01/06/2023: I wasn’t planning on coming here but the other restaurant was closed. Boy was I lucky!!! The service was excellent and the food fantastic!! The portions were good and even though I loved everything, I couldn’t finish. Everything is available at your own spice level. I had mild and it all was so very tasty. I ordered naan with raisins and cashews, daal(lentil) soup and vegetable korma. I ordered too much for just me but now I have leftovers to look forward to. Yummy

14/05/2023: Wow, I was blown away by Nocturne! My husband reserved a table to hear Wil Swindler’s Royal Roost Revival, and I felt transported back to the Metropolitan Bopra House itself. The food and drinks were all amazing, but I was especially impressed by the eggplant chickpea ragú, which served up an explosion of flavor, layered textures and various preparation techniques to achieve one of the best vegetarian dishes I’ve ever tried. The service was impeccable as well. If you’re looking to impress a special someone or treat an out-of-towner to Denver’s best, Nocturne is the place.

With a wonderful selection of ciders that are year-round, they always have something you'll enjoy. And if you want to try something new, look no further. Their rotations are always on point. *Although my sadness at seeing the Elder Lemon cider go is monumental. * Regarding their food, the burgers and sandwiches are excellent, but not for the small of stomach, as they don't really have a "small" serving size. Their appetizers are fantastic, and if you love cheese like me, then you must partake of the brie. Only criticism of the brie is that they need more bread and more jelly/jam selections. Table service is something to talk about, as my preference is for staff to come to your table when there is also a bar sitting option, but with the setup they have, I do understand why they don't, as the bar is easily accessible. Also a plus, in the multiple outings I've had there, I've never had to wait more than a minute or two for service, so props to them for that. All in all, Scrumpy's is a FoCo focus for cider, easily being my favorite place in Old Town to sit back and throw some cider down the hatch while enjoying the wonderful atmosphere, without the crazy hustle and bustle of your typical FoCo experience. * Try the Rasbenero cider if you like some spice in your life.
