Best shaved ice I’ve ever had !! Must try place with lots of gluten free options and an amazing owner 10/10

Went to this shop for the first time today, 7/21/24 with a group of ladies to celebrate a birthday, all I can say is this place is great!!!, the shaved snow was beyond my expectations, the manager was friendly, attentive and just all around nice. I just wish there was a shop closer to me but this one is 35 minutes away. I will be back.

I brought a group of ladies to this place. I want to say we were expecting Ice cream and were disappointed to hear the word shaved snow.. But it was AMAZING!!!! All 15 women were thrilled. If you have never tried shaved snow this is your chance!!! The staff was wonderful too!!!

What true treat! I met Daniel the owner who shared that the delicious desserts were gluten free as well as lactose free. Tasted amazing and I will be back! You even get a little inspiration written on your cup!

Ive been wanting to try this spot for awhile now. Today I finally did and I do not regret it. We ordered the loaded fries, hot dog and the chocolate peanut butter shaved snow......OMG! Food was great however the shaved snow was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!! I've never tasted anything quit like it. You better believe we will definitely be back. Actually that shaved snow may be my new addiction!!! The owner was there today and he was super attentive and very helpful! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

First time coming here and everything was awesome. The service was amazing and the Dulce De Leche milkshake is excellent! Would definitely come back for more.

I’m not a fan of ice cream but I am definitely having another Churros shake. Lactose free and the flavor was amazing. Plus you get amazing service. Highly recommended

Edit 2024- Not sure what has happened, but after living out of town for a while, I came back to visit with my mom- what a huge difference. I am very disappointed. The flavors/ menu for the snow has changed and I didn't like it, and my mother ordered one flavor but received a different flavor instead. We had ordered to-go but were given for there- not a big deal in general but it was over 80° inside which is not a respite from this summer heat. The card machine wasn't taking my mom's card (it wouldn't read the chip or tap) so we elected to pay cash and he tried to charge us more than what the card reader had said we'd have to pay. The gentleman working didn't give us change until my mother asked for it, then he gave us the wrong change. He tried to explain that the price was correct but after he looked at the machine he saw that it was in fact not correct. Both my mother and I have worked as bookkeepers so we are good with money and know how to do math and don't like people trying to pull one over on us with money. As we were walking out he handed my mom a card that she later told me was for a free snow but I doubt we will be back, especially considering I have moved out of town and am the reason we came here to begin with because I had liked it so much in the past. I am so so sad that this visit back to the area went this way when I was really looking forward to this treat. While this place has lost my business, I hope in the future they get back to what they used to have going on because this used to be a great place to go for a treat. I guess everything changes. First review: TRY IT FOR YOURSELF!!! I'd been wanting to come for a while and am glad I finally did! I wish I would've gotten the name of the gentleman working, he was so friendly and helpful for it being my first time visiting, and he deserves a shout out! The flavor creations are so interesting and the presentation is second to none, even when getting something to go. I got the vampire penguin (seemed like the right first choice as it shares the name of the establishment, was NOT disappointed- the rich green tea and red bean flavors balanced perfectly with the sweet strawberry, and I loveeee the almond crunch), as well as a strawberry boba (I have had boba before, I like fruit flavors). I can't wait to go back and try more delicious creations, and maybe even eventually try making one myself with their "create your own" option- but if you want to try one of theirs I highly recommend! One of the best dessert spots, health conscious, great price point! My mouth is watering thinking about when I'll be able to go back for another treat! Update 2023- when I first came the place had a different name but I recently popped back in and they have even more items (Hot pretzels, Hot dogs, Hot CHURROS!) as well as new shakes and of course, the snow. I still think the snow is one of the best desserts ever created and I'm happy there's a local place that serves it.

The customer service is top notch! The hot dog was amazing! The butterscotch latte is Oh M GEe!!! Definitely come check them out! It was so good, you only get to see half of it!

We walked in just for a quick ice-cream and we met lovely and very artistic man-Daniel. We have discovered an amazing spot where desserts and shakes are even much better than they look in the pictures. It's definitely must visit place in New Port Richey.

Stopped in the other day for a afternoon treat with the family for the first time. The staff was so welcoming and friendly and helped us ordering. The snow was so light and refreshing! It was the perfect cool down on a hot day. We will definitely be back! Love that there is gluten free options as well since one of us is celiac!

Stumbled into this place to celebrate my new job with my son and WE LOVE IT!!!!!!! We are Reese’s lovers but this shake was FAR better. We also got to try the snow in peanut butter too and it was just as good!

Hot day out and about, called for cool refreshing treats. Shaved ice and snow was a foreign concept for me, but it was great!! Tasted four creations and they were delicious. I think the "Mexican Candy " was creative, sweet and spicy! The owner was very friendly and helpful. This is much more than an ice cream shop. 32 Below FLa is a hidden gem in downtown New Port Richey. Next to the Dented Keg.

I was immediately welcomed when my friend and I walked in. The guy working was very nice and asked us if we needed help with anything and explained some things on the menu to us. I got a reese’s shake and my friend got the funnel cake; both were so delicious! We will be coming back asap lol

The guy who helped us was super helpful and really nice. My son wasn’t sure at first but with one bite his exact words were “this hits different! It’s soooooo good mom!!!”. It’s light airy and still so full of the flavor you expected! Shaved snow gets a 10/10 from us. The smores was amazing!

One of my favorite places in New Port Richey! The dessert here is heavenly! Daniel the owner is very kind and considerate, he even plays Elvis music for me when I dine in😊 I have not met a frozen snow I have not loved! Keep adding extra Peanut butter sauce!

Very good fluffy “icecream” ! the strawberry cheesecake was my favorite. the funnel cakes are amazing! owner was very nice as we showed up a few minutes after he closed and turned everything off, he turned everything back on and he made us our fluffy “icecream”. definitely a shop worth while that should be checked out!

What a find! We came across this little gem by pure luck. At first glance 32 degrees exterior doesn't seem like much. However the charm and engagement you receive from Daniel and staff are 2nd to none. He and his staff are awesome and extremely helpful. That being said. The delights served are uniquely made, delicious and beautiful. You can't help but want to post pictures and comment about this place. I cannot wait to try more of the treats... so many different flavors, so little time.

Anytime I have company in from out of town I bring them here. The food, ice cream, milkshakes and smoothies are amazing. It is such a great lil spot to go and hang out at. The staff is always friendly. Enjoyed myself every time I have been there.

Place was very nice and clean upper class setting Cons: *The Chicken and Waffles were disappointing I thought I was going to get wings like the picture but instead I got 7-11 gas station nuggets...😂 The Waffle was cold.🥶 The (Seasoned fries) were unfortunately bland. I would suggest an extra waffle or more fries because the size of the meal was fit for a child. Pros: *The Butter Pecan pie shaved Snow dessert was a success by far. Everyone's experience is different I just tell mines from my eyes and tastebuds. The service was Awesome. 👍🏾 Atmosphere is definitely family oriented. Great place for a night time treat to kill time with the kiddos. Or date night after dinner.

Favorite new spot. The chicken and waffles is AMAZING HANDS DOWN. And the hotdog was PERFECT. SERVICE IS A1 and he makes u feel like family from the moment u walk in. Great atmosphere good music games to play rather u are a kid or old like me but a kid at heart. I will b back for sure, over and over again.. YOU HAVE A GREAT SPOT MY MAN KEEP UP THE HARD WORK. Food was great my husband got chicken and waffles with fries and along with the same meal I received a chili cheese hot dog for $1 the prices were definitely great anywhere else you would’ve paid way more for the chili cheese hot dog. We will definitely be coming back again. :)

Fun, different take on shaved ice. Great flavor! The mango/watermelon was my favorite. It is pricey but it's a novelty so it was worth it to us. The owner was the one who made our treats and he was very friendly and personable and had good conversation. Try it if your in the area!

Wow! We tried the mixed berry smoothie, strawberry tea with boba and a funnel cake. They were all amazing! Service was excellent and the location is awesome being right across from the park. We will definitely be back on a regular basis!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Customer service is unbeatable! We went in shortly before closing, forgot 1 thing out of our large order and he literally offered to deliver it to our house after hours!!!!! Not to mention the treats were so yummy, we got a little bit of everything because it was our first time. The bubble waffle is definitely a fun choice! This was our first time here and I was EXTREMELY impressed. I had the Watermelon juice/smoothie. Iy tasted like fresh pressed juice and I will DEFINITELY be ordering this on the regular. I also had the peaches and cream snow with ice cream in the center and, to be honest, the snow was the best part 😋! My hubby had the hotdog and said the flavor was AMAZING! I was surprised at the size. The only recommendation is to get a larger, softer bun. The hot dog itself is so delicious that it needs a good bun to get the best experience. Offering a smaller size in the snow would be convenient. My husband and I would've gotten 2 smaller ones rather than 1 large. Everything was so good. You can tell that they care about their customers and the quality of food that they offer. We will definitely be back and I recommend you give it a try! ❄️🧃🌭

I had high hopes for this place, but it was pretty disappointing. The snow dessert was just okay. The drinks are premade powders, so you can't change the sweetness level. My family got a few snow ice desserts and I got the chai tea boba drink. It was WAAAYYYY too sweet. I even asked the attendant to please pour out some of my drink and add water. That still didn't help. I ended up dumping the drink after 2-3 tiny sips. You'd be better off going to one of the nearby ice cream shops instead for dessert. There's two within walking distance. Edit for for owner's response: I believe you may be trying to air a grievance with another customer as I never ordered a matcha beverage....Additionally, the customer service actually wasn't amazing like you said. It took some time for us to be greeted when we entered as there was no one at the front of the shop. We stood and looked around until we were greeted by a young lady. Additionally, she failed to mention that one of the ingredients for the desserts we ordered was unavailable until we asked about the specific ingredient - coconut pieces. As for my drink, even the young lady told me the chai tea was a powder tea premade in the morning... I stand by my original review above in addition to what I've shared in this edit.
