Fantastic, authentic Cuban food. This small place is a gem and the kind of place you'd hope to find in a beachside town. We order from here 3-4X a week. Best breakfast burrito in Flagler Beach. Their traditional Carne Asada tacos and Cuban Caldo de Res soup are also highly recommended..

I’ll start by saying, I’m a local here in Flagler Beach (4 years), am an avid and critical foodie, and have been going to this place for a couple of months now. I can’t put into words how incredible this food is!!!! Finally, something authentic! It’s obviously family owned and every single person I’ve come into contact who works here is soooo sweet. The best energy. You can tell this family takes great pride in their recipes because you can literally TASTE the love and culture with every bite. I don’t feel like I’m in Florida when I go there, which for a wanderlust like me, is a wonderful gift! Their breakfast burrito will be the BEST one you’ve ever had in your life. I’ve tried so many breakfast places’ burritos in Flagler Beach and it just does nottt hit the way theirs does! Nestled right across the street from the beach, you get to enjoy authentic Cuban food with a gorgeous view of the ocean. It’s comfortable eating inside and pickup is done quickly and with ease every single time. I’ve ordered multiple things off their menu now and am SO impressed they make their tortillas from scratch!!!! Please try their traditional Carne Asada and prepare to have your mind blown, you can thank me later. :) Their beef soup is also the best antidote for a cold or the need to feel the warm and fuzzies your grandma used to give you. There’s nothing on this menu that isn’t superb. Great quesadillas, incredible enchiladas, their menu is also toddler friendly according to mine, she loves how they make their tater tot “fries”. Also, they make their sauces and salsa all from SCRATCH and I’m so obsessed with their Salsa Verde I crave it in my sleep and practically drink it off my tacos. :) Eating here is a wonderful experience and I hope everyone goes and enjoys!

Great beachfront cage. Food was wonderful.

The guava and cheese popover was delicious. Flaky pastry with a lot of guava filling and enough of a sugar dusting for some texture. The Cuban sandwich was gigantic and the best one I’ve had in a long time. The pork was fresh and had zero “off” taste from being reheated and there was the correct amount of mustard and pickles. The bread was also fresh, soft, and delicious. The cafe con leche was standard, nothing amazing, but also in no way bad. I wanted to try an agua fresca but was going to the beach and the cup was going to be a problem in the car. I would definitely go back to try other items, especially the chorizo breakfast burrito which someone else ordered and it looked amazing.

The traditional Cuban sandwich was 5 ⭐️’s. The parking was easily accessible right in front of the cafe and the ocean view was amazing. I will definitely return.

My family and I walked into this place on a whim and were pleasantly surprised how good the food was. The tacos were delicious and the Cuban sandwiches were very good. This place just became my favorite restaurant in Flagler. Highly recommend this place.

the shredded chicken in the tacos was insanely dry and underseasoned, which is only made worse by the fact that they are entirely inedible due to the flour tortillas being crumbly and falling apart almost immediately upon attempting to pick up the tacos. the only way i was able to salvage my meal was by eating the taco fillings with the rice and beans that came with my meal; which were just okay.

Paco is the best! Their Cubans are the best you'll find in the area and their Tres Leches is to die for.

Best Tacos in Florida! The people there make you feel like a regular right away. Great place to relax and eat some food.

The food here is wonderful. Best breakfast tacos you will find. Our favorite is Chorizo. You must have the red and green salsa. Will wake you up and make you right for the day. Their fresh pastries are so light and crispy. Guava is my fav. Right on the beach. Don't judge a book by it's cover. You will soon be hooked like we are. Enjoy.

My first time here, and I was not disappointed! The host is great, popsicles, desserts! He played with passion fruit, popsicle with rum and raisins! The food, mofongo, red pardo! I will DEFINITELY go back every time I go to the beach. Los Amigos is HORRIBLE compared to here! Their drinks, and pink sauce! Incredible!

Went on a beach trip with a bunch of friends in the area and we were just a short walk from here. I just finished eating here for the third time because the food is so good, I cannot recommend this place enough. Definitely try the Cuban sandwich or the empanadas!

I ordered two tacos with only cheese. No cilantro and no onion. I made this request very clear. I was brought tacos with onion and told the lady that brought them. She told me I was wrong refused to fix it for me and made me pay for more. Not to mention the two very small tacos were $8. The food tasted fine, but the service was not good. The lady was very rude.

Freshly cooked food on the beach and personable staff catered to your experience. Flan was OK but everything else was nice. Great view. small seating area.

Alcapurrias bland masa, you will be lucky if you taste meat! Not happy with that that since it's my favorite!

This place is in Flagler Beach- right on the beach; I saw it driving over to daytona & decided that I would stop in on my way back home; it's a small, old home from many years ago & it was quite busy but, my order for a Cuban sandwich was taken quickly &, as I was taking it to go, I was out the door in 10 minutes; everyone was welcoming & the sandwich was REALLY good!!

Great service & outstanding food with a wonderful view. Usually, when you find a place to eat on the water, you get the views with no flavor. Not the case here. We will be back!

🌟My first time at this restaurant. I knew what I wanted, walked in and was greeted by a very friendly worker. I ordered the Pica dillo, chimichanga, churros and tres leches cake. 🌟EVERYTHING was spot on. I am Cuban and my grandmother was a great chef. The flavors and presentation of the food from Dulce DE Leche Cafe reminded me of my grandma. I even ordered my food to-go and it was just as impressive and something I will return for more of. By far, the worst restaurant that I’ve ever went to in Flagler county. I walked in the doors at 7:23 wanting to eat something good and as soon as I walked in, she said you’re taking your meal to go right. I should’ve just turned around and leave but instead, I still decided to stay outside on the benches and eat my meal. I ordered something that I thought was saved pork with rice and beans and fried plantains. Well, I guess that was a mistake because the pork was dried up leather with onions. I guess the onions was designed to make it taste better. I don’t know And asking for kidney beans and ended up getting black beans. If the restaurant was closing at 8 o’clock and you don’t want to serve anymore customers just tell the customer can you come back tomorrow? We’re closing in 30 minutes instead of giving out garbage like this. Never again I step into these doors , and I will never recommend them to anyone that I know not even my enemies

Stopped on our way back home from St. Augustine. One of the best lunches of my life. Everything is perfect. Cuban sando, sope, Al pastor, all best I’ve ever had.

What a gem! We came here to try the Cuban food! My wife and ordered the steak palomilla. It is steak with onions, white rice, black beans, maduros (sweet plantains), and cuban toast. This meal was very good. They offer Cuban, Puerto Rican and Mexican dishes. They are on A1A so there is an ocean view! Next time we will leave room for dessert! Good authentic food reasonably price. Must check this place out!

Great location. I love Cuban food and it being right across the street from the beach makes it unique. Usually near beaches you typically get pizza or Italian. Good to have a different option.

We started with several appetizers and the croquettes was our favorite. Dinner was excellent. I enjoyed the Mofongo and Shrimp. My husband had the churrasco dinner and it was very good. We will be regulars here!

The food is authentic and absolutely delicious! The only downside is no central AC so it was VERY hot inside with only a mini standing ac unit. Other than that the place was clean, and the food smelled and tasted great.

We absolutely love the coffee food and the pastries. Everything is fresh and the place is very clean. The service is spot on and if you are not sure what something has in it just ask and they will explain. If you are visiting the area it is a must stop.
