What a gem of a find this place is! We called in for breakfast after finding Susana’s on Google Maps and we are already planning on when we can get back!! Spoilt for choice on the menu we opted for the breakfast bagel sandwich and the breakfast croissant sandwich along with a cheeky pancake to share!! Be sure to add Susana’s to your list of places to visit!

Place is great overall! The food was really, really good (I ordered the Cuban sandwich and it was very, very generous and great flavor)! The server could have been a little bit more attentive to detail, but Johana finished up service and was very nice and welcoming. The coffee shop is cozy, but the style and decorations seemed a little unplanned and not matching to one another. If you don’t care about that and you care about food, come to this place! Coffee was good but it’s definitely not a wow factor.

The breakfast tacos were so good!!! The eggs were cooked perfectly, not overcooked and rubbery. Strawberry lemonade was not good unfortunately, syrup was very artificial. Waffles were very fluffy and yummy.

1000000% recommended, excellent food and service, a spectacular place to spend with friends and family.

The restaurant itself was super cute & cozy but definitely gets busy! All of the staff were very kind and patient (considering we had a larger party and it was raining). The food was delicious and I would most certainly eat here again. My husband had the breakfast tacos and I had the cheeseburger.

Loved it! Forgot to take pictures of the food because we were hungry! The French toast and breakfast croissant were good! Emmanuel’s service was impeccable. First time here and was just visiting. We will be coming back! Also, got some pastries to go. The carrot cake and banana bread were huge!

Overall it was a good experience, very clean and beautiful atmosphere, attention to detail, cappuccino was excellent, I had the avocado toast and it was very good, my husband order 2 fried eggs and they were burned at the bottom the first time, it came with hush browns patties but he didn’t like them also the bacon was cold. Johana our server was very attentive and sweet, we will come back for sure. We loved the venue and the decoration, lovely old house.

came here after a long weekend before heading back home read the reviews got here and it was a little bit of a weight, but maybe it was because it was on Labor Day but either way it’s place was amazing. The people were nice. The food was amazing and make sure you get extra garlic sauce when you get therebreakfast burritos tacos the way to go for sure.

Susanna came to the table to see how everything was. my grandma said she likes the decor of the place but the coffees came out cold and the owners response was "we will make them hot next time you come." lol what a joke, im not a resturant owner but id come to the conclusion of asking the guest if u could heat them up. the hostess originally sat the party of 5 I was with at a 8 person table and then mid way through our breakfast we were told to move to a smaller table because a bigger party was coming in, so here we are movong our own drinks and platesto a different table. eggs were hard as a rock and the french toast and waffles were even harder. all the food and beverages thay were suppose to be hot came out of the kitchen luke warm if that. what a weird experience..

Our family visited this lovey little cafe whilst visiting from the UK on holiday. The staff were attentive and friendly and their pancakes and veggie omelettes were amazing. Would highly recommend.

Love love love this place. The staff were friendly, recommendations were on point and the food was excellent. We sat outside with our dog but went inside to use the restrooms and the ambiance was very appealing. I would recommend this restaurant 100 times over!!!

Let's start with the decor and ambience. You will feel like you walked into a friend's home, the easy relaxing jazz will make you feel at peace. The latte with peppermint hit the spot for me as the rich flavor of Costa Rica coffee filled my pallet. I had the French toast with fruit and was delicious. Our server Emmanuel was polite and helpful.

We’re visiting from ATL and were looking for a good brunch place. This place is really cute and has a nice ambiance. The coffee and food was amazing! I tried a couple different items and they did not disappoint. Our server, Emmanuel, only made the experience better, he was super attentive and helpful, and also had a good sense of humor and fun personality. 10/10 food and service, definitely recommend.

Found this place last minute, tourists from Atlanta, but this place is FREAKING BOMB. Coffee ON point. Arepas make you question you’ve tasted anything else you’ve had. The staff are super kind and accommodating. :)

I came from Atlanta Georgia, the cafe was very cute and clean, the coffee (iced vanilla latte) was perfect and so was the croissant sandwich + very filling. emmanuel was a great, attentive and funny waiter! 10/10 experience

Amazing ambience, people, and service!

A hidden gem in Kissimmee. The pancakes are divine, the coffee is clean and crisp, and the matcha, organic, reminiscent of Japan. The menu offers something for everyone and reasonably priced for such a top notch experience. The service is awesome and so friendly. The atmosphere is not to be missed, cozy, clean and passes the vibe check 1000%.

Susana’s is a must try. Micaela was the first to greet us with a warm welcome and ended up being our server. The coffee is delicious! I had a latte with pistachio milk and it was amazing! The breakfast was also on point everything was hot and fresh 10/10 recommend!

Peaceful place to relax and have a coffee

This coffee was a surprise. Good and bad at the same time. Although the food arrived cold and the French toast was dry, I have to say that the place is so beautiful that I forgot that my breakfast was not up to par with the place. Very good attention from Emmanuel. I'm going to give it one more chance when I get back to Orlando.

I consistently come here for their Oatmeal Fruit bowl and Coffee. The service and attention to detail is stellar, the staff, is always extremely helpful andpolite.

I watched a young lady (with an awesome tooth piercing) give a 10/10 host and waitress service yesterday morning, she was probably one of the best I have encountered in some time and watching her run to return a customers' sunglasses without thinking for a split-second to steal them was the cherry on top. This young lady (she also served and sat us), along with the great carrot cake, breakfast, coffees and environment, made our morning and will be sure to return whenever possible.

My experience was great but even more so was the service by Emanuel. He was very exceptional and made us laugh, and very attentive. Overall a great time and amazing food I will be back!

We were driving around lakefront and saw this little gem. It’s AMAZING. The coffee was superb, lavender lemonade was top tier, chicken pesto sandwich was fire. The chicken empanada was massive & delicious. They have this garlic sauce that pairs lovely with the savory foods. We’ll be back to try the breakfast items!! Please give this place a shot; the staff was welcoming and friendly and very informative. I can’t believe this cafe has been here for 2 years and we’re just now hearing about it. Very lovely. Thank you to Susanna’s Cafe for bringing a bit of joy into our lives.

Food was amazing and the servers were so friendly and nice. We had the burger, omelette, pancakes, and guava tequenos- all super tasty- the guava tequenos are an absolute must! And the lattes were gorgeous and delicious 😋

This is the cutest cafe, the food, coffee and ambiance were all amazing. The staff is so sweet and the owner was amazing. You should definitely give it a try. It’s made out of a cute older house. We absolutely loved it and will be back

We became aware of this little café online on our road trip on the way from Orlando to Miami and the good reviews were confirmed. The staff are very friendly, the atmosphere is very cozy and the food was very tasty. I can recommend the infused coffee (Vandola), a house specialty and is specially prepared. Can only recommend a visit here

Food was very good and portions were filling! Super nice staff as well. Wasn’t super loud and they accommodated our large party last minute so highly recommend!

Not only is the coffee exceptional but their food is great! Their service is excellent and the atmosphere is pleasant. Very cozy and welcoming. I had their turkey BLT and it was really really good! The Nutella croissant was tasty. Will come back again!

Very nice place feels homey and friendly staff. Cortadito was super delicious, wife had a cinnamon latte. Perfect amount of espresso shots. They said their coffee is from Costa Rica. Not acidic or bitter. The teqinio cheese and guava were so delicious. The zucchini bread was also really good. Glad we found this place will definitely be back when in the area.
