Amazing food, some of the best Indian I've had in Cincinnati. Great inside atmosphere and seating in a wonderful little shopping area. I have been eating here for about a year now and it is always delicious. They have a wide menu of options which I have not exhausted yet. Great people, Great food, would always recommend.

We love this place. Terrific food and the service is outstanding and very helpful in making vegan selections.

We ordered 3 meals today and we made sure that one of them is not spicy for my kid as we usually order. The order of the kid came moderately spicy and when I called, the guy who answered was very rude and said no no it is mild spicy. We only wanted to let them know so that next time they make sure that this won’t happen but with this attitude we will not order from them again

Service was fine. We ordered TOGO. We sat ourselves down at the bar and ordered few drinks, which were OK. First item was mixed TANDOORI grill which was so watery and and not tasty at all. It had so much food color. 2nd dish was chicken karahi and it’s not supposed to have runny curry or cream but again it did have it and it more looked like a chicken curry. It tasted nothing like it’s supposed to. 3rd item was CHICKEN ROGAN JOSH which is not supposed to have cream in it and it did have it. It was very strange for us to see every item was made with cream. The fact is none of those items are supposed to have cream in it. 4th item was SHAHI PANEER which was full of sugar (YUCKK). 5th item was SAAG PANEER which had no flavor either and it had 3 pieces of tiny paneer in it. It was really disappointing to see every single dish ruined by this chef. I grew up in U S and have been eating Indian food ever since I was a kid. This food from Flame India have to be ranked amongst very low. I don’t know how they have almost 5 stars. It’s impossible to have almost 5 stars with this type of quality.

The male waiter was rude to my nephew and then told a group of 8 us that we were loud very rudely. Even though the food was good I will never go back. The service could be better from the others I noticed they were nicer to the other patrons maybe it was because my friends and I were foreigners a couple from Malasia another from India and we are hispanic.

My main review today is for the service. This man who works there is a waiter and is very rude and has no manners how to speak with the customers. He insulted our group. I hope they change the staff. Food was ok nothing great! Has tasted better indian food than this.

The Basant Chicken is probably one of the best Indian dishes I've ever had, at any Indian restaurant I have tried, anywhere. Absolutely outstanding. We went to celebrate a family birthday and enjoyed the best Indian meal of our lives. 6 🌟 food in a 5 🌟 world. The vegetation Naan and potato Naan were not ones we would have probably chosenon our own, but ordered at the suggestion of the waiter. Both are an incredible choice, and will be the first ones we order on every future trip. Epic! Amazing! Incredible.

Great food. We tried Assorted Veggie platter and Paneer Veg Biryani (not on menu but you can request). The food was yumm.. we loved being here for our lunch

The worst 35 I've ever spent. I've never had curry that taste like this or had the same same consistency in the sauce. The curry almost tasted sweet.

I've tried this place several times, and honestly, it's become one of our favorite Indian restaurants to eat at. The food is authentic and delicious... we're never unhappy with the flavors no matter what we eat. HOWEVER... the customer service could use some REAL work. This is not my first incident dealing with a rude waiter, but it'll probably be my last, and I'll just order to go. After a long day of work, my husband & I decided to eat at Flame because we love their food. It was an hour before closing. Being that I've worked in a restaurant, I know the "why the hell ya'll coming in here so late" look. Been there done that... but I was already tired, and I just wanted to sit down and eat a meal that I didn't have to cook. The entire time we were there, I was rushed to order and reminded at least 5 times that they were closing soon. The lady waitress was a lot more suttle then the male waitress... which I've had before... and he annoyed me then. However, I REALLY didn't like the polite/rudeness insinuating that we need to hurry up, eat, and get out so they could go home. People, what makes or breaks a restaurant, is the service from beginning to end. People should feel welcomed from the time they walk in the door until the time they leave. I don't care if the customer walks in 10mins before closing... YOUR STILL OPEN SO THEY ARE STILL YOUR CUSTUMER. SERVE THEM, CHANGE YOUR HOURS, OR GET OUT THE BUSINESS!! The other thing that pissed me off was the last time I was there, the male waitress said they they didn't have plastic containers for a doggy bag. However, this time, in his rush for us to go home, plastic containers showed up🤯 So your telling me, I went home last time with Tikka marsala spilling out the side of these square styrofom containers... when you had the small closed lid plastic containers the whole time?!🤬 Look, I really love this food, I mean for real... but that doesn't mean you all get to be rude, rush your customers, or play us like we're stupid. If I'm spending my money at your restaurant... you treat me like I spent MY money at your restaurant, because it's my money and the money of the other customers that keep your doors open!! When we left, the male waitress offered my husband a free mango smoothy. I didn't care, by that time I was super pissed off and ready to go. I had already had a long day, I was tired, and I didn't need the service that was given to me. So work on it, Flame India. Get your customer service right and watch your net worth increase... but at this point, I'll be ordering to go if I order at all. I'm all about Quality, food and service. The food is Awesome, the service... not so much.

Liars, this "Tandoori special" Chicken Tikka had not seen Tandoor at all. It's just a bland mess someone cooked on a pan. You should be ashamed to offer such a dish and call yourself an Indian restaurant.

Tried their Chicken Shahi Korma and chilli naan and it was fabulous! Btw, they don't offer free lassi anymore.

The food was really good. We got the lamb roganjosh, chicken sahi korma and chilli Naan. The service and atmosphere was good as well.

Went for Buffet on 3/2/24 afternoon. There weren't enough food. Not much options either in vegetarian or non-veg. Very unorganized. Only one hostess to serve everyone, take orders receive customers and provide them with tables. Not worth the money.

Omg this food is amazing the butter chicken and chicken Marsala. It just melts in your mouth. The sweet bread is so good with it. Every bite is a mouth full of savory flavor. The best Indian restaurant I have been too.

Do not let the new and shiny location fool you. I had lunch buffet for $20 per person. The bread was old, tandori chicken was RAW and not fully cooked and the chicken mussala was store bought item. They have no hand sanitizer on the buffet table and their seems to be a shortage of napkins, only one per person. The place was run by kids and the only adult was this grumpy old woman sitting by the cashier and getting your money and not even a thank you!

I ordered 3 chicken biryani they didn't gave me one curry with that and there is no gravy in that and the chicken biryani which I ordered is having all beans ingredients I was confused whether it is chicken biryani or veg biryani and the taste also is average.

Food was top tier our server joked along with us and was respectful the whole time the only minor complaint could be the music being slightly distracting (some songs including gunshots) everything was just wonderful otherwise.

This was absolutely wonderful! We got the chicken Rogan josh and it was better than ever expected. There was so much food as well, and surprisingly cheap! Our server, Harry, was a charm and overall the experience was amazing! Would recommend to anyone looking for some good Indian food and a lighthearted, casual, but not anywhere near a dump atmosphere. I’d say it’s better than the Cheesecake Factory, or any other stereotypical “fancy” restaurants that taste mediocre at best and are overpriced for the sake of being overpriced. I can not express how amazing this place was. The food all felt incredibly genuine.

WE LOVED THIS PLACE! The food is very delicious!!! The waitress if very kind and patient and friendly 😊❤️. She recommended the Takis Missal (sorry if I misspelled) and we got the curry. The chicken in the takis massl was very very delicious and over all we loved the nan with curry and rice. The meal was DELICOUS 10000000/10 would recommend!

Lunch buffet is always great with plenty of options. Staff is attentive. They also do carry-out. It's been our go-to place for Indian food for several years now.

Very nice staff, delish and good portion size for food. The goat curry was very tender and flavorful, unlike some of the chewier and tougher goat curries I’ve had at other places! 😆 I will definitely come back.

We ordered ala carte, we tried aloo tikki chat, paneer curry, naan breads, they were spot on, we wanted to try buffet but it didn't have whole lot of veggie options! Service was bit slow, perhaps they got busy w managing buffet....

The food here is really good and I love eating in the restaurant. I ordered take out for the first time and they forgot the rice. I called and was told that "they are helpless" and cannot fix the issue. The only option I was given was to drive 30 minutes there and back to pick up a serving of rice. Completely ridiculous.
