Not the best. Service was lackluster at best and the food was bland. Will definitely check out other local options. Went back for another try and service was still not good, but the food was a bit better... after it finally arrived.

Very extensive menu and everything looked reasonably priced, $11-$17 for full meals. Quickly received chips and salsa followed shortly by our drinks. I believe that beef burrito was the way to go. The restaurant was fairly empty on a Friday night and I’m betting it becomes a little uncomfortable if every table is full. But the food was plentiful and tasty. We will definitely go back next time we are in the area as it is a bit of a drive to visit regularly.

Server was awesome, the margarita machine was extremely loud and annoying, Food was below average, bland and unremarkable,no spicy salsa was available.

Not sure what is going on, we have been coming here since friend's brought us three years ago and we loved it. The last couple of times the food has be OK but not like it used to be, the chips and salsa are great if you ask for the green salsa also but, the cleanliness is just terrible and we were the only ones in the place for 1/2 hour. We will give it one more try and hopefully don't have to move on.

My family and I often chose this restaurant over many in the area. There is no Mexican food restaurant that compares in Florida in my opinion- everything is so full of flavor and authentic. Coming from California it was hard to find real, good Mexican food.. and this definitely might be better! The tacos are amazing and my favorite is the chile relleno. Rice and beans are the best! And tortillas are home made. Couldn’t ask for a better go to restaurant!

This restaurant is situated in a commercial area, so can be a bit tricky to find. We arrived at 5pm mid week to check out the Happy Hour. The restaurant was not busy and we were quickly seated. Selected drinks and appetizers were slightly discounted for Happy Hour, not a great deal. Margaritas were from a machine, but still passable. We started with complimentary salsa and tortilla chips. A great starter with our drinks. Casa Lupita makes their own hot sauce (which you have to ask for). It is delicious but not for the meek when it comes to hot. A drop or two added to the salsa really kicked it up. We had the Lupita's Enchiladas (chicken, served with a combination of green, mole and white sauce) and my the chicken Quesadillas. They were served hot and were very enjoyable. Portions are generous, so we had enough for '"take away". Service overall was very good. Overall, this was a good experience and we will return to enjoy the food.

First time here. Sat on patio. Everything was wonderful- server,appetizer, main meal,and took home desserts. Only disadvantage is restaurant's tucked away and hard to see even in strip mall.

I ordered the fundido queso and chorizo app on uber eats thinking it would be just regular queso with chorizo. The uber driver did take a while to deliver my food, but i still was not expecting to receive just a cup of completely solid block of mozzarella. Why would anyone order a solid block of mozzarella.

What a wonderful dining experience. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. We sampled a variety of dishes such as posole, gorditas, tacos, quesadillas, rice and refried beans. The freshly made salsas and chips were tasty as well! They even had a super popular wet burrito. Almost every table had at least one. Lol! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Casa Lupita is a hidden gem. The small front dining area is misleading as the back dining room is cozy. The food is amazing. Queso and chips comes with fresh bread. I got the super tacos with al pastor, amazing hand made tortillas real spicy sauce on side. Wife got enchiladas mix, they were drowned in sauce but also excellent flavors. Service is amazing as well!

I've been going here for over 10 years. Love the authentic food and the environment is always nice.

The waitress added a service fee for our family of six! We got the check and good thing I noticed the extra 18 dollar fee. I never heard of that bed before unless it was a party of 8 or more. It was an automatic 18 percent tip, she never said anything to us so we were about to tip again another 20 percent on top of that. Yikes! Seemed deceiving .

Looking for great and exciting tastes? This is the place! I am very critical of places I eat because people read my reviews. This little place is the bomb, look at the desserts also the owners make their own designs. Forget portion control you will need a box to take home the leftovers. We've been hard pressed to find decent Mexican food in the area. While it wasn't the 5 star experience (food wise) we personally were looking for, it was still a fabulous experience. The food could use a little more heat/spice, other than that, it was amazing. I had the wet burrito (aka smothered burrito) and my hubby had the chimichanga which would have been better if served smothered. The chips are hands down the best I've ever had at a Mexican place but the salsa they served it with was lacking flavor and heat. The service was tremendous. Overall we will definitely be back.

Absolutely love this place!! The food is amazing, and beyond filling portions. We have been multiple times and have yet to have less than an amazing experience! My second time here for lunch since I work across the street and I love this little hidden place. They give you a 10% discount if you work around there too. They may be short staffed but the people there are great and so is the food! So far I have had the big steak burrito and their cheese quesadillas are the best. Came here on my lunch break placed an order to go order the ahogada torta.. Let me just say Oh My Gosh! It was so delicious, the sauce is on point the carnitas is perfect, tender and had all flavor. This Torta came with beans and cheese as well and it was all perfect. I only ate half it's so big I had to take the other half home. My fiancé ate it and he was amazed. We will definitely be back. The young man that took my order was so friendly all the workers are amazing. Ohhhhh and the cakes here WOW! I'll be buying a custom cake from here for sure. Beautiful one oh a kind cakes. Visited here for the first time tonight as we wanted something close by. Upon arrival at approx 7pm on a Friday night I noticed restaurant was only approx 20% occupied. That typically is a sign that the establishment is not very good. Staff was courteous and professional. Ordered the Chile Relleno and the chicken and steak fajitas. Food was average at best, lacked flavor. I had ordered a sweet tea and when I asked for a refill, waitress indicated that they were out of tea so would I like something else. I then ordered a Diet Coke, and upon receiving the final bill they charged us for 3 drinks……unbelievable. Decided not to argue about that as I felt sick to my stomach from the food and ended up going home to use the bathroom. Don’t plant to visit again nor would I recommend.
