their coffee. I’ve tried a few times and it just isn’t for me. I’m sure it’s great if you want to pump it full of extras and flavors. However, the staff are wonderful and it’s cool to see the production process through the window.

Barista was helpful when choosing type of coffee and method! Cute place with fun candies to purchase!

love the tall ceilings and warm expansive bright vibes of the space and the high top tables and strong coffee and sweet baristas and just seeing the whole megaplex operation is neat -- BUT: WHY NO VEGAN TREATS, bbs? it seems you'd have like 5 or 6 or 10 since it's 2024 ann arbor-- but currently they have NONE and it's so brutal sitting here in my fomo lol. oh, unless i want a $9 toast? wahh lol. i can't bring myself to leave less than 5 stars because ya'll are on point, just not for people who choose to not make meals out of animal products lol <3

There are so many options! The barista was friendly and recommended a bittersweet mocha something. They let me sample the chocolate before they made the drink and made a cute design on top :)

Hidden Gem outside of downtown Ann Arbor near 94 expressway. Has Decaf Drip ready! Serious coffee options and you can view the roasting. Outstanding place. The atmosphere inside is fun and inviting. A great place to sit with a laptop and get some things done. The bakery is plentiful and taste amazing. I highly recommend this morning coffee institution.

I got a great latte and a macaroon. The coffee shop is super casual. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the different drink options they offered. I'll certainly visit again.

Coffee is very high quality which is reflected in the taste. Service was quick- we didn’t have to wait long for our drinks. Would recommend the baked goods as well, they’re fresh and well made.

Great coffee shop with wonderful atmosphere, drinks, and service. The wait is usually short, and the service is usually great. We have enjoyed coffees from here dozens of times and the only service issue we ever had was with the staff mistakenly making a decaf latte with fully caffeinated espresso beans. However, this only happened once, and they were happy to remake the drink. There is also a delicious local candy vendor here called J. Patrice, who sells wonderful, gourmet candies, including marzipan, chocolates, and fruit candies.

Great coffee, great service and I love the giant window right into the roasting warehouse.

I thought they had actual "cafe" coffee type drinks. But all they had was normal coffee, FYI. Very friendly. I got a gluten free brownie.

If you're a coffee conossier, you'll love this place. And even if you're like me, and need your coffee to taste like hot mocha ice cream, you'll still love it. I got a great peppermint mocha and the most beautiful Nutty Monkey Toast (with choco-hazelnut spread) this morning! Love their chai, too. And they've got a candy store inside, as well. Great for your caffeine fix and holiday shopping needs!!

I needed coffee and some water. They had both and were super friendly. Easy in-easy out, and ample seating. My coffee (from Brazil?) was delicious as well!

Good spot for out own towners and locals to see where the mail order stuff comes from and stock up. Every worker knows about every item and love to share stories and knowledge. Loose leaf teas available to bag by the oz.

Plenty of outlets for laptops and mobile devices charging. Friendly, highly skilled staff.They procure high quality, ethically sourced beans and roast in house. Baked goods and other delicious treats to accompany your drink or take home. Also have extensive tea, smoothie and fresh squeezed drink selections. For connoisseurs, can also choose the method your coffee is brewed. Zing Candy Manufactory is also located inside with a variety of confections.These delights are made by artisans in house, across the US & the world.

I’m all seriousness, the best con miel I’ve had comes out of this amazing coffee shop. All the chains taste old and burnt compared to the coffee made here. Would absolutely recommend to anyone chasing a quality cup of coffee (or espresso).

A hidden gem in Ann Arbor with a huge assortment of unique coffee blends and roasts, and many ways they can prepare your coffee! I love seeing the drip, pour-over, percolator, and so many more ways they can prepare your coffee for you right in front of you! This makes the experience super fun and memorable. Another thing I can't recommend enough here is their assorted toasts. They have the best bread and delicious flavor combinations that can't be beat! My favorite is the English Garden Toast with cucumber and cream cheese. Make sure to stop by the candy section in this coffee shop and pick out some assorted unique candies and chocolates from all over the world! Their selection is the best in Ann Arbor!

My first time at Zingermans. Got a large latte with an extra shot, definitely will return! Coffee is very smooth with a nutty flavor. The shop is full of craft goods and gifts.

Great setup with multiple store fronts nicely separated by specialities. Great coffee and single origin whole beans. Has quite a variety of chocolates too. Went over to bakery and grabbed some pastries which were fresh and delicious. Their baked goods are always consistent in taste and quality.

Can't go wrong with Zingerman's. Friendly service and huge selection! We stop whenever we are in town.

This place. Absolutely amazing. The selection of coffee beans is outstanding with descriptions on flavor based on brewing technique. Staff was absolutely cheery and helpful.

Great tasting coffee, as you'd expect. If the coffee that is already prepared is not what you hoped for, they'll brew something else up for you. I can highly recommend their "toasts" - a nice thick slice of fresh baked bread topped with really great olive oil, pepper, and a schmeer.

Great coffee selection and very knowledgeable staff. I would recommend asking for suggestions as they offer many different bean varieties as well as many ways to brew your cup.

Stopped by and loved the scene here. They roast the beans in house and show all the locations they come from. Great coffee, ordered the Café con Miel. Also checked out the bakery next door and it was well worth it to have something to snack on with my coffee.

Possibly the best decaf americano I've ever had. A lot of places have trouble producing a good decaf coffee drink, but not here. Also, super friendly service and a great candy selection including craft and international chocolates. This location is so easy to park at and there are a few little Zingerman's shops all right next door to each other. Always enjoy stopping in here when I'm in A2!

Best coffee in town! My personal favorite is the Cubano latte. I will make excuses to be here -- it's that good!

I love the Zingerman's Coffee Company. I have been drinking their brews and buying their roasts for years and know it is going to be a great day if it has a cup of their coffee is part of it.

All around amazing roastery with employees who possess a good amount of coffee knowledge and expertise. The high quality you should expect from Zingerman's does come at a fair but high price on some coffee items. Highly recommend.

Delicious coffee beverages, I especially enjoy their oat milk lattes. Always speedy and friendly service. They roast their own coffee and honestly it is the best coffee. Their beans never taste burnt. It's the only coffee I buy for brewing at home.

I want to love this place. I’ve tried a handful of times and while their staff and service is exceptional - let me stress that AMAZING - I’ve not been able to find a coffee flavor that hits my tastes. I’m fairly certain that if I keep trying I may find the right thing, but I find that many of their coffees skew to the complex, citrus/juicy and floral flavors. But perhaps the recommendations and my picks have been off

I love Zingerman's coffee shop, their staff, and their overall sense of character, but it also feels a little overhyped and inconsistent at times. I had an amazing latte today -- but I've also had a fair number if days where it tasted burnt. That said, it's one of the few coffee shops whose tables feel sufficiently distant from one another in these times of covid, and it's lovely to sit outside with a coffee and toast even though it's in an industrial park. Really good, but if they could just nail the consistency they'd be amazing.

There is nothing else I would want from a coffee shop. Great coffee, great people, reasonable prices for the quality. Also, the company is run in a social responsible way...if your into that sort of thing.

We went twice! We had a wonderful time shopping in the "Zingerman's plaza" area where the shop is located. Its 1 of multiple small businesses in a cool collection of establishments that make up this co-op like grouping. Containing at least a coffee, bakery, cheese & cake shop with outdoor seating. All of the shops share the Zingerman's name & branding. Great coffee and giant fresh baked toasts. Fresh bread topped with an array of savory and sweet options. Good parking and physically challenged friendly. Dogs seemed welcome outdoors.

Hot chocolate is the best in town. Believe me, I've been looking. Highly recommend. Perfect blend of chocolate and sweet. Some whipped cream and sprinkles make it even better. Also there is plenty of melted chocolate when you get to the bottom so make sure you have a long enough spoon to dig out the good stuff.
