The homemade donut holes are amazing!, The bakery is Amish owned. Service is great, the lines are long, they move quickly. There is so much to choose from. There is plenty of free parking, they are closed on Sundays.

Ordered cupcakes and cake for my sons birthday and they matched the theme perfectly. Cake tasted great too with a reasonable price!

The most lowest level tasting Sugar Christmas cookie ever. They most certaintlty extended the MD.crab season ,as for it tasted like a dip in the bottom of a steamer. May have passed if they were shaped like crabs.. God awful ,the worst bakery purchased product ever. Also bought the "ressee peanut butter bars" .. wonder how ressee's feels about the copyright infringement? No , zero , zilch dates on thier products.. aka...use your ahead folks.The "- - - -" sits untill the next wknd.

Sat 10/21 I bought a Beehive cake and it was very dry. $10.25 and very disappointed. There was one slice of the cake on the shelf that looked like it had a lil mold on it. I've only bought from them one other time with no problems but a lil eary now as to whether l will buy again.

I typically do not purchase baked goods here. However, excellent angel cake recently. Sticky buns were, in the past, undercooked. Not the case lately, very, very good!

This is the best Amish bakery ANYWHERE with the BEST white cream donuts and cakes!!! Period. Yes, I've tried everybody else's bakeries and bake departments in Walmart and all the supermarkets, this place walks away with the prize.

My family and I tried the donuts here for the first time and they are amazing. They were all so tasty and they had a great amount of specialty donuts. It's unfortunate we're a far drive from there but we'll definitely be back.

They have the best donuts anywhere. They must be using an old fashioned recipe or maybe its just the love they put into it all but we find their donuts to be the best anywhere. But be careful, too, because its so good eating their delicious donuts could become addictive. Yum!

Excellent pastries and if you're looking for donuts made fresh daily and are stuffed amply, this is the place to go. Miss Annie makes the most beautiful, moist, delicious cakes for that special occasion and has a great selection of ready made fresh cakes and pies, the whoopie pies are a real crowd pleaser for sure. I highly recommend A&R Bakery to all, they're open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday along with the rest of the vendors at the Farmers Market.

They have a nice selection and everything is very fresh. Their prices are good and their quality is excellent. I always get the cream filled and the salted caramel cream filled. Dunkin Donut REALLY needs a lesson from these folks. 😉 Best donuts I've ever had.

The largest donuts around. Big selection and always fresh. Hard to go to DD after having these donuts.

Whether you want bread, rolls, cookies, cinnamon buns, doughnuts, pies or cakes A&R is the place to go. It’s a shame they aren’t open more days every week, like Tuesday thru Saturday, they would be busy each and everyday.

They are only open Thursday thru Saturday, and I always stop to get one of their homemade donuts. So many flavors to choose from, and always fresh. They also have lots of other baked goods like breads, cakes, and pies.

The baked goods are very good. If you want doughnuts the lines are very long. Get there early. At one time they had a special weekly but one doughnut get one free they no longer have this. I no longer get coffee there because of this reason. Many people have now just go to the WAWA for coffee because of this reason.

I have been going to this bakery for YEARS now. They donuts have always been good and a great deal. A half dozen is only $5. They used to have a promo for the "donut of the week", where it was buy one-get one up to 3 offers. I noticed about a month or so ago that they no longer have a "donut of the week" promo. I also noticed that the size of the donuts have seemed to have gotten a little smaller on occasion. I wondered IF the business has been bought out or is under new management. I have seen a new face there the last few times I have been in. The donuts still taste the same and that is what is important, so I will continue to shop here. Tried the sticky bun recently as I had a coupon for a free one & was not impressed. I will stick with the donuts. Their rolls and hamburger buns are also very good.

Longest line in town on Saturday mornings. Terrific pies and cakes, sticky buns, etc., you name it they make it on premises,, with a couple exceptions.

I normally get my donuts here every Friday for family and friends. Some of the ladies are more friendly with a smile than others. My kids love the donuts and most of them taste better than DD. They are always busy when I am here, but it's worth the wait in line.

I stop in here just about once a week to get donuts. We usually get a half dozen, which is $5. They have a nice selection & always have a "donut of the week". Donut of the week is "buy one, get one free". It is always a nice surprise IF it is one that you like! Our favorites are the glazed, cinnamon sugar raised, chocolate cake, apple filled and chocolate or vanilla glazed with sprinkles. I also stock up on rolls here. Their hot dog and hamburger rolls are really good. They freeze well too. I will often buy a few bags and freeze them. Then if I decide to have a last minute cook out, I already have the rolls! Rolls also are great for egg sandwiches in the morning! Overall, a nice Amish bakery. We love the donuts and rolls. They also sell breads, pies, cakes, cookies, muffins, etc. Prices are good. Products are great quality. Only downside is that they are only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday when the Dutch Country Farmer's Market is open since it is located inside the Amish market.

So many, many delicious offerings. You can choose all kinds of breads, pies, cakes, cookies, sticky buns, whoopie pies, bagels and the list goes on and on. What I really like is that they offer smaller portions such as a single slice of pie, cake or whoopie pie, or a half loaf of banana bread just to name a few. I have never been disappointed with anything I have purchased over the years. This is where you go for delicious Amish baked goods.

Amish run bakery that has a great variety of different baked goods (fresh breads, cookies, pies, cakes, dessert bars, whoopie pies, muffins and doughnuts)! Everything is made fresh daily and so delicious. The doughnuts are my favorite!

This bakery makes everything fresh Thursday to Saturday. Even though these are the only open days, the donuts and paste rise are wonderful. Get the Long John white cream donut. You will love it!

We've purchased breads, cheesecake, donuts, cookies - all have been excellent! There is an ever-changing variety of "sweet" breads (peach, strawberry, cherry) as well as sweets and savory breads. The "day-old" selection is also great - for bringing home and freezing for later!

This is an Amish bakery and the products they turn out are fantastic. They are only open Thurs, Friday and Saturday, so make sure you get enough to last the weekend. The pies, cakes and donuts will make you come back again and again.
