Super weird smell - the floors were sticky (like loose your shoes sticky) and the “ice cream” tasted like frozen water.

Oat milk vanilla was great for our niece! I liked it better than even the regular yogurt. Music annoying.

This is a fantastic spot for a treat. The girl that was working was extremely helpful and very efficient at serving the customers. All the yogurt flavors were delicious including the French fry flavor but it was just a little weird to have it ice cold and creamy. The selection of toppings was expansive and everything was kept very clean

16 Handles of Naples is a frozen yogurt shop located in a convenient spot in a very unique looking shopping center! They offer many different flavors and toppings allowing you to truly craft the bowl you desire and deserve. They also list the calories and macronutrients of each flavors, but unfortunately they do not list the ingredients (and I haven’t been able to find them online either) The actual flavor of the frozen yogurt is phenomenal! The non-competitive pricing does knock it down a star however. Overall, I recommend 16 Handles of Naples to anyone who wants a sweet treat!

DearTulane, while we appreciate the publicity, it has become apparent that you cannot handle the real world at large. You fit the definition of troll. You're prob sitting behind your computer or phone sipping mountain dew and eating your weight in Takis. If you are being bullied as an adult that means you prob haven't earned the respect of being an actual functional part of society. Being told what and how to do something isn't bullying its called a job, and learning a skill. Real jobs don't have "safe spaces" You obviously have no goals other than to become a grown up KAREN. So good work on the great start. Unlike you, the adults have better things to do then to give you anymore attention. You know the kind you desperately want from people, like friends or boys. So hopefully this is your last anonymous post. Real adults stand behind their words.

I don’t care how many times they take down my review for false things and ignore it. I brought up so many problems to management such as an older employee bullying me that they never addressed and blamed me for it. I’m not supporting this business. Edit: Which employee got their friend to reply to me? Writing a review takes under a minute. Unprofessionalism at its greatest. To even suggest it’s my fault for an older employee bullying me and that these are people who would mock former employees is VERY telling. 😁

Tried SIX of the favors today. The chocolate was chalky and did not taste like chocolate at all, it was bitter and watery and tasted like dirt overall. The cotton candy just tasted wrong.

What a great place, 18 kinds of frozen yogurt (3 dairy free) and 45 toppings! Also really nice people working here. Definitely worth a stop!

My vanilla ice cream didn’t taste like vanilla it tasted like those milk that turned into iced and got shredded then it melted (and when things are melted it taste watered down) it also melted fasst like has soon has I got it from the weight thing and payed it melted especially when I went to my car. The ice cream isn’t enjoyable it doesn’t taste like I e cream it doesn’t give the flavor of those vanilla ice cream that’s thick and actually taste like vanilla. My sisters ice cream who got Dulce del lèche she said it was bad too and the mini cake topping was bad, she couldn’t finish her ice cream due to the weird flavor of it.

Good frozen yogurt, good environment, but not very competitive pricing.. I had a very good experience here, it was a nice place with a variety of frozen yogurt flavors, the music also was fairly good, but we did pay just over $20 for our frozen yogurt which was just the breaking point for my 4 star review. All in all, if you’re looking for a friendly place to get some frozen yogurt, and just care about the experience, just make your way here! Thank you 👍

Our first time at 16 Handles and we were immediately greeted as we entered the business. We were asked if this was out first visit and we were immediately given a "tour" of how we go about getting frozen yogurt. You are able to choose among 16 flavors of frozen yogurt, mixing flavors in either a waffle Cone, waffle cup, or just a plain cup. I believe there is an upcharge for a waffle Cone or cup. There are non-dairy choices, gluten-free, sugar free choices, and also regular frozen yogurt. If you would like a sample, there is an employee there to assist in getting samples to try first. After serving yourself the frozen yogurt of your choice and how much, there is a vast station full of toppings that you scoop onto your dessert. Pick and choose from candy toppings, sprinkles, fruit, Boba, raw cookie dough, and other stuff. After you have completed your dessert, your treat is weighed and the pricing is by the ounce. The yogurt pricing seems to average around $1.10 an ounce. There are shakes available and some bottled drinks. The yogurt was excellent tasting, a great variety of flavors are available and we received very friendly service. Definitely would go back again to get more frozen yogurt at 16 Handles.

My family and I are so happy to have the new 16 Handles nearby! This shop has everything you need to satisfy your sweet tooth. They have a wide range of flavors, from classic vanilla and chocolate to exotic mango and pistachio. You can mix and match as many flavors as you want, and top them with your favorite toppings, such as fruits, nuts, candies, and syrups. I personally loved the peanut butter, euro tart, and coffee flavors, which were rich and smooth, and tasted like the real thing. The frozen yogurt was not too sweet or artificial, but just right. The staff was super friendly and attentive, and they always greeted me with a smile. They also gave me samples of different flavors to help me decide what I wanted. The shop was spacious and cozy, with plenty of seating options and a nice ambiance. It was very clean and well-maintained. I had a wonderful time at 16 Handles, and I can't wait to go back again. This is the best frozen yogurt shop in town!
