So good!! First time visiting, staff is great ice cream very tasty

liquid nitrogen is dangerous, as i should know. the ice cream is tasty but one time i went here i wound up with freezer burn on the roof of my mouth that took nearly 3 weeks to heal before i could eat without pain again. i no longer eat any sort of gimmicky foods like this because honestly, it's not worth the dangers involved. imagine if i had ingested it fully and damaged my stomach instead.... this place should have warnings(maybe they do now but then they did not) about liquid nitrogen mixed with foods. i feel like they'd lose a lot of business if they didn't have the gimmick though. my experience seems extremely rare, but if it happened to me it could happen to you.

What a cool spot to try if you're in the area, especially if you have kids. My 3 year old loved the nitro experience. The play area for the kids outside was also great! The girl was very friendly and explained the menu since it was our first time *bring socks if you're using the bounce house

Over the summer we hosted a Character Ice Cream Social that included literacy and prizes for families in the community right before National Ice Cream Day. It was an amazing time with a great turn out and students were so happy to read stories to each other while enjoying their ice cream. Thank you for partnering with us and allowing the joys of literacy alongside the joy of ice cream! We had a wonderful time and a great establishment. The families can't wait to do it again.

Been coming here from when they were a small establishment and really just enjoy their ice creams… tried many and all are delicious but my favorite is the coquito and add cherries and almonds. Staff is always friendly.

What a cool little place! Makes you almost wanna have kids again? Take them for an ice cream and they have a bounce house in the back how cool! The staff is super friendly and they have sugar-free options and I won’t spoil it for you when they make your ice cream and let’s just say something magical happens.

Went there off the Sunrail, wanted to try a new place. Ordered two Cheese Steak Combos, and were shocked how good they were. Ma is from Philly and she said that's the closest to down home Philly she had ever had in Florida.. The staff were all friendly asking how the food was and to let them know if we needed anything. Place is outdoor dining but have many large fans running. 103°f Heat Index on 08/12/2024 yet the fans kept us comfortable. Anytime we head to Kissimmee on the Sunrail we got a new stop.

I have visited abracadabra in 2015 and this past week. It is still an amazing fun place. All of the cashiers were nice and provide an excellent service.

This was neat! They freeze the cream while you watch. Tasted delicious too! Consistency, iisn't like normal ice cream, this is chewier. Highly recommend to go at least once. Especially if you have little Littles, 3 years old or so, they have bouncy houses and play houses.

The ice cream was good but the service was bad the girl had an attitude and she wasn’t talking and the bathroom smelled a little weird. But overall the ice cream was really good.

I came here for vacation and the ice cream was great. But the lady(medium long blond hair)that took my order had a unpleasant attitude, had a lot of faces to give and when I wanted to change my order without her beginning it so she didn’t have to restart the process she just looked at me in a disgusting way, rolled her eyes and just made it didn’t communicate the whole time even when I had to pay on top of that she did make one of my ice creams wrong but they gave me a new one so that was good ❤️!! but overall place was very nice to have your kids with they have bounce houses the bathroom did have a little weird smell to it but no biggie I guess I just hope she gets better at her customer service before y’all get more complaints!! just a ridiculous behavior that didn’t need to happen when family and children are there.

An interesting ice cream option. A little show when making your ice cream in front of you. Very delicious, sweet, with excellent texture. I ordered strawberries. My husband's rum and raisins Prices according to quality If you hate queuing to shop then this is not the place to come. Super recommended.

My over all review is a one based on not receiving a call back or a message back to the original post that I had posted and got blocked. So I’ll try again. The ice cream was amazing no complaints on that. the quality and taste of the ice cream that we were served was good.The young girl making our ice cream was snooty and just not nice or interactive at all she gave dirty looks and just seem to be very judgmental.. She also spilt the water on me which I had said oh no that got on me and stuck my shirt to my stomach. She laughed and walked off. Not saying anything so I did not think anything bad would have came of it. Once I got to the car and cooling off. I noticed my stomach was burning when I lifted up my shirt. I had a whole line of red Whelps on my stomach. At the time, I did not turn the car around and go back because my thought was what are they gonna do say sorry. I mean their attitudes while I was there truly gave the impression they wouldn’t have cared. So that’s that on that as for the atmosphere they have a very nice play area for children with blowups that they offer. If you’re paying customer you can spend an hour they’re playing. It is really nice for young ones. The building itself is small and there’s no air so as it fills it becomes very warm in there, I don’t recommend getting close to the ice cream being you may end up with 4th ° burn. they should probably put up some shields so this doesn’t happen again to other customers. I can only imagine if a child at that height counld have burned their face. Parking for the location is not the best. It’s on street was very full when we were there had to circle the block a couple times just to find a spot. won’t go back due to the lack of response from my injuries, but I would recommend their ice cream. It is very good. Just be very cautious Because it’s not very safe. I’m not looking for a handout because of what happened nor am I looking to pursue anything further I just simply wanted the company to know what happened to prevent this from happening to somebody else which might have already done, but I was just going by experience. I will say also this was supposed to be the highlight of my trip we used to live in Clermont Florida years ago when the original abracadabra opened up in that area. we were coming to vacation this year to Disney and some friends and family had told us they had an abracadabra in Kissimmee I talked it up so highly to my kids about how this had to be one of our number one stops and then to have this happen. In my previous post that got blocked. I had posted pictures of my injury. This time. I won’t post them and hopes that don’t get blocked so sorry for those who can’t see physical proof. 6 days later and my blisters are still there mostly scabbed over other then one spot that is pretty bad still. I just never could have imagined!!

Go here all the time with my family such a awesome experience watching them make the ice cream literally in front of you always fun seeing what they add definitely recommend anytime of the day

I come from a country with wide and high-quality gastronomy. We even have a wide variety of desserts and also ice creams. I can say that these ice creams are pretty good overall. Their weak point is the amount of sugar they have. They become cloying on the second bite or sooner. If they improve that, they would be champions in flavor. But the main weakness of this place is the attention provided by the employees. They show how little they want to be there serving the public and that deducts points when evaluating the experience of visiting ABRACADABRA.

My kids absolutely love this place. The ice cream Is perfect. The food is decent. The bounce house is fun. They sell socks if your kids forget them.

We came at lunch time. No line. Amazing process and taste! We got the banana split, almond joy. So good! The process is fun to watch. Seating is outside in the back and covered. There are 4 bounce houses for little ones. They have food too but we only got ice cream. Great spot!!!

I'm pregnant and was craving some ice cream and we decided to try this place based on the reviews. It did not disappoint. My husband has the Raspberry Waffle Crunch and I decided to go with coffee ice cream with almonds. Both were delicious and I love that they make the ice cream fresh in front of you with liquid nitrogen. Pretty cool. I though it was nice that out in the back they have tables and chairs for you to sit and enjoy your ice cream, and they also have bounce houses for the kids. I would definitely stop by this place again if we are in the area to try a new flavor

I tried vanilla ice cream for the first time and I loved it.

It's been a minute since I last visited, and it's nice to see that it is well maintained. It also had a face-lift over those years and looks better than I remembered. We stopped by for lunch and ice cream. It's unseasonably hot for May, and this spot has no AC, so ice cream is a great way to beat the heat. Eat first so you can enjoy your delicious treat, or you'll end up with a cup of cold soup in this heat! We ordered a cheesesteak and fries. It was light on cheez-wiz and light on flavor, so in hindsight, I might've asked for an extra drizzle of cheese over top. The bread was nice and toasty, and the fries were piping hot and well seasoned. If I had added a little salt/pepper to the sandwich meat, I think it would have elevated the flavor a bit for me. Its concession style food, so keeping it real, it was not greasy and enjoyed it for what it was. Pricing is reasonable, but parents with young ones should note that there is no kids' menu. A small ice cream will run you about $7 or so. That's the main event here, though, so no shade whatsoever. Standing at the counter, watching them mix your flavor choices, and enjoying the coolness of the vapor is part of the fun and eating it the best part. I went for the chunky monkey (their cream base, bananas, Nutella, and walnuts). Service was good, and the manager ensured that we enjoyed everything. If you come, wear comfortable, breathable clothing, even in shade it's mega warm. If I could make a suggestion of adding a few evaporative coolers (swamp coolers), it might be worth the investment to keep customers comfortable. Stay cool and enjoy the visit, it's really good ice cream!

I go there for the homemade ice cream. It's always a treat and you get a free treat for your birthday.

Good ice cream options and decent food for what it is. Staff is great, and it's not easy making ice cream all day in the way that they do. The smoke affect from making the ice cream is always cool for 1st timers and kids. I think they can have more potential and renovate one day. They should also consider a food truck and party service options.

Not as good as it once was. Some workers won’t smile, no matter how patient or how much you try to engage. Ice cream was okay, pretty hard and ingredients are canned fruits- not the fresh stuff. I’m talking to you strawberries and pineapple! The worst is Kissimmee evidently as put dumpsters along the road, so if you stay, you’ll eat ice cream while smelling a dumpster fire, which is incredibly unappetizing.

Join Lexi in Kissimmee! At abracadabra ice cream shop this is an amazing place. Awesome line out the door even late at night. First, you should choose it your size of ice cream and then you choose your base and it's going to be regular sugar-free or yogurt or whatever. Then you choose three toppings or a suggestion. Pictured are tutti fruity and banana split. Prepare to wait but the service is run quickly Asked what makes it extra cool is they make it with nitrogen so it gets an incredible texture. This is the best place in the area. We had to travel about 45 minutes to get here

Ice Cream Magic -- Abracadabra -- Boom!!! There's Ice Cream....No, for real!!!...so they mix your ice cream in front of you, they have nitrogen on the premises. Your ice cream is hand press made and mixed in front of your eyes (so is not sitting in a ready mixed buckets in a freezer counter with a window for days growing bacteria)...once in your hands, just go and ingest it while sitting in their nice outdoor patio right on their backyard, which by the way, has a beatiful kids playground. Bring your family and enjoy 😉

On holiday from England and quite by chance found this establishment, Oh you lucky Americans! Absolutely delicious Ice-cream, probably the best I have ever tasted, Any chance of a London branch soon ? Asked for Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jam and hey presto within minutes mine host delivered up a tub of Ice Cream Heaven . Thanks so much . I do so hope we meet again . Magnificent.

The service, the ice cream quality and the atmosphere is awesome. You have the option to create your own mix of flavors and toppings or use their pre-made suggestions. They have reasonable prices the experience of getting your ice cream right in front of you is a unique experience. Take friends who come to visit and they love it!!

I came back because of the delicious ice cream of course but a star worker LISANNY, she was absolutely incredible, kind , patient and knowledgeable. I originally wanted too do the Pina Colada but she recommended something new, exciting and lactose free. The salted caramel pretzel ! The best part is it was LACTOSE FREE , yes they have lactose free options Me and my best friend ended up getting the same flavor. Omg , I love sweet and salty so it was the perfect mix especially with the crunch YUM! I highly recommend trying this place out and of course giving Lisanny praise because she awesome and deserves it! We couldn’t finish it so she froze it for us as we left how awesome is she? They have a great outdoor seating available with bounce houses, food items available and arcade games inside!! I guess you could say this is a one stop show too a perfect Friday night especially if you have kids or you’re an adult who loves bounce houses? Lol anywho come check it out because the ambiance is chill, fun and a great place too hang with family or friends.

This place is amazing. I enjoy Abracadabra every time I visit my parents in Florida. They don't make ice cream like this in Kansas!

While the children were bouncing in the bounce houses the worker preceded to walk past the parents and address them for not wearing socks first (no sign says they must do so just says no shoes) and then came back because he didn’t like the bounce house moving around like a normal bounce house with children inside would. The sign also said we were to sign waivers that they never provided but did threaten the children with being kicked out all the while never addressing the parents. There was no reason to pass us if there was an issue nor should you have bounce houses if you don’t wish them played in. Completely unacceptable behavior for an adult to go after children playing normally and cause them to be highly upset because he didn’t like the way the bounce house was moving. So if you want your kids to play freely as children should I would avoid the hostile atmosphere of this place.

Service was very bad ice cream was ok. Person at the time placing the order didn't have patience. We had mentioned to him it was our first time. He really didn't care and never offered any options for us to have. Even though they have a menu but is not the same when you ask someone for some additional options. Won't be back
