Excellent amnesties & people. Love the houses.

Quick trip for slurpee for my wife. Got to the counter and cashier was so friendly and pleasant. Reminded me to enter phone number and slurpee was only $1.07. Got gas here the other day. Great place for quick in and out.

Despite ongoing construction, and the fact Hurricane Ian is over - lack of fuel seems to plague this location.

Good convenient store location,some employees are really professional and are always with a smile but the manager itself is rude always has a frown on her face like it bothers for a customer to come in and when buying some food she wants to give the customer what she wants to give you not what the customer wants really poor lack of professionalisim and all definitely not ever going again because of her and definitely not recommending this place unless I don't see her there

Despite ongoing construction, my local 7-Eleven maintains excellent service. The staff is attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Despite the temporary inconvenience, I highly recommend this 7-Eleven for its impressive service.

I believe that open and honest communication is essential for the growth and improvement of any business, which is why I feel compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, I have encountered instances where the owner of the store the store manger has displayed a noticeable lack of respect, rudeness, and a general disregard for the well-being of customers. Such behavior not only detracts from the positive atmosphere your business strives to create but also reflects poorly on the overall customer experience. I definitely see why your turnover for employees are out the roof, but I pray you and your company have the profit you deserve.

Employees were nice but getting propane was a hassle. Employee told me it was too hard to open the propane cage and it hurts her shoulder. Not sure why propane is offered, if it’s this difficult. Drove to Racetrac. Sorry but I’m going elsewhere for propane after this experience but will still purchase gas here.

The customer service at the Gateway location was terrible. My brother in law and myself went for lottery tickets. The young man behind the counter was not only rude, but made us feel unconfortable. For reference only, early 20's with long fake eyelashes. My BIL asked for $10 in quick picks, followed by $20 in quickpicks. Zero interaction, just blank stares then he started dancing. I then asked for the same, $10 in quickpicks, followed by $20 in quickpicks. He printed $40 worth of tickets and insisted that is what I asked for. Mistake..maybe, but he printed each ticket individually. When I asked why, he stared at me and did, I asked again and he replied I did not specify not to do that and that is what he wanted to do, followed by a quick you are welcome. I told him I didn't say thank you and he then informed me I would not be helped in the future...ok, see ya

Paula with white hair is sooo rude snatched my drink out my hand

I love our community 7-Eleven! The staff is constantly working fast to assist the increased amount of morning customers, and they are always kind and friendly in the process. The leader, Paula, makes me feel like I’m part of the 7-Eleven family. She goes out of her way to ensure that she has the product you’re looking for. I enjoy their items very much!

Great deal on gas! If you sign-up on their APP, you not only get points but for 7 gas fills, you get .11 cents OFF per gallon!

I am posting a 2/5, while overall the store itself is fine - there is 1 in customer service here who made the whole trip unpleasant. There is a woman, blonde, older who works there and she's quite unpleasant. In fact, rude. We are newer to the Gateway area, but when I went to pay for gas inside she scoffed at me and stated, "You know you save more if you would just go pay at the pump?" I stated to her about skimmers and I did not want to risk it, she retorted back "Oh please, we have all new machines here. It would be something if that happened here." She took my card and I typed in my number to use my rewards and she said "oh my goodness! you have 17,000 points! What are you doing? you need to use those!" I stated we do and we had more, however, she came back with "wow well that's insane. You need to get on the ball more - go download the 7-11 app" She does still work there and has since not given me a tongue lashing about my points and/or paying inside for gas, however, I would like to bring this to someone's attention.While I do not know her name, the full address to the 7-11 is 12011 Gateway Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33913

Some of the staff is rough, no hello or more importantly a thank you. Pretty sure these behaviors can be taught by the owners without any additional expense. Come on Gateway 7-eleven you can do better!

relatively clean store, staff not always the best or friendly. love nate, he's always ready to serve with a smile and he's cute to boot . stop by and see him. great service .

I love this place. I go here all the time the staff knows me really well but sometimes the staff has their days but we all do. I just love this 7-11 and I don’t plan on going to another one

Not the happiest or friendlies staff. Always open day and night. Good for a quick coffee in the morning, quick shopping for milk or eggs, or stop in for late not snacks.

It's exactly what you'd expect—an average 7-Eleven. The staff here are quite helpful and the product range is good, but not great. Gas here is generally above the average price for its location. The location can be difficult to access from Gateway Boulevard.

I live right the corner from this store and it really is a hassle to drive to a farther store but I have to. So far service is great but prices on everything are outrageous.... guess they charge more for transport of goods from what I'm told.... bunch of bologna!

This one is very clean and has lots to choose from.
