I bought a Trane AC unit in September 2020. Last Saturday 8 / 31 / 24. My AC quit working. I called the after hours number n a.tech called me back. He said to come out and diagnose would be $171 dollars. I told him ok. He arrived and stated that the Capisitor was blown n I needed a new one. I told him to replace. He replaced it n came back in n told me that the compressor began smoking n that I needed a new one. I told him that the unit was only 4 years old n had a 5 year warranty. I asked him how much to get my AC working. He figured it n he told me that it would $3600 for labor freon n dryer. I was shocked. I said the unit was only 4 years old n that I paid $5500. I called after labor day n spoke to Brad n then Luke. I was pissed . Luke said the new figure was $2609.00. I complained that I just spent $5500 9/ 2020. He said he was sorry but that was the price for the repairs. I asked to speak with the owner n he would not tell who the owner was, but I could talk with Chad the manager. I told him to have Chad call me. No call yet. DONT BUY AN AC UNIT FROM ACCU TEMP. THEY PROMISE 100% SATISFACTION BUT DONT DELIVER. THEY SUCK

Jack was polite and professional and completed the HVAC checks and installed thermostats quickly. He answered all questions and my questions cleaned up after himself.

I needed a new line set and I knew it was going to be a messy and difficult process so I called Chad at Accu - Temp Heating & Air Conditioning. He came out that afternoon and gave me an estimate and two days later Jarret and Nick were here to do the job. I was concerned about how much damage would be done to my wall and ceiling but they came up with a plan that minimized the damage and I could not be happier. They installed the new line and got my AC running that same day and did it all with a great attitude. These techs were careful and courteous and very professional. I would recommend this company with no reservation.

Joe Kolas came to our home today to do an estimate because our ac unit went out this weekend. He was very honest and extremely helpful and answered all questions I had. We were getting estimates from a lot of different companies before making a decision it’s not an easy quick decision when making a huge purchase. The service technician, Joe, came out to do the spring maintenance on our unit and found two new leaks in our older unit. He told Bob that he could fix it but b/c the unit was older, after discussing it with Joe, we decided to put in a new unit. We wanted the unit moved from the floor and suspended from the garage ceiling. He called back to the office after taking pictures and sending it to the appropriate person and agreed it could be done. They ordered the unit on April 4th and installed it April 9th. The installers, Shaun, Nick, Elisa, and Chad were top shelf. They answered all our questions without hesitation. We would highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

I have been using Accu-Temp to support my Trane unit and it has been a pleasure. While most other technicians I’ve called sometimes refuse to work on my unit, Accu-Temp always comes though. Highly recommended!

Our A/C started malfunctioning late in the afternoon on a Monday. We called Accu-Temp at 5:45 p.m. and spoke to Michelle. Michelle was very responsive to our needs and told me that she would have her on-call Tech call me. Shaun was on the phone with us within the hour and was able to identify the problem with our description of the issues. Shaun was on-site within two hours of our original call and was able to repair our unit that evening. Shaun was very professional and knowledgeable of what was going on. He was able to explain to us what was needed and the cost of repair. We were very grateful that Michelle and Shaun were able to help us on such late notice, overall, an excellent experience.

Chad came out to help me with a problem I've been having with one room being warmer than the others, and didn't laugh at me too hard when it turned out the vent was closed. He also checked my refrigerant just in case, and volunteered the option to increase my fan speed to improve overall circulation. Chad was personable and helpful throughout, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I wish I could get him to be my customer service professional everywhere, not just my A/C.

10//02/2023 AccuTemp Installed a New HVAC System. Did a fantastic installation. They also balanced all the rooms and put sensors in all the rooms for even cooling in all the rooms. Great Service, Great People. Definitely a 5 Star Company! Ben heating and cooling Ted, did the maintenance on the HVAC System, it also needed a few parts and he showed me and explained to me why they needed replaced. The cost was very reasonable, and the Service was great.

I normally don't give reviews but I'm going to break my own rule. I had another AC company, Advanced Heating and Air as my repair company. My AC went down on August 24th and was told that I needed a couple parts but would have to order them. I also had an extended warranty on my system. On Monday of the following week I hadn't heard anything so I called and they told me the part would be in by week's end. Another few days went by, couldn't get a hold of anyone so I emailed and I was told that their vendor couldn't get the part and had no ETA on when it would arrive. So by now I have been down for 3 weeks with no AC! Finally I had enough and I called Daikin USA and asked them to send me names of other companies who service their product because of my warranty. Accu-Temp was one of them. They sent a technician right away named Joe Kolas and he told me that I didn't need the one part and just tightened the fittings, but they would have to get the other one. They had the other part the next day and tried to squeeze me in which was Friday September 16th. They called me and told me that they couldn't get me in on Friday but they would be out first thing Monday morning which was the 18th. The technician James Coombs came out at 8:30 AM and got me up and running! These guys had me going in basically two days, cost me 30% less and told me I didn't need the one part. Which coincidentally was the part that Advanced Heating and Air told me they had no time frame as to when their vendor would get it. I was down for 3 weeks with the other company with no resolution in sight. Brad from Accu-Temp was the person I originally talked to who got the ball rolling. He also offered me the use of a portable AC unit to use until it was fixed. Advanced Heating and Air offered me nothing but smoke and mirror's. He and the two technicians I give five stars to all three. I appreciate immensely their quick response to this an will keep using them as my AC company and highly recommend them!

Trade heat pump system not working. Tech came out and fixed problem quickly. Accutemp is the best company in Flagler company and don't hesitate to use this company. After initial installation of system my allergies have been fantastic!
