Great staff and food place could be better taken care off definitely the dirtiest Panera in the area

The food is good and a new items to choose from. The service was very good.

I ordered a delivery and made modifications and paid extra and not only did it not arrive with the modifications but they checked off they did on my receipt. Sloppy and just lazy.

Orders are often incorrect but employees are usually nice about fixing any issues. The food itself is delicious every time (once you get the correct order) and the wait isn't as long as the other Panera I visit despite being busier.

Been going to this location weekly to buy bagels for my office, for the last two years. Recently started stopping in for breakfast sandwiches my last visit they forgot the egg on my egg sandwich. I didn’t realize to I got to work so I called and was told by a manager that my name would be put on a list to receive a replacement. She didn’t need my phone number nor email I also offered to come back that day and was told they just stopped serving breakfast. So I stopped by today to receive my replacement and was told that I couldn’t receive a replacement because my info wasn’t sent to the manager group chat. I’m guessing that’s a failure with your management not mine. I asked what the name of the Manager I talked to on that day would be and was told she would not give me names of any managers. Odd pretty sure all employees wear name tags here. Anyways today’s manager stood her ground and refused me so I paid for my sandwich got to work chucked it in the trash and will never go back unfortunately. Any place I’ve worked in the service industry would pay a dollar cost of sandwich I’m guessing, to not lose a customer. They would definitely pay more than that for a positive review.

The broccoli cheddar bowl was cold and tasted weird. The salad didn’t have avocado and was oxidized. Overall, the food generally tasted odd. We also weren’t given a full refund for the soup. Furthermore, we received no apologies once all was said and done. The cashier listed on our receipt was Chasity.

My wife and I went to Panera today at around seven only to be informed by management that from now on they’re only making one pot of coffee in the morning and that’s it for the customers! That’s completely unacceptable and the coffee was frigid. The food was fine. Otherwise, the location is decent, but don’t bother drinking coffee here. Total waste of money!

My food was served to me cold. The cashier didn’t even speak to me. I was going to dine in but there were ants crawling on the table.

Great stop, Eileen was so warm and welcoming. It was refreshing to see someone who actually wants to work and liked to interact. The muffle was a cool snack.

I bought a grill cheese and it looked like it had been made in the morning. It was not fresh. The cheese was very hard and very cold. I will not buy it again. This is my second fatal experience.

The drive thru was fast, but the food wasn't as good as it usually is here.

Great food! I ordered me and my family of 4 breakfast for a great deal! Eileen was amazing and the male employee with the long hair wiped down my table and told me to enjoy the meal

They took a long time to prepare our meals and kept working on some before ours, I think they need to organize better and prepare for lunch time hours. Besides this, my food was delicious.

Ordered 2 pick 2 waited 15 mins for food didn't mind only to get wrong soup when I told the 2 young boys working said well thats what it says you ordered rudely and went back to working on Togo order and never made it right gave them 10 more mins then drop of the uneaten soup at counter and said here is your soup back that I didn't oder and didn't want he told me you don't want it you could have eaten it???? Like really 😒 not happy at alll horrible costumer service

The atmosphere is calm and the coffee is very good.

The terrible person that works there! I ordered in a hurry a sandwich and he gave me soup and a mccheese! And left towards home with the car and now I open and I see another order. This person is simply terrible! This is a sign to stop eating outside - all these people can’t be trusted.

We ordered a cream of broccoli that was delicious and a salad, unfortunately we got a long hair out of the salad, bad there!

Every time I go to this location I do not get what I ordered. They gave me the wrong coffee and an adult meal instead of a kids meal. I’m tired of having to go back to get it fixed, I would suggest another location.

Should be playing music according to the demographics of your customers. Everyone in your restaurant were seniors and you were playing hip hop and rap.

I will never return to panera bread this is uncalled for finding plastic in my soup called to report to manager right away & they offered a replacement soup no thank you i am not wanting to choke on plastic.. thank goodness i look at my food before i took a bite…apparently they use bag soups.

Good atmosphere, clean and fast, very delicious soups and creams

Ordered to pick up; spoke to Daniela, exceptional customer service, over the phone and in person; our food was great , the soups broccoli and cheddar, chicken noodle fresh, our sandwiches tasty with one exception, the bacon, you can’t claim to make fresh food on the spot, and give the the morning bacon to the evening orders. It did not take away from the taste of the food, it just did look appetizing. Your chocolate chip cookies so fresh, thank you Daniela.

The food is ok but it's expensive

Great place. Clean, Free WiFi and the food is good. A little pricey. I like the fact leftovers are donated. I recommend. 2/20/24 ***UP-DATE*** Food is still good, friendly service. Charge your phone or Work on your laptop. I'm a Sip Club member. I absolutely love Panera. Little more costly, but you get what you pay for. It's Not a McDonald's.

Service is impeccable. I pull up to the drive thru with my regular order and they know me by name! Always so friendly and inviting. Great management and customer service!

Couldn’t help noticing how Eileen had a welcoming attitude and greeted the customers by their names as they open the door and step in the store. This is the right attitude we need in the morning along with a good cup of coffee ☕️😄

The only issues I’ve had at this location have been employees not cleaning as frequently as they should be. They need to check lobby more often. Almost every time I’ve came here there’s been paper towels in the men’s toilet. At this point, I think it’s an employee doing it. When I brought it up each time, it wasn’t taken care of in a reasonable time frame. I gave up after 30 min to go to the Walmart for the bathroom.

My visit to Panera Bread on 1483 Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, FL, left much to be desired. The food was unsatisfying, and the management was notably inadequate. Disturbingly, I experienced instances of racism, compounding the negative atmosphere. Additionally, unclean plates and silverware, poorly maintained bathrooms, and improperly cooked food further contributed to the disappointing visit. Moreover, the pricing seemed disproportionately high for the subpar quality and unprepared cooking. This comprehensive list of concerns highlights a need for substantial improvements across various aspects of the dining experience at this particular location.Have appropriate management for guest on there next visit!

Great taste, brocoli cheddar soup is my favorite. Flat pizza was awesome as well. You can't go wrong with these

$29.00 for a bowl, 1 onion soup 1, 1/2 a chicken salad sandwich and 1 Pepsi. Mayo would have been thicker than the minimum helping of chicken. Maybe two teaspoon full. The onion soup tasted old and the sprinkle of cheese was almost invisible. The bowl was reasonable. The Pepsi was the best part.

The taste is fine but portion sizes leave a lot to be desired. Ordered for pickup a group chicken noodle soup. Supposed to be 4 cups but felt more like 2 1/2. I mean, this much chicken noodle soup was 23$!!!

Just need to get what I ordered.

Slow, drive thru was 10 cars backed up and missing multiple items from my order. When I went back to get the items I paid for, I was accused of lying.

I love Panera. The tomato soup is delicious especially when you dip the Baggett In it, so good. The bowls are great too. Can leave without a kitchen sink cookie. Yummy!

It was a bit timely for a simple order.

It’s in such a good location it’s only 8 minutes away from college. They have an amazing deal where you can get a soup and salad or sandwhich for a great price. Also my order never has anything missing!! It’s always checked before I receive it and that means a lot to me, shows that they care for their customers.

Had the pleasure of being helped by Eileen. She is a sweetheart and has the best customer service i have ever seen. She needs a raise !

Whatever you do, DO NOT PARK OUT BACK!! When the 18-wheeler delivery truck comes they will block your car so you cannot leave. The manager does not care. The truck driver was told that all cars belonged to employees. WRONG! But he would not move the truck so I had to wait 30 minutes. They ought to put cones out to prevent parking in spots that would be blocked but they don't.

Panera is at best average. The location isn’t very clean. Every table was dirty I tried to take a seat at. We got 2 sandwiches 1 was a plain grilled cheese and 2 cups of soup with drinks . The total came out to 42 dollars. I could have went to a restaurant and been sat at a table for that price. I’m not sure where Panera gets if charging that much for some soup and a salad. Complete rip off. If I were you I’d spend your hard earned money somewhere else!

Food is delicious and a great place for dinner

Good service and food. Spacious. Very clean. Sad to say that management showed no effort, AT ALL, to try and keep a pleasant environment when a LARGE group of people gathered for what appeared to be a family reunion and they sure made themselves feel right home in their private living-room (only that it was not, it was a shared public place) being extremely LOUD when talking, especially when laughing, paying absolutely no regard/respect to the rest of us around.

Stopped by to get dinner for me and my family when my order was given to me at the window they were missing a sandwich. I let the young lady know at the window and she asked me if I was sure? I told her she can check the bag herself, she checked the bag and realize that I was missing something I had to sit and wait at the window for 20 minutes for them to make the sandwich and when I got home it was the wrong sandwich. Never going to this Panera again. Everyone that worked there was just standing around laughing, instead of helping the customers. Horrible customer service. Beware!!!!!

Great place…a little steep. Paid $7 for my breakfast sandwich but it was good. Coffee was great.

Eaten here regularly, but have recently dissatisfied when we were missing some items from our order. Talked to a manager on the phone who offered to give us the missing items if we drove back or resolve this issue with corporate. It's been 4 months and haven't heard back or received an email. Otherwise food here is similar to other Panera. The other times prior to the last time we visited the service was quick and good.

I enjoy the breakfast and coffee. But it's a little overpriced

I don't like to make this type of comment, but it is necessary, I ordered a broccoli cheddar soup to take away and in addition to the small quantity, the bread that accompanied it seemed to have been baked 2 days ago, I know what I'm talking about, I work in a bakery, and The bread had a very bad appearance.

Worst service ever. This place is run by teenagers who does not care for service . The girl who took my order forgot to place my order and they made me wait for 20 minutes until I asked to let me know my order didn’t went thru and since they were closing I can come back tomorrow! What for? I need my food today no tomorrow ! Terrible service

I’ve been a fan of Panera Bread for so many years, however my review here today us about the hot caramel latte. The hot caramel latte was my favorite here at Panera, unfortunately the past 4 times I’ve purchased it, it has been discouraging to drink. Not sure what happen, but not worth spending the $5 bucks for it. The hot caramel latte used to have caramel, today it feels just like any other coffee, that I can probably get cheaper some where else.. whatever you did, you took out the special ingredient that made it worth my while. Sadly to say, this will be my last hot caramel coffee I purchase here, not worth the expense. Prices are expensive here, but if the food needs to be worth it…

Slow, expensive hospital food. There were three associates up front, two were restocking old bakery items and and the other one was taking inventory. Meanwhile, there were 6 people in line and no one on the register. I spent 10 minutes waiting to give an order. Strawberry poppyseed salad is loaded with sugar substitutes and leaves that aftertaste like you drank Diet Coke and chased with Splenda. Kids liked their $10/plate meal but I spent $100 for the family and left hungry and longing for more.

Worst service ever from the cashier to the employees who handle the food. Need an extensive customer service training RUSH! Cashier did not offer or explain the pick two options. Also did not take the order correctly. 66.00 for a cold sandwich, two soups, one flat pizza and a salad. If you don like your job, quit and give. The opportunity to someone who wants to work

Confirmed my order 3x with cashier and they still got it wrong. Showed the manager the issue and they made the salad without any chicken. Manger was not friendly and when I said I wouldn't be back didn't care. Stay away from this store!! Poor service and they just don't care about their customers. NOT once did I hear sorry about that. Never again!!

Be prepared to get half of the food that's pictured. Soup bowls will be half full and sandwiches will be cut to half size.

Cashier Eileen is a gem! She takes the time to connect with guests, play with children, remember names and usual orders. Sandy is also funny and absolutely fantastic 😊... I'm a regular at this Panera specifically because their coffee is consistently on point, fresh, and strong. The food is always good. The service is usually very good as well and the people that work there are very pleasant to interact with.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in Kissimmee. Employees stand around chatting with each othe while lines are long & folks are waiting on food. Insane.

Disappointed in amount of soup, and seems the sandwiches have gotten smaller as well for higher prices. But service was Exceptional.

The staff here do the best they can but clearly they are being asked to manage and awful lot of traffic with a limited number of people. Having said that, I appreciate the quality of the food and coffee and the luxury of space. It's really cool to go in there in the middle of the day and see people working on their laptops and having meetings and doing all that kind of stuff. Panera bread really crates a good community meeting spot. I don't know what we do without them in a lot of places. It's really the only town common.

Panera is not what this use to be when all locations were owned by corporate. Since they have sold franchises, the quality of food and service have gone in the gutter. I use to love their coffee and bagels, now both taste horrible. This is a general problem with all big businesses when they start selling franchises, they FAIL to manage and control QUALITY, something that made them to grow to that level. That's why these giant corporations soon start seeing down fall. Very sad for me to see that the Big Boys don't see the reason behind and do something about it.

A little on the expensive side but other than that all was good

I ordered chicken chipotle avocado melt and this is what they gave me. I called the restaurant and they told me they would help me and after a while they hung up on me.

They need to upgrade the drive through ordering station. Server does not understand what customer wants, customers does not understand what server is talking about or asking. Very poor audio quality!!!!

My food is raw, I always order the same dish but today it is uncooked, the beans and rice are hard.

Panera Bread is my to go place but this was the worst Panera Bread experience. The food was horrible and the place is so messy and dirty.

My new breakfast spot for a very long time. Good coffee and I mean really good.

Sandwiches are fresh, but soup is barely okay. The biggest issue is the cost. $20 for a small sandwich, a bowl of soup, and a fountain drink is too much. Subway sells a foot long combo for $12. Panera needs to lower prices for the offerings on their menu.

I ordered the margarita pizza and half of a caesar salad. It was the worst food I have ever been served at any Panera or restaurant ever! The pizza was old the tomatoes were dried out it was barely warm. The salad was obviously recycled from someone else's plate I ordered a Caesar salad and it had some kind of Asian noodles in there it looked like they literally took the crumbs off of somebody's plate scraped it in there and put Caesar salad dressing in. I won't be going back and I hope I saved you from the experience.

We almost passed out when we got the total of our 2 entrees. A wee bit pricey but wow!!!! The term "you get what you pay for" is here for sure. Everything was so tasty and fresh. The asian chicken salad was impressive and the portions were huge. We probably should have shared. I love that they had all the calorie info on all their products. Really helped the calorie counting. A good experience.

We were absolutely disappointed in our visit to this Panera bread today. As always, we got the *two for* special. My daughter and I usually split it and it's plenty for two of us. Today however, when our food was ready, we were mortified at the amount of mac and cheese we were given. A 2-year-old could have eaten the amount they gave us. Our cup was filled about halfway, which I don't understand. I work in food service and I expect more from Panera than what we got today. I will seriously reconsider coming back here for lunch after today's debacle.

The salads they serve there are very good, I love them, but there is little coordination between whoever takes the orders and whoever delivers in the food area.

They were out of the bread for the bread bowl we wanted so we ordered sandwiches and a bowl of soup. They were also out of several of the free items that come with so we didn't get anything we came for. I also felt like the staff was rude, not just one but all of them. They were also unwilling to substitute a muffin or pastry for the 3 free items we wanted but didn't have any didn't have our second choice either. They also didn't put one of the free items they did have in our bag. I had to go back and ask for it. I also went to the wrong location because its still showing as open online.

They really need to be rid of the kettle chips, those thinly sliced pieces of rock.

Tiny portions definitely not worth the premium price…love their food but their portions are disappointing. Asked them about the portion of the large soup and the young lady said “You ate some already” I showed her the two clean spoons 😡 customer no-service. We should have gone to the Lake Nona location, well worth the drive.
