The Papa Joe was the Monday special, and we asked how much it was. She told us $4.50 which is expensive compared to other Zips locations. The Papa Joes were sloppy and thrown together. They were xtra greasy, and the bags they were in were the same. The total came out to $25 dollars for 2 papas, tub of white fries, and key lime shake. It was around 9pm when my son and I ordered food from there. For such high prices, they could do way better. I will go to the Zips on Monroe next time even though it is far away. .At least there you get well prepared food at a decent price. I would not recommend the Fancher and Trent Zips to anyone…. It’s horrible and you can tell that the people preparing the food just don’t care.

Ordered a large combo got a small food was super messy had to totally redo my burger and take off a hamd full of lettuce. Employees cussing being loud and obnoxious

Customer service was really poor.

Went thru the drive thru. Person taking order and working the window was extremely unfriendly and rude.

Whoever worked drive through tonight must have been having a bad day, extremely rude. Food was good tho.

Zips never disappoints and is a great place to get a burger.

I have always loved their shakes but today when I bought one I found out they increased the already expensive shakes to TEN DOLLARS for the SMALLEST size which is ridiculously high. It's not a gourmet product. The one I got today was very watery. Not worth the extreme price hike. Add to that you often have to wait a very long time if you go through the drive thru..no thanks

Drive thru was slow, eh. Shrimp was good and the fish sticks were ok. Portions were good.

Every time I come here the food has been excellent, as well as the staff.

I guess there's a shortage of fish or something such small pieces of fish when I ordered a large for $15 I want some good size pieces of fish man

Evenings are a little different but still good food and good service.

Found little bits of plastic in the burger. And the lettuce was so brown that I tossed it all in the trash. Was a drive-through order, and the young dude at Window wasn't very friendly or welcoming. Will never be back to this zips

Somebody hired a kid who apparently likes to be stoned out of his mind at work to the point where he can barely talk. Worst zios experience ive had. Dude also gave me 1 napkin for an entire combo and wrapped it around my fries. Grease soaked napkin. Solid.

Tables were dirty. Only 3 customers inside.

Well they messed up our order and also had to go inside but they made it right first time coming here and I will not be coming back..

I love that this Zip’s has more options for food than the others around town, but I hate the attitude the employees always have here.

I didn't get what I ordered, what I did receive was overcooked. When I called about the mistakes, I was told I would have to come back in. When asked if they would reimburse my gas, the person said that I made more money than her. I have a small pension. Go to the other zips on Trent this one sucks.

My favorite French fries and milkshakes. Fish and chips with tartar sauce.

They doubled the prices listed on the drive through menu. By the time you get to the window is too late. This is a completely immoral and disgusting business practice. I will never be coming back to this location and neither should anyone else.

Not the best zips in my opinion, it's fine, there's nothing "wrong" per say, it's just meh. It'll make you less hungry when there's not much else around

Zips is ALWAYS awesome but they're getting super expensive I get it, but it shouldn't cost 60 bucks to feed a family of 4.

Came through today 11/8 for 2 cones and 1 fry and the girl Torri -Maybe slept wrong- was extremely rude. No greeting and when I finally ordered after everything was sure, sure, sure not even asking if I'm done no total or is there anything else I can get you, nothing. So I pull up and she couldn't even be bothered. No hi, hello, nothing. Wouldn't even extent her arm outside of the window to give me my order. So I finally just said you need to work on your customer service and she slammed the window in my face. Never again will I support this local zips. I'll go to another one who's owned by other locals and who employees people who actually have customer service skills. I read the reviews and it seems like a lady is always the complaint in the drivethru- I'm willing to bet it's this Torri girl. Managment really needs to address this girl. Absolutely rude, disrespectful and dismissive. But since there are no responses from the owners or managers on the reviews I imagine they probably don't care much either. .

One of the worst services I’ve ever been to. I came at 9:58 in the morning he told me he couldn’t serve me until 10 o’clock. No big deal I’ll waited.. The girl two dollars tip for just one burger went to eat it in the parking lot. His alarm started going off and the only car that was in the parking lot and he came out and told me get the F out of his parking lot eat it somewhere else you told me that’s freaking cool. ?

I have been here many times, and the service and the food has been excellent.

From the time I placed my order to when I got my food in the drive-through. It was approximately 17 minutes and there was only two cars in front of me. One was at the window and the one in front of me. They never apologized for the time it has taken no excuses. And when I did place my order, the lady never said amount I owed or please move forward. She just left it hanging. This is by far has the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced at any zips restaurant. Stay away unless you have lots of time! My food was Luke warm at best.

Drive through attendant extremely rude and won't let you order more then just a cheeseburger before cutting you off

So happy I followed a friend’s recommendation and visited this restaurant. The closest thing we have to a burger like this in the Midwest is Culver’s and this was so much better. Now if Zips had Culver’s butter bun it would be a slam dunk. I had the bacon burger and the bacon was two big strips! Fresh veggies and burgers patty. Nice hot fries not overly salted and that fry sauce is fire! Will definitely have to revisit this place in the future.

The young men that were working the cashier counter who served me were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!

This zips used to be pretty good in terms of fast food, but not anymore. You get a very mediocre burger and fries for $14... and they are slow. The ONLY redeeming factor is the milkshakes.

So i showed up at the Zips on Trent and Fancher tonight to pick my kids up some food on the way home well the girl working the window played a spiteful trick on me i got home and one of my kids burger was not in the bag so wasting has i went back to onlu see they were closed i drove up to the window and said hey forgot my burger.. well the girl said not my problem were closed.. well the worst part was she put a empty buger bag in the order bag.

Good burger, filling, price is good, and lots of choices. Ice cream was not mixed..interesting. be sure to say no nuts or they put them on the sundae.

I made an order through drive-thru, drove a block away and check my order. It was wrong. I went back through the drive-thru to get the item I wanted. They gave the food to me, (ps: girl threw tartar cups in my bag like she was trying to open one of them by force) but the food was so hot I couldn't eat it the whole way home. I get home, barely able to contain my excitement, and the whole thing is burnt like Dad left it out on the grill while he "just ran out for some milk. The girl who I told my order was incorrect acted like I had told her that someone had stolen all of the lightbulbs in her house. So aggravated and annoyed. Over my mistake? There's a pill for that, honey. I just wanted a cheese burger. 🤸 I would upload photos, but while I thought it was inedible, my puppers thought otherwise. Using my singular, brief absence from the room to damn near swallow my burger made by Charizard.

This Zips is one of my favorites in Spokane

To the girl who worked as cashier at 4:30pm on 5/18, you absolutely made my day. Had a very long day in the sun and that soda was very appreciated. Will be returning for a burger and fries when I am hungry! Customer service was excellent.

It depends on which location your at. I prefer the one in Mead. They have no problem with "made to order" orders.. No matter who it is they always have a smile on their face and are so friendly. They have very fast service, compared to so the other Zips in town. The Broadway location leaves a lot to be desired. Trent is ok... The rest about the same as Trent. But the food seems to always be good, no matter where you go.

They refused to serve me because I didn't have a mask. They refused to serve me in the drive through also. You shouldn't let a Democrat be a manager Fah-q!

Waited in the drive-thur line for 37 mins!!! If there would have been a way out of it we would have left!!

The food was really good today! Generous portion of ham on the ham and swiss sandwich and the Buster had 3 large pieces of perfectly cooked bacon...lots of fresh shredded lettuce and red tomato slices, not orange. We were greeted as soon as we came in. Our order was taken and we got our food quickly. It was hot and tasted yummy 😋. Their prices did go up a fair amount after the first of the year..

I came in to grab some lunch on a Tuesday. The drive through was quite busy so I decided to walk in. I got my food faster than the cars in the drive through. Overall a good experience for fast food.

I love this Zips location, the staff is always friendly and helpful and the food is always hot.

When we walked in, no one greeted us. We stood there for a good 4 minutes while they ignored us. They weren't even busy. Just a few people in the lobby and a couple in the drive thru. The lady with long dark hair in a braid just kept her back to us most of the time but didn't say anything. The old woman with the Santa hat at the drive thru finally came and asked us if we wanted help. She was very short with her words and gave my husband and I both attitude. Especially when I asked her if I could get my cup because she was apparently too busy to be bothered. WORST customer service ever. Will never be back. They need to be retrained on how to treat customers. What a joke. The fries were warm and burger average. If you want a good burger and hot fries, DON’T COME HERE!!

The Zips on trent is amazingly clean. The food is always fresh and on point. Great location to visit. The one on francis needs to take notes from this location

We ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 pops in the drive through at the one on Broadway, Spokane. Got our order, drove off and didn't get one of our sandwiches. We paid 18$ to window , so we turned around and went back. We told her what happened and she said I would have to pay for the other sandwich we had just paid 18$. We got one sandwich and 2 drinks. She was rude to us and said her manager said we had to pay if we wanted the other one. Food was greasy and terrible. I will never go to another zips.

A typical Zips, but it is housed in a nice, newer building. Like others in the chain, it stands out from most fast food chains by having a huge menue, most notably, fish and chicken. Also, they have the best fast food shakes in town ( I recommend the strawberry..which has chunks of real strawberry in them).

Line went pretty slow, and their kids meal at this zips had a pack of Graham cracker snack things? Instead of the ice cream card like other zips have, which I personally definitely prefer!

The "lady" who took my order sounded as if she had somewhere else to be and I was inconveniencing her. It amazes me how a person can be so rude at a job they're not even good at. Mozzarella sticks were cold on the inside and the burger was underwhelming. I paid 18 bucks for bad service and mediocre food. I won't be returning to this store.

My husband picked up an order from Zips on Trent, while he was waiting for an order he saw an employee licking caramel off of a cup then laughing when he saw that my husband saw him do this.

Zips is expensive and slow for fast food. Fries lack salt but possibly healthier...their onion rings shine!

The food is always good. The staff is friendly and they are reasonably quick. The restaurant is always clean. This is definitely my favorite Zips location.

Extra zippy! Fries are always hot and the food is always incredible at this zips! It can be hit or miss at other ones as they are usually owned by different people but this one is awesome!

Ordered a couple of swirl cones. The cone maker asked if we wanted the cones upside down in a cup. We declined wanting a normal cone. After getting the cones it was understood why as the cones were sloppy. Not a nice tight swirl like at other locations. The ice cream was also on the runny side.

There was a special on the sign, 2 chzbgrs for 5$. I ordered that, a small fry, and medium drink. I also asked for tartar and fry sauce. It came to 12.74. When I got the receipt, it just had the total. I asked for an itemized receipt, couldn't do it. Then I asked if they remembered the sauces, they said yes. No sauces...cold fries. So what? 7.79 for a small fry and med drink. Even tho it's a block from my house, I will not go back.

Most Zips franchises are great. Just had very disappointing experience. Burger was not standard or good. Well done fries not good. Failed to include my order of Tartar sauce. I'll head to a different Zips next time. So I revisited this store several months later and had a much better experience. I think you need to dine in and avoid the drive thru.

Have not been to zips in a while but was just what I remember

After waiting 15 min in line through the drive through, I was able to back out and park and go in to order. There was a cook, cashier and a worker who looked like they did not know what they were doing and was filling wrong orders for the drive through orders and the cashier, acknowledging she would be with me shortly, was so in the weeds trying to fix the orders, I couldn't wait another 10 minutes to order and most likely 20 minutes to get my food, so my wife and I left. Was sad to see.

Had the fish and chips. Not bad. The fish looks processed into little barrels. But fair. The deep fried mushrooms are excellent, even when they are cold

The lunch crew for front of house and drive through is terrible. Rude as can be. They act like you’re inconveniencing them simply by being here. I now drive the extra mile or so to patronize a different zips because of it. It’s pretty specific to a few employees but it makes the entire experience awful. Definitely room to improve here. It does serve to mention that Alex is always wonderful despite some of his coworkers making a toxic environment.

I went to the Zips at Trent and Fancher. It was not as good as the other zips in the area. They did not make my milkshake like the other two locations that I normally visit, make it. It was actually really spendy for a small milkshake that was already partially melted and not made the way I was expecting. They didn't even tell me my total after I placed my order before telling me to pull forward to the window. I had to ask them for my total cost. I should not have to be the one to ask for the total, that is something they should be telling customers in the drive-thru before you pull forward. I definitely recommend other locations.

Went to Zips on Trent at lunch, so yes it was busy. The team lead snapped at me when I ordered and again when I asked which drink was which. Seems hard to believe my business was so irritating to her. I was polite , had my money ready, and tried to be efficient.

Went for lunch today ordered a double cheeseburger meal with 4 tarter. The employees are so rude at this location. They only gave me 2 tarter and forgot to give me my drink to which I didn’t notice until I got home. They can’t even give you everything you paid for but they want $15/hr. Rip off!

Zips fries and burgers are excellent...service is good too!

I ordered a bacon cheese burger and onion rings. The bun on the burger was real dry and it had 1/2 a piece of bacon and a green tomato on it. Very disappointing Won’t be going back!

Small fish portions for the price

We came in to get milkshakes and the service was super slow. I had to use the bathroom and had placed my order long before having to do so me and my family all had time to use the bathroom and our milkshakes still weren't ready by the time we all got done.
