This is a great old-fashioned diner which appears to be completely unchanged from the 1930s. Bring all of your friends, but only one at a time because it is physically very small.

A great local  and long time standing diner. Just note, like most diners there isn’t much seating inside and it’s cash only. I believe they only have bottled water as well, no tap. I got “The Boss” sandwich on an everything bagel and enjoyed it. Maybe a little expensive for the size, but good nonetheless. The standout for me which I wasn’t expecting was the Egg Salad Melt sandwich though. Homemade egg salad and lots of melty cheese on buttery perfectly cooked bread. A little more affordable and amazing.

I was in Natick on a different errand. I remembered Casey's and made an immediate stop to the bank. The bank declined my funds. However, I was fortunate in my nephew having funds. I giddily pulled up and ordered two delicious hot dogs 🌭. Fortunately, they do have an ATM on site. I excited ate one hotdog and wore part of it on my shirt. 10/10 will always stop what I'm doing to come here.

My husband and I went for a bike ride and ended up in Natick center starving with no money with us. My husband dug out $7 out of his cargo shorts! We went in in search of a quick bit and joked with the crew that we have enough cash for one and a half hot dog or one milk shake. We were given 2 hotdogs that tasted like something out of forgotten childhood. Thank you, guys. God bless America!

Not impressed Maybe the little restaurant has a lot of history. But a restaurant is for providing food and service. This one maybe OK for a quick lunch grab, but nothing impressive or special. Perhaps I have missed the good ones from the menu. The family was not happy serving customers -- it is ok but they did not seem happy at all - I felt bad for them and still paid some tips hopeful they are happy. Not sure if it is because they worked for long hours or early weekend morning? Please try it no matter what I have said and hopefully you will enjoy it.

A nice dinner at a local favorite, Casey’s Diner, and it was great. Simple, authentic diner food that hits the spot. I love the hot dogs there, steamed and served in a steamed role as well. The original grill makes those burger extra delicious. Always a fun stop.

If you're from the area, this is a nostalgic place to eat if you're not, it is a really interesting, awesome.Little gem food is great hot.Dogs and burgers. Service can be a bit tough sometimes because they are very, very small and the grill is from nineteen ten, but they make up for it with the food and atmosphere.

First time there although it's been in business for decades. Truly a step back in time, and a good one. Very friendly and personable staff. Will be back for the chicken sandwich and fries, also burger and hot dog. Definitely worth stopping by.

Casey's Diner is as old school as they come. The seating area is limited to bar seating which was great for watching them cook. They use some old copper steam basket for the buns and a water cooker for the dogs. This place has probably been the same for the last 30-50 years. As local and authentic as they come.

Rustic place with great food. Friendly guys. I got the "all around" hot dog and a burger. It was amazing to see everything in person that I'd seen online. Including a picture of the original owner from the late 1800's who started with a carriage restaurant pulled by a horse. 💖

So much history at this diner famous for its hot dogs. I started taking my kids here when they were young. My dad took me when I could barely fit on the stool. His dad took him when he was a little kid. We would either eat there or grab some and head to the waterfall in South Natick More often than not we ate there. I start out with the same thing I've been getting for over 40 years. 2 red and a brown cow. That's Casey's language for 2 with ketchup and a chocolate milk. They also make great burgers, pie's for dessert and they now have fries. The staff is always friendly. Plenty of history on the walls. This is a must for any foodie, hotdog lover, and or the overall rail car experience. Also, their Boston Creme Pie is delicious!

Best place. Grew up in natick great friends with with mike.going their frequently to grab all around and burgers. The best. Pat runs it now like a champ.always my go to place when visiting natick. Highly recommend trying this place you Will not be disappointed.

Just what you would expect. Delicious burgers, hot dogs, fries and more. No frills. Sit at the counter in an old train car. Service is friendly and old school. Order when ready, watch them cook on an old and cool griddle, and serve you fresh food. Enjoy coming back for easy, delicious, and affordable food.

This place is just real people serving delicious real food. I had the chicken sandwich. My hub a burger.And the add on their head!!! Only stools so be mindful of that.very nostalgic.

This place has been around forever for a good reason. I've been coming here for decades now, and have never had a bad meal!

Amazing atmosphere! Old school dining car with a lot of history. The staff is attentive and kind. Family-owned and super small! The hot dog was absolutely fire. Great snap on the casing and the bun was light and fluffy. The steaming process makes a huge difference. Also got a cheeseburger, baked beans and a vanilla shake. All of it was delicious.

It's a small diner, around 6-8 seats at the counter only. Service was great. Highly recommend their hotdogs we got one and had to get another one. I got the tune melt which was delicious. We also got the double burger which was a little greasy but satisfying. Highly recommend for a quick stop and no frills food. Cash only, so bring some .

A cosy little diner steps away from Natick center. Service is warm and charismatic. The food is delicious and tastes homemade. My to-go place in town when I want to have a quick meal. Be warned it's cash only.

ALL ABOARD 🚂🚃🚃🚃 Casey's Diner in Newport is one of the original 1800s Diner Cars that workers would use for their lunch breaks. It has since been updated to a standalone building, however it has ensured to keep the charm. Only a bar with stool seating, which has the potential to get cramped if there is a large group of people. The food was amazing, cooked 2 feet in front of you on a griddle that has seen hundreds of thousands of meals. The cook was also very friendly and not pushy about ordering. They only offer sandwiches and sides, no egg platters. But their sandwiches are so good. If I lived more local I could see myself going here very often

A hot dog, all around, is an absolute must, it's the only way a dog should be topped. This place is easily one of my favorite restaurants in central MA. While there are probably only 10 seats with enough standing room for a couple more, you can walk in, order, sit down, eat, and pay within 2 minutes if all you want is a dog or two. Burgers and sandwiches are delicious too. Awesome, old, eclectic interior and friendly staff. Absolutely worth a stop by!

I got the breakfast burger and frys and baked beans it was great. Shannon cooked it too perfection I would def go back great service.

Entering this place is like stepping into a wrinkle in time. The diner, a former railroad car, is so tiny that I believe there are only 8 stools at the counter. There are no tables. When my brother and I arrived, we were the only customers, which added to the sense of unreality here. According to the very friendly staff, the menu items cannot be changed, though the prices can be updated. So, sorry, folks, if you were hoping for a steaming hot cup of Sanka! My burger and crinkle fries were delicious. But I won't be going back for the food, I'll be going back for the very unusual experience. A definite recommendation.

In my opinion the best burgers and hotdogs in the greater Boston area. No frills just great quality products. The staff is always nice, and when I was a broke college student they always held it down!

Quick dogs, burgers, fries and shakes. What made me love this stop though was Pat and his family working inside Casey's. They offered great conversation and service. The original train car used as a diner made for a great atmosphere. You can feel the history of the family and the location. Stop in for a dog, all around.

My only major complaint is that the space is cramped. It's a nice spot otherwise. Lots of burger selection, plus other sandwiches and some other things.

Had the best club sandwich and muffin here. We had a weekend stay in Natick and dropped by Casey twice. If you want a lovely, cozy atmosphere, great food and wholesome conversations, definitely check it out. Only cash, though.

I have been going to Casey's for years since I was a young lad. Recently this week and a last time a few months ago I was in the area and had to stop for a quick bite. Seems like they have change the hotdog manufacturer. Dogs aren't the same, taste isn't the same and no snap when you bite into them...very disappointed:( Will give it one more try next time I'm in the area.

Had a phenomenal time here, burgers made fresh to order, delicious hot dogs with a great snap, tasty and simple, good coffee, great pie, overall solid experience. Shout-out to Tyler and the rest of the staff who made us feel like family and made great conversation as well as offered us great customer service! Looking forward to my next trip here!!

Been coming here for 38 years love it, I drive in from Boston regularly for burgers and dogs. Cool little train caboose with very old time feel and decor.

A bulwark of classic New England hot dog cart history! I am always happy to see that nothing much has changed when I come back to Casey's over the years, which is very much the point of the establishment. You can always count on a hot dog with all the toppings & celery salt. Hamburgers are deliciously messy and the dessert options are perfect comfort food. I do like seeing the place slowly try new things out, like longer breakfast hours and more online integration - but it's done very honestly and keeps Casey's feeling like a hometown time capsule.

It is the burger place in town. As for hotdogs, I don't eat hotdogs, but everyone I know who does says they are the best dogs around. Go here if you are in Natick. The people are friendly, the atmosphere is warm, and the food is the best.

Freshly made burgers to order and better than any fast food chain. Vanilla shakes are very good too.

Great hot dogs! They would not give us a milkshake split into 2 cups for the kids, and only offered a second straw. The 5 year old can only have a little, and we didn't want to swap germs. So if you have small children you may want to bring an extra cup.

This is a 4th generation dinner with no nonsense quick service. Had hotdogs and chips and these were great for a quick lunch. Next time I’m near Natick center I’ll definitely stop by.

Casey's is a gem. BTW, Dana Grandoni, it is not a converted train car. It was originally a small diner with a few stools, and it was a horse driven diner. This diner was built maybe 30-40 ? years later by Worcester Lunch Car Co. My grandmother, from Swellesley, born 1900, told me stories how she remembered the original cart pulled by horses, and Mr. Casey serving hots dogs. I've been going to Casey's since I was 4 years old. For a special treat, my grandmother, drove us from Newton for these delicious burgers and dogs as a treat. Some kids went to McD's, we gladly got Casey's!! I remember looking forward to a cold orange soda with my burger, and sometimes a hot dog too. My brothers and I ended up there after burying our Mother, so many wonderful memories, we told my sister in law all about Casey's. It was bitter sweet. Must visit soon. The menu has grown, but I know what I want.

This is a no BS - straight forward diner. Easy counter or walk up service with quick and delicious burgers and hot dogs. The staff are all so friendly and the food is quick and delicious. I also recommend the milkshakes if you still have room. Cash only.
