We dined here last evening. We were immediately greeted and seated. The staff was outstanding in their attentive, pleasant service. We ordered stuffed mushrooms and pizza. The pizza was absolutely over the top in taste, freshness and presentation. The mushrooms were excellent. I'm so glad that I now have a new go to for my new found favorite pizza!

There were 4 of us for dinner and it was our first time there. What a wonderful Italian restaurant. The food was so delicious. Great menu choices. The service was exceptional and the food plentiful. We thought the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend you make reservations because this restaurant is very busy and we can see why. We can’t wait to come back and try the other dishes.

Walked in, and we were about asked about reservations. Told them the truth, it was a last minute choice to come here, but we were still seated within minutes. Waiter (sorry bro, don't remember your name) was great, came by not too seldom, not too often. Ordered Fettuccini Alfredo and the Portobello Ravioli, plus sides. Fettuccini was good, no issues at all but the Ravioli was ridiculous. I think, no, I KNOW my wife ate more of my Ravioli than I did. The dessert we ordered was great as well, the lemon lasagna. It was gigantic, way way more than enough for 2 people. We've lived here 7 years and have never been in before, but this was by far the best Italian dinner we've had in this area. Thank you all. Also thanks to our hostess who seated us quickly and came by to check up on us before dessert. Can't recommend this place more highly.

Our waiter Stephen R, started us off with some bread and Italian olive oil, explained the special for the day and we were off. Grand Ocean Sauvignon Blanc, grilled chicken piccata, with penne pasta gluten free I might add, pastas Ala vodka with baby shrimp,Caesar salad with anchovies. It was so good, I forgot to take a picture. If you’re in town, you must go! And I mean it!!!!! Stephen R, you rock! Thanks for a fun experience.

Called at 5:15 on a Friday evening with very low expectations of being able to get in without a reservation, but they took my number in case something opened up, and I was excited to receive a phone call about thirty minutes later letting me know that they could accommodate us. The place was cute and quaint, and our server Leah was friendly and attentive. We had the bread & herbs, which were complimentary, and we shared a bottle of Cabernet. I had the fettuccini Alfredo with grilled chicken, and my husband had the chicken Parmesan with linguini, and we both thought the food was delicious and the portions were perfectly sized. We were checked on a lot during our meal as well, which impressed me considering how busy they were. We live in Tampa but visit Flagler Beach every year, and we will definitely revisit Romero’s during next year’s trip!

Fantastic food. Fantastic service. I am a vegetarian and our server made sure to check on a specific soup that I wanted to try. It was vegan so I was happy to have an opportunity to try the soup. Definitely a great place to eat. The desserts looked amazing. I had stuffed shells and he had chicken marsala.

Called yesterday to find out if I needed a reservation. However, a man answering the phone hung up on me twice. I thought it was my phone and/or service but it wasn't. My husband tried calling and the same man did the same thing to him. Needless to say, when hubby called the third time a female answered and was very nice. There was no issue with our phone and/or service. I guess he just doesn't want to answer a simple question. I love to support local businesses, but this attitude makes it difficult.

Love the fettucine alfredo, however the portion was ridiculously small. At $21.95, the price wasn't bad. They might want to consider this an appetizer portion and offer a larger portion as a main course. Sat at the small bar (8 seats). Their bar serves liquor and wine. Busy on a Tuesday early evening...probably for their pasta special (see above)

Always a great dinner with friends!

This place is amazing. I had the best lentil soup ever. The baked zitti was delicious. The service was great. The personnel works very diligently and courteous. I recommend this place for a great relaxing and flavoring atmosphere.

Four of us had dinner on Tuesday; two ordered from the (Mon-Tue) special pasta menu, two from regular men. Food is fabulous, the Mon-Tue pasta special menu is an incredible deal; service excellent and multiple house wines. Our friends eat there once a week; our first trip there was best meal experience of the week. It is relatively small so you need reservations, call for them. This will be a main reason to return to Glagker Beach 😊.

This is a small, quaint restaurant across from the Atlantic ocean off the beach area. Quiet atmosphere, no loud music to interrupt conversation and not a large interior to seat tons of ppl (that could also cause lots of noise). We ate here because we were gifted a gift card for this restaurant. Reservations are handy Unless you get there before the evening dinner rush.

SUPER FANTASTIC!! We hosted a party for 16 people and Romero’s catered it for us. The food was absolutely delicious!!! I can’t rave enough about quality and the freshness! They were so helpful and accommodating. Everything was prepared perfectly!! And on time! I highly recommend Romero’s Tuscany by the Sea!! Grazie mille!!!!

This is probably the best restaurant from Daytona Shores to Flagler Beach. Family owned and the food and service reflect what you would expect in a quality Italian restaurant. The quality of food and service are for a price that can't be beat. I have been here four times with my family it pleases the kids (pizza) and the adults. If you are visiting this area it is a must stop.

Wow, all I can say is we were genuinely impressed by Romero’s. The restaurant, service, and food was amazing as a whole and we will be returning in the future. Steph was very attentive and ensured we were happy with everything we received. We ordered the pasta fagioli soup, Caesar salad, pasta with meatballs, and the eggplant rollatini stuffed with spinach. Im sure the desert would’ve been phenomenal as well but we came in later.

Went for a celebratory dinner for new job. We've been meaning for some time to try them out. It did not disappoint. I ordered the Pasta Rustica. The flavors were great. The sausage in had the perfect amount of fennel. My BF had the Chicken Parm.. his usual at Italian restaurants. It was really good. Chicken cooked just perfect. My lemon martini was a tad on the sweet side. That would be my only negative.

My family and I recently dined at Romero's Tuscany By The Sea and I had the Veal Piccata. It was wonderful – tender and flavorful, with a perfect lemony butter caper sauce. The service was friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The prices were moderate, which added great value to the high-quality meal. Great food. Better than expected honestly. The pictures posted don't do it justice. Lunch specials are reasonably priced and you can actually find light healthy options not everything is loaded with cheese and heavy sauces.

We did call ahead seating and worked out perfectly as they book reservations way in advance. We were able to secure a table on the way. Parking was fine. Had to loop around but was able to grab beach parking directly in front. Our waitress Leah was fantastic and super friendly. The bread and oil was amazing and unlimited. Our meals were okay. I got the fettuccine Alfredo and my mom got the chicken piccata. I had a peach drink from the menu, it’s was also okay. My ceasar salad was delicious. For dessert we split the chocolate cake which was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and great atmosphere.

Everyone is very attentive to give you the service necessary. A shout out to Michael ( the bar tender) friendliness and service is top priority. Everything in the menu is delicious

A group of ladies went for a birthday party. Everyone's meal was great. We are all served at the same time. Michael's service was excellent. Can't wait to go back. There are so many entrees that I want to try.

Found this on a ride up the coast .every thing about it was just right. The hostess was friendly and inviting. Our server was a very pleasant girl who was informative and friendly. I started with a nice glass of red wine and some bread .I went with the recommendation of my server .she brought a very nice red .I then moved on to calamari. It was cooked to perfection 👌. The menue was so nice with so many options to choose from .I ended up going with the Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled shrimp..the pasta and sauce were married just right and the smokey flavor of the shrimp was a great addition. If I ever go back to the area again I'll be sure to revisit this one !!!

Sitting at the bar is my favorite. Chris and Victoria never fail to deliver on making a mouth watering martini and the gluten free breadstick option is a rare treat in Flagler. Love the freshness of the seafood and the 1/2 price house wine bottles. One of the best places to go for an exceptional meal in Flagler.

YUM! If you’re looking for a good italian homemade dinner this is the best place. I definitely recommend their coconut cake for desert. The food is on the more expensive side but trust me, it’s worth it! 9.5/10

We arrived clueless about this eatery our real estate agent recommended...we left full from great Italian food & vino and super happy about the reasonable prices. Once we move here Tuscany BTS will be our go to Italian eatery.

Great service with great food. Our waiter was very attentive and pleasant . We enjoyed everything from the fresh in house baked Italian bread to the salad with house made balsamic dressing to our main entree of chicken Parmesan. The chicken was very moist and tender and was accompanied by fettuccine made fresh in house and covered with a delightful red sauce. We also enjoyed a wine Wednesday with a $15 bottle of an Italian Cabernet Sauvignon. I would highly recommend this place. just note this is a long and narrow restaurant, reminiscent of a true Italian bistro and favors adult guests.

Great all-around family restaurant

Great food! Very transactional service. We had never been here before and it was our Anniversary. I let the server know it was our 1st time there and it was our Anniversary. I guess he was busy with a lot of tables. Definitely not bad service, we just didn’t see our server much and felt a little rushed.

We had takeout so I can’t speak to the atmosphere but the food was fantastic! We had stuffed shells, ravioli with sauce and pasta and meatballs. All were excellent. My husband is fussy about his meatballs and he loved them. Staff on phone and during pickup were very friendly. We will be eating here again before we leave. Thanks for a great meal!

Wonderful Italian restaurant. The host was so accommodating to us even though we didn't have a reservation like the hoity toity people right behind us that waltzed right behind us to the host and boasted that they did. Yeah yeah yeah...well the host seated us before the snooty people! I say kudos to him :-)

Way over rated 16 bucks for 15 pieces of calamari 28 bucks for one slice of veal and 15 penne. Won't be going back! 75 bucks plus 20 tip wasn't the waiters fault. People that think this place has Italian atmosphere have never been to Italy.Very disappointed.

Loved the dish with sausage, peas, tomatoes in a Sherry wine sauce! It was removed from the lunch menu, kinda disappointing as it is pricey on the dinner menu. We love having lunch there.

Enjoyed another dinner with 4 other friends that we recommended to Romeros Tuscany. Couldn't say enough about their great Monday/Tuesday Pasta specials. Along with their regular menu, Our friends enjoyed their tasty calamari and baked clams appetizers. Have been around the world couple of times, or more... Primitivo di Puglia very good, Marsala veal okay, but the pizza? My mate took a bite, left the rest. Asked me if I wanted some, I looked at it, and thought: I am not sure a raccoon would grab that! I asked the waiter to see the supposedly Italian owner to discuss it, I waited half an hour, he never showed. Will I be back? Maybe when I am dead...

I would give 10 stars if I could.

Wow! Everything was a wow! Soup, bread, salad. Everyone loved their entree! Chicken piccata, chicken parm, chicken Marsala and the carbonara. Upgrade for the fresh fettuccine. Tiramisu, too! Great night with friends, can’t wait to go back!!

on a busy First Friday in Flagler, we were lucky enough to find a parking space close by and two seats at the bar- Chris was very attentive and made us feel welcome and patrons were convivial, can't wait to come back and try desserts!

Great Italian restaurant. From the moment we entered until we left staff were super. The food was fantastic and well portioned. No room for deserts but we ordered them to go. Highly recommend that you call for a reservation as it is quite busy.

The only truly Italian restaurant on Flagler Beach island (not primarily a pizza shop). We've eaten there many times through three different locations over the years, and it has always been excellent. I can honestly say I've never had their pizza (yes, they do have pizza), because I love the pasta dishes. First, they have gluten-free pasta or zoodles (zucchini noodles) as options, and GF breadsticks in lieu of the Italian bread basket. They have pasta specials Mondays and Tuesdays which gets you a glass of house wine and dessert with your meal. Tonight I had glute-free pasta primavera, which was not on the regular menu but on the Monday-Tuesday specials menu. I took half home because it was a huge portion. For dessert, they had three options, none of which were gluten-free, so the server offered me canolli filling without the shell. Yes please! It was so good! One at our table had lemon sorbet for dessert, which was served in a lemon peel shell. Very cool! There were six at our table tonight and we were all pleased with the service and the meal.

Wonderful family that serves the freshest Italian meals. My wife and I are regulars and have taken many many friends here. My wife is vegan, and they are always happy to alter their dishes for her. Definitely our favorite restaurant.

Since we moved down from the Ny/LI area last June, finding quality food has been an interesting challenge. We thought we found our Italian food establishment in Terranova’s in Bunnell. Unfortunately they closed a few months ago( possibly due to a fire). Our quest continued until we discovered a wonderful family run place in Flagler Beach on A1A across from the pier….Romero’s Tuscany by the Sea. It’s an all hands on family effort and it shows in their commitment to old NY style Italian food quality. I’ve been in the business for over 2 decades…I’ve run the front of the house and the kitchen. I’ve had my share of bad meals and mistakes over that time. Tough business. Our server was one of the family members,Victoria, and her mom was running the floor. We hit it off immediately and Victoria was the quintessential professional. If I was training my staff she would be the one to learn from. Dad runs the kitchen and all of his various sauces were excellent. We had the fried calamari followed by my chicken parmigiana,while my wife chose one of the pasta specials, Pasta con Sacicce, which she loved. Their pasta night specials(Monday and Tuesday) are a great value…soup/salad,entree,dessert and a glass of wine. Unfortunately for me,my chicken parmigiana was overcooked as the edges were burnt making it a bit tough. It happens. I still cleaned my plate. My real issue was the amount of side pasta on my plate. I’ve never seen a smaller portion,essentially a little more than a handful. Nonetheless we will absolutely return. I’m looking forward to tasting many of their delectable dishes and the pizza! FYI…make reservations and oh by the way,parking is tough. This is clearly a four or five star rustic old styleItalian restaurant surrounded by the Flagler Beach vibe. Go and enjoy. Steve. ...and then we returned....and had an excellent dining experience. The chicken francese was very good but the francese sauce was outstanding. My wife's sausage and linguini in a garlic sauce was equally great. Hot homemade bread,crisp fresh salad with a wonderful Italian vinaigrette dressing are the preliminaries to a fine meal. Make reservations, small but cozy. Mangia.

Great meal, fantastic crusty bread,, great atmosphere, delicious house merlot. I had lasagna, he had homemade cheese ravioli. Both fantastic. Suggest you choose the side salad over the pasta fagioli. Killer salad dressing: house balsamic vinegatette!

Been here many times now, Excellent service, very cozy and friendly atmosphere, always greeted w a smile as you enter this hidden gem on Flagler Beach, the food is excellent and so are their pizzas !!! They follow all the “ Covid” protocols w disinfectant and wiping down of tables and menus etc. I am a Brooklyn Boy who lives in Ormond now and I appreciate good Italian food and this place is by far on their game.. Hope they stay here for many more years to come ....

Came here last night, for a nice pre-hurricane dinner with our fellow Foodies Of Flagler. Our server robin took great care of our group. The Caprese salad was delicious, and the balsamic glaze was on point. Fresh linguine with vegetables hit the spot.

I found out about this place during a work dinner last year and it is by far my favorite restaurant in Flagler Country. The Chef takes pride in his work, and it absolutely shows in his plates. I recommend that you call ahead and make a reservation because the place is on the small side and can get packed quick. I also highly recommend the Lasagna or Veal Parm with Fettuccine Alfredo. Make sure to save room for Dessert too!

Great Italian restaurant. Food prep was a little slow, but the place was packed and they were generous with the bread while we waited. Wait was worth it; food was great.

Portions were good. Two main dishes were very salty but very good. Pizette was fantastic. Dessert was awesome. 4.5 out 5 due to overly salty main course. Would definitely go back.

Ive been coming to Romero’s consistently for a few years now. They are by far the best homemade style Italian food in the area. They have great wait staff and they are so helpful. I really appreciate the dedication the ownership have to their craft and serving up the delicious food that they do. Honestly you can pick anything off the menu and it’s delicious. My go tos are the chicken parm. The baked ziti with a side of sausage and meatball or the pizzas. Their beers are great on tap and they have plenty of great wine for the wine drinkers. And the desert tray is always so fun to look at. I don’t always get dessert because I’m full by the end of rhe meal but I have ordered their cheesecake and coconut cake before and they were so amazing. So I highly recommend Romero’s for anyone looking for a great Italian lunch or dinner. I do recommend setting a reservation beforehand, they get very busy on the weekends.

We had dinner here for the first time this evening and it was just fabulous. They served delicious warm crusty bread with a plate of herbs and olive oil to start then a tasty side salad with the most amazing dressing. We had two of the main entrees, one of Chicken Gorgonzola and the other was Contadina. Oh my…absolutely mouth watering. I can’t say enough about our main entrees, just incredible. And the deserts….fantastic! We had the coconut wet cake in the restaurant to share, it’s huge, and took a serving of mini chocolate cannolis home. There were so many desert choices that all looked so beautiful. This restaurant is a little gem in Flagler Beach. We will definitely be back. Just a wonderful dinner!
