I've tried the coffee, tea, lemonade and energy chillers. All are amazing! The service is super fast and everyone is friendly. The prices are so much cheaper than the other chain coffee joints.

one of the top coffee places in baton rouge. it is always consistent, and the customer service matches that too especially from Timere. she is always there to brighten someone’s day, and really strives to accommodate the customers wants and needs.

Hi, I absolutely loved 7 brew when they came to Baton Rouge. I’ve told soo many people about it , but today was by far one of my least favorite experiences. Today I wasn’t sure what I wanted to order , the tall gentleman didn’t have any recommendations or as little as a small greeting to make me feel like he want me in line. You must be sure to ask for light ice here. It’s unfortunate after 8 sips my drink is done and I have a cup of ice left over. Lastly my other visits everyone ensure I provide my phone number. I’m assuming this worker doesn’t know about the rewards program. I ended up forgetting. Moral is I just hope that you all keep that same friendly upbeat service to continue to satisfy your customers and allow space for new customers to experience.

We order 4 iced coffee and with the first sip we tasted it was spoiled milk. We work in the medical field and coffee is an essential part of our morning. We could never get in contact with the place. It left a horrible taste in my mouth and I felt like I’m going to vomit. I wonder how many others were given spoil milk. This is highly disappointed bc we are the biggest lovers and are always ordering. This is a big hazard and I’m just disappointed

Last minute we needed iced coffees and smoothie- our barista "Diesel" was SO enthusiastic and friendly and the drinks were very good and well.priced- very happy with our first visit !

They make you feel like you're friends. They listen to you, ask how you are, and make amazing drinks! I love to get the Macha chiller with peppermint and chocolate drizzle. It tastes like a mint chocolate chip drink. 🥰 Great service always!

I love 7 Brew! There is always good vibes, great music, and everyone is so friendly! It always puts a smile on my face. The lady that took my order recommended a white chocolate, sweet and salty (caramel), honey chiller. This is exactly the sweet drink I was looking for. I highly recommend this for my sweet drinkers (:

I discovered this coffee shop on TikTok and decided to give it a try. Since then, I haven't been going to Starbucks for my coffee fix. The coffee here doesn't make me feel tired, isn't too sweet, and even when the ice melts, it still tastes great. My go-to drink is the iced Blondie with caramel drizzle and sweet cream on top, which I always pair with a blueberry muffin top. The staff is always helpful and ready to suggest new items from the menu, which makes trying them out easy. I also appreciate their points system for earning freebies.

I was in the area this morning due to my son having a procedure early this morning. After driving an hour to get to my destination, I decided to stop at the 7 brew on essen I noticed on my way home. I asked the lady for a suggestion but I just wanted an extra shot of expresso because I was so tired. I told her I was excited about the new seven brew Opening in hammond because it's closer to my home , she kindly asked me what brought me out this way and I told her. She looks at my son and tells him Hello, and I hope you starts feeling better and kindly tells me today's drink will be on the house. She absolutely made my day. I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name to recognize her for such great service and kindness. I wish you all the best in life.Thank you again🥰

If Google allowed 10 stars, yall would surely get. Just stopped by for a 7-Energy with Pineapple&Mango(delicious BTW yall try it) But the reason for the 10 stars is the atmosphere and this guy Tyler in lane one. Dudes got the customer service make ya smile enjoy your visit vibe. Whole staff is great, but keep hiring people like him!

The staff here is friendly. The service is fast. The drinks are so good! The prices aren't bad either. Plenty of drink, and flavor add in combinations to choose from. I rank them up there with some of the pricier, and well known coffee brands. I will be visiting frequently!!

The workers are literally amazing. Tamir helped me and she was outstanding. She was so nice and sweet and she saw my baby seat in the car and said “kiss the baby for me!” Omg it just melted my heart. That’s how you earn tips and build relationships. Love her. Will be going back more often

I ran up on this coffee shop by accident because everything was closed on Easter and I must admit the coffee was great. I ordered a caramel macchiato cold, and the price was cheaper than Starbucks and Dunkin’s. it was so good that I came back before heading home with my family and order them something as well.

FAST. FRIENDLY. DELICIOUS. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes with 4 cars in front of me. Starbucks better watch their back.. no more waiting in long lines, paying for overpriced average coffee with boring workers.

Very friendly staff... High energy is super contagious and I love it. Great variety of items. I love the black tea with mango and pineapple flavor add on. The coffee is a great eye-opener and picks me up anytime of the day.

No matter which 7 Brew you stop at, service and food are consistent. It's the BEST. And you don't have to worry about getting wet if it's raining when you roll down your window. Your whole car is covered!

This place deserves 5 stars all around! The service & atmosphere is PERFECT!! *chefs kiss* I wish I would have gotten everybody’s name! My dogs & I went for a before work coffee & we were immediately greeted with excitement! Even though it was a cold day out. They even offered pup cups without me having to ask! Which came with a doggy treat inside - my pups LOVED it! The coffee is the perfect amount of sweetness for me, but I love how you can specify the level of sweetness if you wanted. This will become my regular coffee shop! Service like this should not go unnoticed, keep up the great work!! 🫶🏻

💕🫶🏼 this 7 brew is so special I drive from NOLA just to visit and show love. The service here is always stellar & the variety of options they have here are to die for. I love getting the sparkling refreshers or energy drinks with lavender or watermelon. Finally decided to leave a review after the spectacular service my friend and I got from the viet cutie!!! Didn’t get her name but the way she was so friendly, upselling foam, and even giving drink recommendations just SCREAMED she loved her job! 💕 thank you for making our night before our drive back to Nola sis!!!

I’ve been here several times. The staff is always nice, but the last two times I’ve been recently, the two guys that walk up to take your order were cutting me off mid sentence when trying to order. Im pretty basic: i always order an iced vanilla latte with oat here, but this time i did want to switch it up, so unfortunately i did have questions. I wouldn’t jump the gun and say that they were being rude, but I’d say slow down a bit & have a little more patience. Overall taste of the latte is pretty good - better than Starbucks, but not better than CCs in my opinion. Still a great place nonetheless and i love that their latte’s are affordable!

I was put on this place from my girlfriend. Never been a fan of ice coffee, but fell in love with the chocolate moca. I can't speak for the customer acknowledgement of other locations but C'mon Essen Lane, I only been here 3 times in my life and I do tip each time I've been. The issue is Your website says you're open at 5:00AM, (M-F) 5:30AM (S-S). How am I suppose to know this liston l location opens at 5:30AM (M-F) If you don't let me know at the window? No eye contact, No greeting, avoided all forms of communication like the plague. Unfortunately, I can't wait till 5:30 because of my fluctuating schedule. I really want to keep doing business because I like the product. But someone needs to look into that website time if it's not accurate. And a little communication goes a long way. Thanks.

i LOVE this place. i would sell my firstborn to keep going to 7brew for the rest of my life. all the workers are so nice, and every drink i’ve gotten has been better than the one before im not even lying.

This is ridiculous! I ordered a Large coffee and look how much they gave me! I want my money back! This is a rip off! They didn't fill the widest part of the cup and I clearly ordered a large! I never ask for just a lil bit of coffee! I paid almost $4 and they have the heart to just give me this lil? How dare they charge me for a LARGE cup.

This place is the Chick-fil-A of coffee. They are a well oiled machine. In and out in no time with delicious coffee. Their seven pass membership is actually good too.

Friendly staff, quick service. Beyond that, the whole set up seems to be designed for people who prefer their coffee shops to resemble some sort of weird hybrid between a night club and a car wash.

This was the most well run coffee drive through I’ve ever been to. I was beyond impressed with the number of employees out taking orders, it was incredible - like a chik fil a drive through.

I was recommended by a friend who lives close by. And I do not regret it! The atmosphere and vibes are EVERYTHING!!! I didn't get his name, but the guy who helped me decide on what to get as a first timer made it super easy, comfortable and fun. The coffee itself was perfect as well. Definitely recommend!

In town for a day due to husband having a procedure at nearby hospital and needed a cup of coffee bc the hotel stuff was awful 🤢 Drove through and service was fast, friendly, and efficient! Ordered a medium hot sugar free blondie with coconut milk and it was fabulous!

Very very very chatty staff. Tip: not everyone wants to chat with you guys at 6am, or tell you where we are going , where we work, etc. Anywho, the coffee used to be great, but now my coffee is always watery or taste really odd. Kind of hit or miss. I really miss the baristas they had when they first opened, the coffee was a dream !

BEST. COFFEE!! It’s so conveniently located off Essen (and at that light, you can turn and take a back way in to avoid immediate Essen traffic). My coworkers and I get it minimizes 3 times per week. Their point system adds up fast, so you can get a free coffee/drink every so often. I also love that there is milk alternatives! Everyone is always very nice and personable, and the atmosphere is very trendy (but in a cool way!)😍🤩

I had to write a review immediately after visiting here. This coffee is the best I’ve had in Baton Rouge! It’s better than CC’s, which has suffered in quality over the years, and miles ahead of the bland Starbucks coffee. I ordered a hot blondie with oat milk and it’s so delicious. Creamy and not overly sweet and a medium coffee flavor. The only negative is the drink was a little hotter than I prefer (160 degrees is my sweet spot but I didn’t want to sound too difficult on my first try). I would definitely recommend and will return. Update: I still enjoy getting coffee here as the employees are very friendly. But the quality has dropped off since I first reviewed the location. I rate it a 4 star as a result.

My absolute favorite place in the world! I was never a coffee fan until I tried 7 brew! The workers are so friendly and very quick. I go to 7 brew at least 3-4 times a week and have never had a bad experience. 10/10 every time! Keep up the good work guys!
